        과업 상호의존성과 정서적 조직몰입이 구성원의 양방향 커뮤니케이션과 지식공유에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of two-way communication and knowledge sharing on the task performance of employees in the interdependent task structure in organizations. Based on the theories of social interdependence and organizational commitment, this study hypothesized the effects of task interdependency and emotional commitment on two-way communication and knowledge sharing, followed by the effects of these variables on the task performance of employees. Design/methodology/approach Survey results show that task interdependence and emotional commitment have positive effects on the degree of two-way communication and knowledge sharing. Two-way communication also has a positive impact on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing also improved the task performance of members. However, the relationship between two-way communication and task performance shows no significant impact. Findings Theoretically, this study is meaningful in that the process of task interdependence in relation to emotional commitment leading to task performance is theorized. In practice, this research suggests it is important to improve employees’ two-way communication and knowledge sharing in order to lead to increase task performance in the interdependent task environment.

        커피전문점 교대근로자의 건강관련요인과 영양상태 조사

        This study examined the health-related factors and nutritional status of 89 single women workers in their 20`s who work night and day shift at the take-out coffee shops and the 89 single women office workers. The results of the study are summarized as follows: The shift-workers showed lower rate of office tenure (p < 0.001), income (p < 0.001), job satisfaction (p < 0.05), weight (p < 0.05), and higher rate of weight change (p < 0.001) than the non shift-workers. The shift-workers showed lower rate of of exercise (p < 0.001), sleeping hours (p < 0.01), and good health condition (p < 0.01), and higher rates of smoking (p < 0.001), presence of disease (p < 0.001), gastric and intestinal illnesses (p < 0.001) than the non shift-workers. More than 88.8% of the shift workers answered that they ate alone (p < 0.001). The shift workers showed lower rate of regularity of meal (p < 0.001), balanced diet (p < 0.001), and mealtime (p < 0.001), and higher rate of skipping breakfast (p < 0.001), consumption of salty and spicy food (p < 0.001), and overeating (p < 0.01) than the non shift-workers. The shift workers consumed (p < 0.001) less frequently rice, soup and side dishes, and more frequently noodles and snack, bread than the non-shift-workers. The shift workers showed lower rate of consumption of beer (p < 0.01), and higher rate of consumption of coffee (p < 0.001), tea (p < 0.01) and soju (p < 0.001) in once a week or more intakes than the non-shiftworkers. The shift workers showed higher rate of consumption of carbohydrates (p < 0.05), and calcium (p < 0.05) and lower rate of consumption of protein (p < 0.05), fiber (p < 0.05), vitamin C (p < 0.05), and folate (p < 0.05) intakes than the nonshift- workers.         영양교육이 식태도, 식습관 및 영양소섭취 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of nutrition education on improving dietary attitudes, food habits and Food Frequency of 32 female shift workers by administering questionnaires. Dietary nutrient consumption data were obtained from the female shift workers by using 1 day 24-hr recall. The results were as follows: Score on ‘Concerns about health (p < 0.05)’ was significantly higher after-training. Dietary attitude (32.3 vs. 34.9, p < 0.01) and food habits (60.2 vs. 67.1, p < 0.01) were significantly higher after thetraining. Scores on ‘Eating a lot of food that I want to eat is more important than nutrition (p < 0.01)’, ‘I have a tendency to use instant foods when I am busy (p < 0.01)’, ‘I am interested in information on nutrition and health (p < 0.01)’ were significantly higher after the training. Scores on ‘I have three meals a day (p < 0.001)’, ‘I have breakfast regularly (p < 0.01)’, ‘I take vegetables other than kimchi at every meal (p < 0.01)’, ‘I drink milk every day (p < 0.001)’, ‘I eat fruits every day (p < 0.01)’, and ‘I apply nutrition knowledge to daily life (p < 0.001)’ were significantly higher after the training. Protein (p < 0.05), fiber (p < 0.05), vitamin C (p < 0.01), and calcium (p < 0.001) intakes were significantly higher after the training. These results showed that nutrition education had improved the dietary attitudes, food habits, and nutrient intakes. Therefore, we conclude that providing more systematic and appropriate nutrition education to shift workers during their tenure of office period is likely to improve dietary attitudes, food habits, and nutrient intakes.         절주동아리 활동이 대학생의 음주, 건강 및 식습관에 미치는 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 절주동아리 활동 전⋅후 음주관련 요소, 건강관련 요소, 그리고 식습관을 조사하였다. 절주동아리에 참여한 97명의 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과는 한 번에 마시는 알코올 섭취량(p<.05)과 한달 평균 음주지출 비용(p<.05)은 절주동아리 활동 전 절주동아리 활동 후에 유의적으로(p<.05) 낮게 나타났다. 음주 지식(p<.05),건강관련요소 중 ‘건강에 대한 관심도(p<.05)’와 ‘건강상태(p<.05)’ 그리고 ‘운동시간(p<.05)’는 절주동아리 활동 후 유의적으로높게 나타났다. 식습관에 대한 합계 점수는 (46.0 대 48.8, p<.01) 절주동아리 활동 후 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. ‘하루에 세끼모두 식사를 한다’(p<.01), ‘정크 푸드를 자주먹지 않는다’, 그리고 ‘외식을 자주하지 않는다’(p<.05)로, 절주동아리 활동 후 유의적으로 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서 절주동아리 활동 후 음주, 건강, 그리고 식습관이 향상되었음을 알 수 있었다. This study examined the factors related to drinking, health, and food habits of college students before and after participatingin the activities of temperance club. The survey was conducted on 97 college students who participated in the temperance club. Scores on daily amount of alcohol drinking(p<.05) and ‘drinking expenditure(p<.05) were significantly lower after temperanceclub participation. Drinking knowledge(p<.05), and health-related factors including concerns about health(p<.05)’, healthcondition(p<.05) , and ‘times of exercise(p<.05) were significantly higher after temperance club participation. Food habits scorewas significantly higher after temperance club participation(m=46.0 vs. m=48.8, p<.01). The scores on I have three meals aday(p<.01) , I don t eat junk foods often(p<.05) , and I don t eat out often(p<.05) were significantly higher after temperanceclub participation. Particiating in temperance club activities improved the factors related to drinking, health, and food habits. Therefore, we would like to provide the results of this study as basic data for creating a healthy drinking culture.

