In this time, ECU using in a car is increasing. Performance is too. ECU like using Navigation, GPS and Camera for vehicle is expended market share in a vehicle market. As a result, vehicle is no longer a stand-alone product. We should think about using new signal for robustness to each ECU. The increasing of ECU makes opportunities to improve robustness each ECU fail safe. This Study is talk about ESP’s fail safe and shows that how we take and make a chance and provide our customer improve their driving environment.

가전제품의 설치물류 전문가란 가전제품을 고객의 가정에 배송 및 설치해주는 전문 기술자로서, 가전제품의 고객 서비스 품질에 핵심역할을 담당하는 전문 인력이다. 최근 설치물류 전문가의 이직률이 높아짐에 따라 가전제품 제조기업에서는 설치작업의 숙련도저하에 따른 고객 불만족과 신규인력 교육비용 증가 등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 설치물류 전문가의 실제 데이트를 분석하여 데이터 마이닝을 사용하는 이직 예측모델을 개발하였다. 이를 사용하여 이직이 예상되는 설치물류 전문가 그룹을 선별하고 이들에 적절한 예방조치를 취함으로써 설치물류 전문가의 장기근속을 유도하고, 이를 통해 설치물류 서비스 품질 제고와 교육훈련비용을 절감할수 있다. Installation professionals of the home appliance manufacturers deliver and install home appliances to the customers`` home; and take the core role for the customer service quality. Recent rising of resignation rate of the installation professionals results in poor quality installation which causes customer dissatisfaction, and higher education cost for new installation professionals. In this study, we analyze the real data of installation professionals to develop a job resignation forecasting model using data mining techniques. This model can identify a group of installation professionals who are more likely to resign, so that companies can focus on this group to practice appropriate programs to support continuous service so as to improve the quality of installation service and lower the training cost.

This study analyzed the effect of the farm’s sense of community on participation satisfaction by participating in the contract cultivation of onions. To this end, we investigated the participation satisfaction with the sense of community’s emotional connection, fulfillment of need, membership, and influence. According to the analysis of the sense of community of onion farmers, the definition of need, membership, and influenced participation satisfaction and were statistically significant. It was also shown to affect sense of community in the order of membership, Influence, fulfillment of need, and emotional connection. Therefore, it is necessary to form a continuous relationship with the leader and Nonghyup, to lead to improved farm income, induce pride as a member of participating farmers, and form a positive perception among onion farmers.
