In this study, the results of the durability test of bearing according to the mass balance of the electric refrigerant compressor are confirmed. Currently, bearing damage is frequently occurring in electric refrigerant compressors. Ball bearings are vulnerable to tilting and axial loads. Therefore, it is important to set an appropriate balance. The rotating shaft of the electric refrigerant compressor adjusts the balance by changing the center of gravity of the four components. Two cases were tested for mass balance. The result was that the balance setting increased the lifespan from 800hr to more than 4000hr. The durability data of the improved electric refrigerant compressor requires further testing to the limit. After that, additional tests for mass balance in various stages are required.
트랙터 부착형 땅속 작물 수확기의 성능개선에 관한 연구

최근 경운기의 보유 대수 감소 추세와 트랙터 보유 농가의 증가에 따라 트랙터에 부착이 가능한 작업기의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 이 중 땅속 작물 수확기의 경우는 작물에 따라 적절한 경심 날의 각도와 고무 러그 경도를 고려해야 한다. 이 연구에서는 구조해석을 통해 굴취율이 일정 수준 이상에서의 경심 날 각도에 따른 경심 날과 히치의 응력분포와 변형율을 확인하여 개량된 수확기 사용이 가능함을 판단하고 최종적으로 수확기 수명연장 방안을 찾는데 의의를 둔다. 굴취율과 관련된 경험적인 데이터는 기업을 통해 확보를 하였다. 최대하중은 경심 날의 이동방향에 반대로 작물에 따른 굴취환경에서의 하중조건을 적용하여 설정하였다. 분석결과에서 고려하는 모든 각도에서 히치와 경심날의 안전율이 기준값 이상으로 확보됨을 확인하였다. In recent times, the trends of the decreasing number of cultivators in possession and the increasing number of tractor-holding farmers have led to an increasing demand for tractor-attachable machinery. For the underground crop harvester, one of the tractor-attachable machinery, the appropriate angle of the plowing blade and the hardness of the rubber lug shall be considered, depending on the type of crops. In this study, we found that structural analysis allows the use of the stress distribution and strain of the plowing blade and the hitch at the angle of the plowing blade at the excavation rate above a certain level, and is meaningful in finding ways to extend the life of the harvester. The Empirical data related to the excavation rate was obtained through the company. The maximum load is set by applying the load conditions in the crop excavation environment as opposed to the direction of movement of the plowing blade. The analysis results confirm that the safety ratio of the hitch and the plowing blade is higher than the reference value from all angles that we consider.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance characteristics of the electric refrigerant compressor according to the position of the rubber O-ring reaction point in the back pressure chamber. The evaluation was conducted under basic cooling performance conditions using a 45cc electric refrigerant compressor product. The back pressure structure of the compressor is important because it has a close effect on performance and is a means to control the clearance between scrolls. In this study, performance evaluation was conducted by dividing the inner diameter of the rubber O-ring, one of the means to control this back pressure structure, into three sizes according to the inner diameter of the PTFE seal. As a result, when the inner diameter size of the rubber O-ring was smaller than the inner diameter of the PTFE seal, good performance results were shown. In future research, it is necessary to analyze noise and vibration characteristics through NVH tests. In addition, not only the internal diameter dimension of the rubber O-ring, but also performance evaluation and NVH and durability test based on thickness, compression rate, filling rate, material, etc. are expected to be necessary.