        미숙아를 출산한 산모의 임신 중 혈압과 혈액지표 조사

        The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for preventing preterm delivery in the aspects of blood pressure and hematic parameters. The blood pressure, hematic parameters, relationship between hematic parameters and nutritional intakes and pregnancy outcomes were compared between a preterm delivery group and a normal term delivery group. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Diastolic blood pressure was statistically higher in the preterm delivery group. White blood cells (p<0.005) and alanine amino transferase (p<0.05) of 3rd trimester in pregnancy were statistically higher in the preterm delivery group. Alkaline phosphatase (p<0.0001) and lactate dehydrogenase (p<0.05) were statistically lower in the preterm delivery group. Inverse relationships between niacin, vitamin B6 and zinc intakes and bilirubin (p<0.05) were shown. Vitamin A intakes (p<0.05) were significantly negatively correlated with blood protein, but zinc intakes (p<0.05) were significantly positively correlated with blood protein. Vitamin B6 intakes (p<0.05) were significantly negatively correlated with blood albumin. Calcium intakes (p<0.005) and iron intakes (p<0.05) were significantly positively correlated with blood lactate dehydrogenase. Also, vitamin A intakes (p<0.05) were significantly positively correlated with blood glucose. Normal spontaneous vaginal delivery (p<0.005) was statistically lower in the preterm delivery group. Birth weight (p<0.0001) and birth length (p<0.005) of the neonates were all statistically lower in the preterm delivery group. (Korean J Community Nutrition 13(6):903~911, 2008)

        서울 지역 종합병원 직원 급식서비스의 질 향상 사례 연구 -잔식량 분석에 의한 원가 관리 중심으로-

        The objective of this study was to analyze the effects of non-offered meal on waste reduction in foodservice. To this end, the quantity of non-offered meal before and after Quality Improvement(QI) activity was analyzed, and employee satisfaction with foodservice was investigated. Statistical data analyses can be summarized as follows: The daily quantity of non-offered meal decreased significantly after QI(p<0.001)(27.80±3.14㎏ before QI and 7.22±4.17㎏ after QI). Among 7 items related to employee satisfaction, kindness of meal service staffs improved significantly after QI(p<0.05)(4.05±0.74 before QI and 4.21±0.17 after QI). No significant difference was found in the variety of menus, or cooking/seasoning of food, and there seemed to be greater satisfaction with taste of food after QI.
