호주 원주민 공동체 아카이브와 ‘평행출처주의’의 현재적 의미

The purpose of this study is to trace the formation process of “parallelprovenance” concept in the context of Australia’s aboriginal communityarchives development and draw its implications for contemporary rebuildingof domestic “past affairs-related committee archives”. Focused on historicaldevelopment of aboriginal community archives in Australia, this writingdivides its development into three periods: colonial archives, post-colonialarchives, and contemporary archives and investigates each period’s distinctfeatures in managing and building of aboriginal community archives. Firstof all, for colonial archives, it pays attention to Australia’s archival tradition,which focused on current record-keeping and then development ofmultiple provenance resulted from this tradition. Second, for post-colonialarchives, it examines the appearance of aboriginal people as the subject ofdocumentation category and name indexing on them. Finally, forcontemporary archives, it analyzes current activities of Australia’s academicworld of archival science for overcoming “the otherness” of aboriginalpeople through conceptualization of “parallel provenance”. Conclusively,through current meaning of parallel provenance, this study drawsimplications for democratic contemporary rebuilding of domestic pastaffairs-related committee archives, in which historical victims become the subject of archives. 본 논문은 호주의 원주민 공동체 아카이브 사례를 중심으로발전한 ‘평행 출처주의’의 형성 과정을 추적하고, 이것이 국내 과거사 아카이브의 기록화 과정에 어떤 함의를 가질 수 있는지를고찰했다. 이 글은 호주 원주민 공동체 아카이브의 역사적 발전을 중심에 놓고, 그 시기를 크게 식민주의 아카이브, 후기식민주의 아카이브, 그리고 동시대 아카이브로 구분했다. 각 국면 분석을 통해 본 연구는 호주원주민 공동체 아카이브의 관리 및 구축방법에 있어서 고유한 특성들과 원주민 아카이브의 진화 과정을살폈다. 즉 식민주의 아카이브에서는 백인 관료들이 생산한 현용행정기록 중심의 아카이브 전통과 그로 인한 다중 출처주의의 발전에 주목했다. 후기 식민주의 아카이브에서는 기록화 범주로서호주원주민의 등장과 이들에 대한 인명 색인 작업에 대해 비판적으로 검토하였다. 마지막으로 동시대 아카이브에서는 호주 원주민의 타자화를 극복하기 위한 호주 기록학계의 최근의 움직임을‘평행 출처주의’ 개념을 통해 살펴보았다. 결론에서는 이 개념의현재적 의의를 통해 그동안 역사에서 재현되지 못한 피해당사자들이 주체가 되는 국내 과거사아카이브의 민주적인 동시대적 재구성을 위한 함의를 도출하고자 했다.

영국 공동체 아카이브 운동의 전개와 실천적 함의

The purpose of this study is to analyze the present stage of community archives movement in the UK. By doing so, it draws some implications of the UK case for the community archives movement in Korea. The UK’s ‘Independent’ community archives as a part of grassroots movement are characterized by participation, autonomy, and self-help of community members. Along with the appearance of the concept of ‘community’, the UK has experienced the revitalization period of community archives in the social context of community-based urban regeneration project. Recently, the UK’s community archives have transformed themselves into building a ‘governance model’ relying on the partnership with mainstream archives. In particular, the UK model of community archives is based ‘on their own ways’ with their autonomy as a product of intrinsic development initiated by communities themselves. The character of the model of this type is very analogous to the nature of maul’ community archives movement in Korea. Since the early 2000s, however, the UK model of community archives has been evolving into a way of building governance through their appropriation of the skills and methodologies from mainstream archives without endangering the autonomous essences of community archives themselves. We need to note the point of local researchers’ view in archival science who have tried to seek out the methodology for building maul community archives with regard to openness and collaboration. In this respect, a shift in archival principle in the UK would give significant implications in regenerating the locally based community model. 이 논문은 공동체 아카이브가 가장 활발하게 구축되고 있는 영국의 공동체 아카이브 운동의 현 단계를 분석하고 이로부터 국내 공동체 아카이브 발전을 위한 함의를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 영국의 ‘독립’ 공동체 아카이브는 풀뿌리운동의 일환으로서 공동체 구성원의 아래로부터의 참여, 자율적 통제, 내적 소유권이 요체라 볼 수 있다. 영국은 역사적으로 1960년대에 등장한 공동체 개념으로 시작해 최근 도시재생프로젝트를 거치며 공동체 아카이브가 활성화되는 시기들을 지났다. 최근에는 주류 아카이브 등 공적 영역과의 파트너십에 의해 공동체 아카이브가 거버넌스(협치) 단계에 이르고 있다. 무엇보다 영국형 공동체 아카이브는, 공동체의 내재적 발전의 산물이며 자율적 통제에 기반하여 ‘그들만의 방식’으로 아카이브를 구축해왔다. 이러한 영국형 공동체 아카이브의 성격은 최근 국내 ‘마을’ 공동체 아카이브 운동과 그 기본적 성격 면에서 많이 닮아 있다. 하지만 영국형 아카이브 모델은, 주류 아카이브에 포획되거나 주도되는 방식이 아니라 공동체 아카이브의 자율성을 기본으로 하면서도 공적 영역의 노하우를 끌어들이며 거버넌스(협치)를 구성하는 방식으로 진화하고 있다. 개방과 협업의 공동체 아카이브 구축을 위한 방법론 모색이 절실한 국내 기록학계에 영국의 최근 변화는 시사하는 바가 크다.

