This study aimed to shed light on the effect of commitment to organization(team) depending on the type of leadership which is provided by the coach of Poomsae, and examine the effect that the degree of commitment to organization had on the satisfaction of players. The findings of this study based on the analysis of the survey indicted the followings: First, the correlation analysis of the leadership, commitment to organization, and satisfaction of players indicated that the most sub-factors had statistically significant correlation. Second, the outcome of multiple regression, which was performed to examine the relationship of effect among the leadership, commitment to organization, and satisfaction of players, pointed out that the effect of leadership on the emotional commitment among the sub-factors related to the commitment to organization had a statistically significant positive effect when the leadership focused on the training and instruction behavior, and by contrast, had a negative effect when authoritative behavior was displayed. Only the training and instruction behavior had a positive effect among the types of leadership in the case of continuous commitment to organization. And the training, instruction behavior, and positive feedback had a significantly positive effect in terms of the leadership that influences the normative commitment to organization.

In this study, by analyzing how Poomsae coach&player estimate referee in matches, it was judged to need to grope plans for fairness betterment of Poomsae referee. At first, as a result of comparing recognition`s level for Poomsae referee, referees` quality& attitude&game operation, admiration them, and the satisfaction for referees` judgement showed .300 and less, it showed generally-negative in the recognition for referee. Secondly, as a result of investigating the recognition for the judgement, the average of satisfaction was 2.623±.990, it could be estimated generally-negative. About the question that wrong referee could be happened unavoidably because referee is human, the average was 3.670±.979, on the contrary, about the question that unfair judgement could be happened on purpose, the average was 3.582±1.058. Thirdly, as a result of investigating the recognition for the fairness, it could be estimated totally-negative. And the result, to analyze recognition difference about referees` fairness between coaches and players, only fairness factor of event match & region match, has mindful difference statistically. That is, players think more fairly than coaches, in all the factors. At fourth, as a result of analyzing the recognition for referees` influence, the average of all factors was high, it could be known that the influence of referees-judgement was widely spreaded. On the contrary, about gaining the confidence owing to profitable judgement, it appeared negative. And the result, to analyze recognition difference about referees` influence between coaches and players, the only mental factor has mindful difference. That is to say, all the factors of judgement and mentality showed higher in coaches rather than players.

골프용품브랜드의 상표이미지속성에 따른 포지셔닝 전략

This study aims to determine how the consumers evaluate Golf Brand by the properties that constitute their image and which players are recognized identically through identifying their position among Golf Brand by their image properties using multi-dimensional scaling. This attempt will help with establishing marketing strategies of companies to gain competitive advantages and differentiation by identifying if the Golf Brands are equipped with their own differentiated image to the consumers. The survey samples were selected with convenience sampling among golf club members, who are indoor golf range in Gyeong-gi area. Total 300 students were surveyed and among them, 264 surveys were collected and used in this study. The survey tool used was a questionnaire, and the Golf Brand were selected after discussion with experts to find the Brand who have relatively high awareness from the consumers. The reliability coefficient of the factors in image properties was shown to be α = 0.694. The data processing of this study was based on the similarity distance recognized by the repliers, and the positioning map was drawn for marketing strategies. For the method of analysis, PROXCAL analysis technique was used among the methods in MDS. Using the value of the property vector found in regression analysis, the results showed that Mizuno and Titleist were at the highest positioning in advertising and design, and Taylormade was positioned the highest in reputation and quality. Also, Dunlop and Honma had the highest positing in price and practicability.

태권도 시설업의 실태분석과 발전방안

The funds-accommodation and various regulation-easing managements for sports facilities, based on policies that improved work-condition, to grope plans for supporting Taekwondo facilities-company, it is as follows. At first, the foudation of Taekwondo park will be carried out as soon as possible. The total construction estimated cost is reached at ￦746,700,000,000, will have good effects on engineering & building industry. Secondly, the business rationalization of public sports facilities will be devised. the proficiency of management will be achieved by the management rationalization, as the foundation of Taekwondo park and facilities, owned and planned by local government, were mainly operated by national tax. At the third level, many houses will be ensured by improving Taekwondo arena`s facilities. Finally, as the foundation of Taekwondo gym, the plans, to support and regulate, will be able to be considered to constitute safe training environment by the support for finance & tax system. Besides, as the present Taekwondo training class is mainly for infants & children, the minimum safe equipments are prepared, but the here and now, the number of unenrolled gym is not grasped accurately, and most of gyms are run poorly, it is judged that the plans, to support and regulate, will be prepared at the same time.

시청각 교육매체에 대한 교사의 인식과 활용에 관한 고찰

Facing the knowledge development, information expansion and increase in educational population along with the modern, information-oriented society, we are required to improve the quality and method of teaching and learning. In other words, we should develop and utilize various media for effective teaching and learning which lead to the maximization of educational effects and promotion of learning interests and motives. Children usually have undeveloped attention and concentration. For them, therefore, suitable audio-visual media are needed to foster their interests in learning. Very importantly, such audio-visual media could attract children to learn positively and effectively because the media are arranged according to children's developmental difference. There have been studies about teachers' recognition and utilization of audio-visual teaching media, often at the levels of primary, middle and high schools. The studies showed that most of the teachers were positive about the media and effects of such media for learning objectives, but little capable of manufacturing the educational materials. Few similar studies have been so far made to kindergarten teachers. So, this researcher surveyed the current use of audio-visual teaching media at each activity of pre-school education. As a result, it was found that kindergarten teachers had little use of the media. Fully considering findings from all of the studies as above mentioned, the researcher could reach the following conclusions and suggestion. First, teachers recognize audio-visual teaching media very clearly, but use few of the media in the actual situation of teaching. Second, there are differences among teachers about the extent to which they use audio-visual teaching media, in accordance with the teachers' professional career. Third, teacher are little excellent in the operation and preparation of such teaching media. Regarding the operation and preparation, longer service teachers are relatively better than the others. Fourth, audio-visual teaching media vary In patterns and learning effects according to the capacity of relevant school. Fifth, the application of the media requires training program development and training opportunity increase. Sixth, audio-visual teaching media are little used In actual education because they are not still easily available. Seventh, administrative and financial supports should be given to help the development of very effective, up-to-date and practical materials of education.
