Objective : Thread embedding acupuncture has become popular as a minimally invasive treatment for facial wrinkles and laxity. However, there is little published clinical practice guidelines. This study is to developing a specific procedure of thread embedding acupuncture for facial wrinkles and laxity. Method : We reviewed and summarized 6 studies on thread embedding acupuncture for facial wrinkles and laxity. And, four practitioners who have more than four year of clinical experience and one hundred of cases were participated in developing a thread embedding acupuncture procedure for facial wrinkles and laxity. Result and conclusion : We developed a thread embedding acupuncture procedure for facial wrinkles and laxity which consists of correction of lower jaw, facial laxity, nasolabial fold and eye wrinkles.

The preflex process is one of the most recent techniques, having been introduced only in 1951, in Belgium. The preflex beams owe their bearing capacity to that of the steel joist which, during the fabrication, is submitted to loads at least equal to the service loads. The tensioned flange is encased with concrete which, during the manufacturing process, has to resist to the highest compression stresses that will be submitted to and that will never crack under maximal service loads. And the preflex beam offers high strength, great stiffness, low construction depth, and absolute safety. In this paper. The deflection characteristic of preflex composite beams discussed through experiment the behavior of bridge by constructed preflex composite beam, and investigate the appropriate finite element analysis modeling, and finally compared with the Leonhardt-Homberg`s load distribution theory.

Fatigue test were performed on weld details of web-stiffener. This study aimed to obtain fatigue constant and fatigue crack growth rate under applied stress in weld details of web-stiffener. In this study, the followings are confirmed, the test results can be used to design of fatigue and estimating remaining life of details of web-stiffener, because of S-N relationships are placed between classification b and c of AASHTO criteria.