시민참여형 평가의 실천적 설계를 위한 연구

Citizen participatory appraisal is a methodology of record practice that draws citizen participation in the evaluation process in various forms based on evaluation documentation. This study aims to address practical concerns about what kind of citizen participatory appraisal can be used locally and what specific design can be drawn. To this end, this study designs specific measures for citizens to recognize and monitor the responsibility of the national archives in the domestic record appraisal environment, focusing on thorough appraisal documentation and disclosure, the introduction of public consultation, and the initiative of citizen agenda. 시민참여형 평가는 평가 도큐멘테이션을 그 단초로 해서 다양한 형태로 평가과정에 시민의 참여를 끌어내는 기록실천의 방법론이다. 본 연구는 실제 국내에 적용 가능한 시민참여형 평가 방안이 과연 무엇이고 어떤 구체적 설계를 그릴 수 있을까라는 실천적 고민을 담으려 한다. 이를 위해 철저한 평가도큐멘테이션과 공개, 공공 컨설테이션 도입, 시민 의제 발의권을 중심으로, 국내 기록평가 환경에서 시민 자신이 국가 기록기관의 책임을 인지하고 감시하며 그로부터 적극 의견을 개진할 수 있는 방안을 설계하고 구체화한다. 먼저 2장에서는 시민참여의 관점에서 국내 공공기록 평가의 현재 문제점을 진단한다. 3장에서는 서구 시민참여형 평가 방식을 우리 환경에 주체적으로 적용할 수 있는 방안을 설계하는데 집중한다. 그리고 마지막 4장에서는 기록인 및 시민운동가 등 관련 전문가 포커스그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하여, 시민참여형 평가 방안에 대한 의견을 취합 조사하고, 현장에서 시민참여형 평가 유형과 절차를 적용하는데 있어 유효성을 타진하고자 한다.

토끼의 음경해면체 평활근에 ethanol 및 acetaldehyde가 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study is to assess the pharmacologic effects of ethanol and its metabolite, acetaldehyde on potassium channels of the corpus cavernosal smooth muscle of the rabbit. Materials and Methods: Cavernosal strips from New Zealand white rabbits were harvested and pharmacophysiologic organ bath studies were executed. In equilibrium state after incubation, zaprinast (PDE5 inhibitor) induced relaxations were monitored in strips precontracted with phenylephrine (PE, 10-4M). The inhibitory effects of ethanol and acetaldehyde (2, 20, 40, 80 mmol) on zaprinast-induced relaxations were recorded. Pinacidil (KATP channel opener) and phloretin (BK channel opener) were tested to reverse the inhibitory effects of ethanol and acetaldehyde on zaprinast-induced relaxations. Results: Both ethanol and acetaldehyde inhibited the zaprinast-induced relaxations in a dosedependent manner (p<0.05). Both pinacidil and phloretin abolished the inhibition by both ethanol and acetaldehyde (p<0.05). Ethanol and acetaldehyde inhibits cavernosal relaxation, possibly through BK channels and KATP channels. Conclusions: These results suggest that ethanol and its metabolite may affect the corpus cavernosal smooth muscle directly and lead to consequent erectile dysfunction. Furthermolecular and electrophysiological studies will help reveal the underlying mechanisms to which this process occurs.

