개인의 특성이 스마트폰 사용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

스마트폰 사용이 보편화되면서 스마트폰 사용에 대한 부정적 현상들이 나타나고 있다. 사진전송, 인터넷 접속 등을 할 뿐만 아니라 인터넷 게임에 몰입하면서 스마트폰 중독, 즉 의존성과 금단증상 등으로 인하여 일상생활의 어려움을 경험하기도 하고, 또 극단적인 대인기피현상을 보이기도 한다. 또한 스마트폰 사용은 테크노 스트레스를 유발하기도 한다. 이러한 이유로 인해 스마트폰 때문에 대화가 단절되고, 집중할 수 있는 능력이 떨어지고 있다는 위기의식이 커지면서 디지털 디톡스(Digital Detox)가 이슈화되고 있다. 스마트폰에 관한 선행연구와 사용자의 개인적 특성에 관한 연구를 통해 본 논문의 목적요인을 설명할 수 있는 변수들을 도출하였다. 사용자의 경험과 혁신성을 독립변수로 설정하고 매개변수를 테크노스트레스와 디지털 디톡스로 설정하였다. 종속변수군은 스마트폰의 음성통신, 데이터통신의 사용 선호도로 구성하고 가설을 설정하여 이론적 연구모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 개인의 특성인 경험과 혁신성이 디지털디톡스와 테크노스트레스를 매개하여 스마트폰 사용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명하였다. The excessive smart-phone users are tend to the difficulties of smart-phone addiction and extremely personal aversion and generates Techno-stress also. Smart-phone to the people gives a dialog interruptions and distractions. So, because of this sense of crisis has been issuing digital detox. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between the impact on the use of phones in the smart and personal characteristics of the digital detox. These variables were all derived as potential reasons for the use of smart-phones through previous studies on smart-phones and previous studies on the individual characteristics of smart-phone users in an effort to include factors that influence the consistent use of smart-phones. This paper was set up the user’s experience and innovation as an independent variable and parameters were set to techno-stress and digital detox. The dependent variable consisted of voice communication of Smart-phone, Dependent variables are presented voice communications of smart phones, to the use of data communications preferences, and Finally, set up a theoretical model was proposed to research the hypothesis.

2010년을 전후로 하여 기존 미디어는 보다 강화된 컴퓨팅 기능과 플랫폼 채택, 차세대 네트워킹을 통해 스마트 미디어로의 급속한 진화가 전개되고 있다. 스마트폰을 통해 스마트 미디어 시대로 진입한 우리나라는 글로벌 시장과 기술을 선도하기 위해 세계 최고 경쟁력을 확보하고 있는 IT 전문 제조 역량을 결집하고 있으며 그 성과가 가시화되고 있다. 본 연구는 확장된 정보기술 수용모델(TAM) 관점에서 스마트 폰 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 요인들 간의 관계성을 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 규명하고자 하였다. 연구에서 사용한 외생변인은 기존 혁신 확산이론(diffusion theory)에서 정보미디어 초기 채택자의 개인적 특성으로 혁신적 성향(innovativeness)과 개인경험, 사회적 영향력으로는 주관적 규범, 가시성, 이미지를 설정하였다. 또한 기술수용모델(TAM)의 주요 신념변수인 지각된 유용성과 심리학의 플로우 개념을 차용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전체적인 스마트폰 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 결과는 다차원적인 이용자 특성 변인이 플로우와 지각된 유용성, 이용의도에 미치는 영향관계의 변인들 사이에는 통계적 유의성이 검증되었다. Before and after 2010, The smart media is being deployed rapid evolution through enhanced computing capabilities and adoption of next-generation networking platforms. The purpose of this study was investigated using a structural equation model of the relationship and factors affecting smart phone use. Exogenous variables suggested in this study were set personal experience, innovative propensity and subjective norms, visibility, and the image. the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) of the major beliefs of perceived usefulness variable concept was borrowed. In addition, It was borrowed to the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Flow, perceived usefulness and the concept of psychological theories. We investigated the determinants affecting smart-phone use intent. On this basis, we investigated the factors affecting the decision to use smart-phone. The results showed a statistically significant relationship between multidimensional user characteristics variable and flow, perceived usefulness, and impact of the use of variables.
