지역 테크노파크 기업지원서비스의 수요 충족성에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 지역 테크노파크에서 제공하는 각종 기업지원서비스가 수요자인 지역 기업의 수요 충족성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기존 연구와 달리 기업지원기능이라는 범주 보다는 기업지원서비스 자체에 초점을 두고 기업의 요구를 다양한 시각에서 탐색적 분석을 시도하였다. 사례지역은 대구와 경북 테크노파크를 선택하고, 두 지역 테크노파크에 입주한 기업과 입주하지는 않았지만 지원을 받고 있는 비입주 기업 간의 수요 충족성의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과 입주기업과 비입주기업은 모두 지역 테크노파크의 각종 기업지원서비스에 대체로 만족하고 있었다. 특히, 지역 테크노파크가 다양한 기관간의 비공식 네트워크를 연결하고 중개자 역할을 하며, 기업에 대한 적극적 관심을 표명하는 것은 긍정적 요인으로 나타났다. 그러나 기업의 입장에서 보면 테크노파크에서 주관하는 사업에 참여하기 위해서는 각종 서류가 복잡하고, 대부분의 사업이 단편적 지원에 그치며, 비입주기업에 대한 차별이 나타나고 있는 것은 부정적 요인으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to identify the demand satisfaction of local firms with relation to the enterprise support services of local Technology Parks. It tries to explore the demand of local firms in terms of the enterprise support services rather than the function of enterprise support. The empirical fieldwork was completed in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Technology Parks. The methodology of this research was mainly qualitative interview with staff of the two Technology Parks, academics and firms managers, and comparative method between tenant firms and non-tenant firms of Technology Parks. Analysis of the empirical study reveals significant findings: generally local firms including tenants and non-tenants are satisfied with the enterprise support services of local Technology Parks. In particular, local firms took positive views: making informal network, intermediary’s role and active interest in supporting firms of Technology Parks. However, local firms took negative views: messy paperwork to apply project, piecemeal support, discrimination between tenants and non-tenant firms.

The increasing suicide rate is a serious problem in Korea. Because of increased awareness of suicidality as a problem and because completed suicide is the fourth leading cause of death, it is very important to assess the risk of suicide. The purpose of this review is to provide a systematic examination of predictive validity of measures of suicidal ideation and behavior. A number of instruments are described as useful for identifying individuals "at high risk" for suicidal behavior. However, the predictive validity for most suicide measures has not been established. The present review only includes suicide assessment instruments with published predictive validity. In addition to evaluating the suicide assessment with respect to predictive validity, the present review describes and summarizes the psychometric properties of each measure. In conclusion, because of the complexity of studying the risk of suicide and the paucity of well-designed studies, it is extremely difficult to compare and generalize these findings. In addition, only a few instruments, such as the Scale for Suicide Ideation, Suicide Intent Scale and the Beck Hopelessness Scale, have been found to be significant risk factors for completed suicide. Another problem in the field involves that there have been few suicide measures designed for elderly populations. Clearly, future research is needed to investigate the predictive validity of standardized measures for completed suicide, especially targeting elderly populations.
