        주행속도와 기하구조에 따른 운전자 불안뇌파 분석 -고속주행시를 중심으로-

        For establishing a standard of design element of the smart highway, this study investigated driver`s anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs. Also, the experiment was implemented on 60 subjects. Based on running speed data and brainwave data, which were obtained from the experiment, this study analyzes anxiety EEG according to running speeds and geometric designs, and finally draws a forecasting model of anxiety EEG by selecting affecting factors of anxiety EEG. Forecasting model shows that left curve is the most influential on anxiety EEG figure. The reason is because when driver is driving on the first-lane, his or her visibility is impeded by a median strip. For this reason, anxiety EEG figure increases. And also steep downward slope and large radius of curve are heavily influential on driver`s anxiety EEG figure. It is judged that anxiety EEG figure is increased by high speed on those section. Thus, the forecasting model of anxiety EEG suggested on this study will be utilized for design phase, and will decide the design speed on the superhighway. So, it will be used to make practical and safety road

        교통안전분야 : 운전자 주행특성 분석을 통한 도로 안전성 평가에 관한 기초연구

        In this study, to investigate the dangerous driving on the curves, a driving test was performed in 10 km from Jinan and to Jeonju(Bugui Gas Station~Whasim Intersection), on the national highway No. 26. For the dangerous driving felt by the driver when a driver is driving on the curves, lateral acceleration and yaw rate were analyzed. And then, the reference value of lateral acceleration and yaw rate was computed. Through observing the driving speed and the characteristics of ordinary drivers using the applicable roads or following them as they drive, the driving test was performed again and the section exceeding the reference value set as above was computed. On the dangerous driving area, exceeding the reference value, total 10 accidents took place from 2006 till 2010, and slipping caused by speeding accounted for more than 70% of the accidents. It was concluded that the result of an analysis through recording drivers` driving characteristics, was reliable.

        대형 할인매장 주차장 이용만족도의 영향요인 분석

        This research has analyzed factors affecting customers` satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars`` traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians`` movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users`` satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users`` satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

        곡선반경과 노면상태에 따른 곡선구간 안전주행 행태분석

        Two experiment are planed to identify driver`s safe driving behaviour by curve radius, road surface condition in curve section, At four-lane and two-lane road, conducted experiments are check on driver`s feeling of safety that 30 subjects do not feel discomfort, And using the data from these experiments, this study compare physical speed (not slipping, fall our of the road) with safety driving speed (drivers felt a comfortable and safe speed) each curve radius and fiver road surface condition (drying, wet, rain, snow and ice). As a result, safe driving behaviour factors that are derived to curve radius of 100m units, five road surface conditions enable to represent quantitative analysis of driver`s discomfort. This study will develop road design method and evaluation reflected ergonomic aspects.

        Understanding driver`s characteristic of visual activity is important process because driver depends on a visual signal more than 90% for getting outside information needed to drive, thus a series of driving, including perception, judgement, and activity, is completed, This study analyzes quantified driver`s sight range in curved section where recognition of various information is critical due to biggest speed change among sections, Simulation is utilized for this study because of safety problem on field experiment and difficulties in using equipment. Building 6 roads that have different in curve radius by virtual driving map, experiment is carried out recruiting 30 people. Through analytical researches, it shows that drivers keep an eye on direction of driving, and driver`s visual range is narrowed on left curve than right curve, and the more curve radius become small, the more drivers see in narrow angle.

        차량시뮬레이터를 이용한 교통정보제공 유형에 따른 이용자 심리적 반응 및 만족도 평가에 관한 연구

        교통정보의 필요성이 커지고 있는 현재, 도로전광표지(VMS)는 운전자들이 가장 손쉽게 주행중에 접할 수 있는 정보제공 매체임에도 불구하고 운전자들의 특성이 제대로 고려되지 않는 실정이다. 이에 차량시뮬레이터를 이용하여 VMS 제공위치, VMS 제공내용, VMS 문자크기, VMS 표출형식에 대하여 운전자들의 심리적 반응(스트레스 지수)을 산출하여 가장 적은 조건을 분석하였다. 제공위치는 출구전 1.5㎞, 제공내용은 시간정보, 표출형식은 문자식이 스트레스가 적은 것으로 나타났으며, 문자크기는 큰 영향이 없었다. 또한 VMS 설치대수(대/㎞) 증가 및 문자 크기 변화에 따른 이용자들의 만족도 변화여부에 대해 조사한 결과. 문자 크기는 스트레스 지수 분석결과와 동일하게 만족도에 영향을 거의 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 설치대수(대/㎞)를 증가시켜 공급수준을 늘린 경우는 만족도가 상승하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 ITS 운영 및 관리자의 효율적인 VMS 정보제공서비스를 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. At present, the characteristics of drivers are not properly considered when informations are provided via VMS even though the Variable Message Signs(VMS) are one of the key information provision medias on the roads. In this study, the driver's psychological response(stress index) was evaluated using a driving simulator for the position of the VMS provided, the contents of the VMS provided, the size of characters on VMS, and types of VMS expression. It was appeared that the stress is the least when the position of the VMS provided 1.5㎞ proceeded from exit, the contents of the VMS provided are time information and types of VMS expression are character form respectively and the size of characters on VMS is appeared not important. In addition, the change of the users' satisfaction level was measured when increasing the numbers of VMS on unit distance and the size of characters. The size of character was almost not effected in similar to the result of stress index and the satisfaction level increased when increasing the number of VMS on the unit distance. The results of this research can be utilized as basic data for the ITS system design and operation stages.

        버스전용차로 구간 유형별 버스사고영향요인 분석 기초연구

        Various social problems such as traffic congestion, car accidents and environmental problems(air pollution, noises etc.) have been happening in the Seoul metropolitan area that has the car oriented traffic system providing cars continuously. Along with this, the financial burden caused by current oil price anxiety made paradigm shift from caroriented to public transportation-oriented. Its typical example is an arterial· branch bus system changing(bus lane through the center of main road) started in Seoul in July, 2004. But study on safety analysis of bus lane and characteristic of accidents are not sufficient enough to now. The bus lanes are expanded to provide roads for better traffic operation and accidents between buses and pedestrians or ordinary vehicles are considered main problems. This study divided each bus route of median bus lane(bus-only lane through the center of main roads) and bus lane at roadside by intersection and collected and analysed data about influence variables of bus accidents chosen in each section. We constructed a logistic model using collected data. As a result, bus lane at roadside are used by both buses and other kinds of vehicles differently from median bus lane and showed such characteristic in accident influence. Therefore access management to factors causing conflict and improvement of operation management are required. In case of median bus lane, the more buses moving general vehicle lane and traffic volume of section were, the more accidents happened. In case that stop line of center lane is not backward, view blocking of vehicles turning left caused accidents
