논문 : 노인의 연령에 따른 노인복지관 여가시설의 이용 만족도 평가

급속하게 진행되는 고령화와 다양성이 요구되는 시대적 상황에서 지역 노인 복지의 중심역할을 담당하는 노인복지관은 지역주민의 다양한 욕구를 충족 시키는 대표적인 서비스 기관으로 그 수요가 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에 서는 노인복지관이 노인세대의 다양한 욕구수준에 부합하는 공간을 제공하기 위해 노인복지관 여가시설을 학습, 예능, 건강, 편의시설로 분류하고, 노인의 연령에 따른 만족도 평가를 통하여 이용관점의 만족요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 수도권에 위치한 7곳의 노인복지관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 노인의 연령에 따른 노인복지관 여가시설에대한 만족도는 연령에 따라 다른 것으로 나타났다. 가장 만족하는 여가시설로는 60대와 70대는 학습시설, 80대는 예능시설에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 노인복지관 여가시설의 공간특성에 대한 만족도는 친밀성, 쾌적성, 기능성에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 노인복지관 여가시설의 공간특성이 노인의 만족도에 미치는 영향으로는 60대 노인의 경우 쾌적성이 가장 큰 영향력을 미치고 있으며, 70대의 노인은 친밀성, 80대의 노인은 지원성이 가장 큰 영향력이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. Demands of the senior welfare centers grows rapidly with a pivotal role in community welfare of the seniors as the leading service agencies that meet various needs of the seniors. In this study, the evaluation of the elderly welfare centers satisfaction was analyzed through the satisfaction of the elderly welfare centers in accordance with various ages of the seniors to provide a space that corresponds a various needs of the elder generation. The study conducted case studies on 7 senior welfare centers, located in Seoul Metropolitan Area. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, researching overall satisfaction about senior welfare centers, the highest satisfaction was the eighties. Researching the most satisfying facilities, sixties and seventies were satisfied with an education facility, the eighties were satisfied with entertainment facilities. Second, satisfaction about the spatial characteristics of the senior welfare center appears intimacy, comfort and functionality were higher. Third, the spatial characteristics of senior welfare centers was impacting on satisfaction, In the case of the sixties, the comfort was the most influential factor. Senior of seventies was the intimacy, senior of eighties was the most influential about affordance.

노인의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 노인복지관에 대한 만족도 연구

지속적인 노인인구의 증가와 고령화가 급속하게 진행되면서 지역 내 노인복지관은 지역주민의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 대표적인 서비스 공간으로 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 또한, 과거세대에 비해 높은 학력수준, 경제능력의 향상, 가치관과 라이프스타일이 변화됨에 따라 이전 세대와는 다르게 양질의 서비스를 추구하는 성향이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인연륜적 특성 지표인 라이프스타일 측정도구를 사용하여 노인의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 노인복지관의 만족도를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서울에 위치한 7곳의 노인복지관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과 첫째, 군집분석을 통해 라이프스타일 유형을 독립활동형, 보호활동형, 적극도전형, 소극도전형으로 분류하였다. 둘째, 노인의 라이프스타일에 따른 노인복지관의 전반적인 만족도는 보호활동형이 가장 높게 나타났으며 그 다음으로는 소극도전형, 적극도전형, 독립활동형의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인의 라이프스타일 유형별로 노인복지관의 공간특성이 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 독립활동형과 소극도전형은 친밀성, 보호활동형은 쾌적성, 적극도전형은 편의성이 가장 영향력이 큰 것으로 조사되었다. With the continuous rise of elderly population and rapid progression of aging in our society, greater emphasis is placed on the importance of local seniors welfare centers as representative service space that meets the diverse needs of local residents. In addition, there is a growing tendency among current users to seek high-quality service as their educational level, economic ability and lifestyle have changed for the better compared to past generations. Accordingly, this study analyzed the satisfaction of senior welfare centers according to life-style type of the elderly, using a lifestyle measurement tool which incorporates indicators of gerontographics. A survey was conducted with users of seven senior welfare centers located in Seoul. Analysis results are as follows: First, four types of lifestyle were derived through cluster analysis; independent activity type, protective activity type, active challenge type, and passive challenge type. Second, it was found that the overall satisfaction of seniors welfare centers by the life-style of the elderly is highest for the protective activity type followed by the passive challenge type, the active challenge type, and the independent activity type. Third, upon examining the effect of spatial characteristics of welfare centers on the satisfaction of elderly users by type of lifestyle, it was found that the independent activity type and the passive challenge type users are most influenced by intimacy, the protective activity type users by comfort, and the active challenge type users by convenience.
