정상임신에 있어서의 임신주수에 따른 태아두대횡경치에 관한 연구

결론 저자는 1980년 10월 1일 부터 1981년 9월 30일 까지 부산대학교 의과대학 부속병원 산부인과 외래에 내원하였던 정상임부 218명을 대상으로 실시 초음파 장치를 이용하여 태아두대회경치를 총 340회 측정하여 다음과 같이 요약한다. 1) 임신 재태기간 제 16주부터 42주 까지의 이신주수에 따른 태아두대횡경치는 y=0.23x+0.33(cm)(r=0.96, p<0.01)도 정도 성장하고, 임신 재태기간 제 16주부터 28주까지는 평균 주당 2.8mm로 제 29주 부터 42주 까지는 평균 주당 1.5mm의 증가율을 나타내어 임신이 진행할수록 태아두의 발육도가 둔화된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 2) 태아두대횡경치 3.6cm에서 9.5cm까지 태아주령의 증가양상을 회귀직선 y=3.57x+3.35(주) (r=0.92, p<0.01)로 나타낼 수 있었고 이로서 임신주형을 예측할 수 있었다. By means of the real-time B-scan method,340 observations were made on 218 normal pregnant women with uncomplicated pregnancies at various stage of gesta- tion from 16th to weeks, who ⅵsited out-patient department at Busan Natio-nal University Hospital from October 1, 1980 to September 30, 1981. The results of observations for this study were summerized as follows: 1. Tlie regression line of biparietal diameter according to various stage of gestarion from 16th to 42nd weeks were y=0.23×+0.33(r=0.96, p 0.01), and the growth rate of biparietal diameter of 16th~28th gestational weeks (2.8mm/wk.) was faster than that of 29th~42nd gestational weeks (1.5mm/wk). 2. Regression line of gestational age according to specific biparietal diameter from 3.6 to 9.4cm were y=3.57×+3.35(weeks)(r=0.92, p 0.01), and the expec-ted gestational weeks could be calculated from the regression line.

저자들은 최근 본 병원 산부인과에서 자궁체부에 발생한 혼합 중배엽성 육종 1례를 경험하 였기에 간략한 문헌고찰과 아울러 증례를 보고하였다. Mixed mesodermal sarcoma of the uterine corpus is a rare and highly malignant tumor. A case of this type was recently experienced in a 54-year old married woman preceding pelvic irradiation due to vaginal cancer and is reported with brief review of literature. The patients has been followed for 4 months after surgical therapy without evidence of recurrence and chemotherapy has been done at out-patient basis every 3 weeks. Placenta Previa Percreta는 보고자에 따라 그 빈도에 차이가 많으나 극히 희유하며 산모의 이환율 사망률이 높다. 저자등은 과거 인공임신중절(2회의 소파수술)을 받은 경산부에서 제 4회 임신 중 제 1기 분만과정에서 파열직전의 Placenta Previa Percreta 1예를 제왕절개 자궁 적출술을 시행하여 치료한 증례를 보고함과 아울러 유착태반 전반에 관한 간단한 문헌고찰 을 하였다. Placenta Percreta associated with placenta previa is a extremely rare but serious complications of pregnancy and it is difficult to diagnosis it. The authours present a case of Placenta Previa Percreta experienced at our Department with brief review of literature on the entity.

Testicular Feminization Syndrome 의 1예

임상적으로는 정상 여성이나 생식선은 난소대신 고환을 가진 testicular feminization syndrome의 1예를 보고하고 이에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 하였다. Testicular feminization syndrome or androgen insensitivity syndrome is one of the hereditary disorders in which the patient is genetic male yet shows phenotypic female because of a lack of specific cytoplasmic androgen receptor from intrauterine life. We have recently met such a case to report it as well as brief review of literatures.