동시대 ‘대항기억’의 기록화 :용산참사 사례를 중심으로

This study intends to rehabilitate the memories of the social other which have been gradually forgotten in the social events overloaded with the undemocratic violence in South Korea today. This study explores a case of Yongsan Tragedy in 2009 among the most tragic events. It notes the autonomous ways in which activist artists would like to memorize the socio-historical events anew despite the emptiness of public records. In other words, this study considers the Yongsan case to be significant that a group of the public, artists, grassroots activists, religion men got together in solidarity so as to create the contested narratives countering dominant memories and thus to signify the records written by the civil society. Among others, activist artists had documented the unofficial counter-memories of socially alienated peoples in terms of planning a series of artistic events such as opening some gallery exhibitions and performance events, issuing a volume of work books, comics and photographies, online broadcasting, and directing some documentaries. Especially, this paper tends to note the documentation of on-site activist artists to record the counter-memories against social oblivion. By doing so, it finally suggests how we could document the Yongsan Tragedy both to search out the archival implications of today’s art activism and to insert those artistic records into the commonly shared counter-memories in a more inclusive way. 본 연구는 동시대 비민주적 폭력으로 점철된 사회사적 사건들 가운데에서 점차 잊혀져가는 사회적 타자들의 기억을 재소환하기 위해 이뤄졌다. 이 글은 그 극적 사례로써 2009년 ‘용산4구역 철거현장 화재사건’(이하 용산참사)을 분석 대상으로 삼고 있다. 본 연구는 공적 기록의 빈 공백을 대신해 용산참사 속 현장 예술행동가들의 사회적 사건들을 새롭게 기억하는자율적 방식에 주목한다. 다시 말해 이 연구는 용산참사의 경우를 일반 시민, 문화예술가, 독립미디어 활동가, 종교인 등이 함께 연대해 국가 권력중심의 공식 내러티브에 대항해 경쟁서사를 마련하고 대항기억을 스스로재구성하면서 시민 기록의 의미를 되살렸던 중요한 사례로 바라본다. 당시 그 누구보다 현장 예술가들은 용산참사에 대한 기록의 과정에서 배제되고 타자화된 도시 빈민들의 절규에 귀 기울이면서, 전시 및 음악 공연기획과 도록 작업, 만화집, 현장르포 사진집, 미디어 방송, 다큐멘터리 영화 등 다양한 매체를 활용해 자율적인 방식으로 사회적으로 소외된 이들의 감성과 정서를 기록했다. 특히 이 글은 현장 예술가들에 의해 수행됐던참사 당시 비공식 대항기억 기록화의 움직임을 동시대 사회사적 사건의기록화에 있어 중요한 전략으로 고려하고 이를 중요한 탐구 대상으로 삼는다. 이에 의거해 결론에서는 현장 예술의 동시대 현장 기록 방식이 가지는 기록학적 함의와 이를 사회 공통의 기억 속에 기입하기 위한 좀 더 포괄적인 기록화 방법을 제안한다.

재정지원사업과 사회적가치 지표(SVI) 간의 영향 관계 분석 : 전라북도 사례를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 사회적가치 지표(SVI)의 정합성을 확인하기 위해 재정지원사업과 SVI의 영향 관계를 고찰하였다. 분석방법은 재정지원사업 선정결과를 종속변수로 하고 각 사업별로 적용된 SVI 구성요소를 독립변수로 설정하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 재정지원사업의 선정 결과에 SVI 지표의 영향은 거의 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 SVI가 평가도구로 활용되기에는 미흡하다는 것을 의미하며 제도개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 향후 재정지원사업 선정에서 SVI 반영 비율의 상향 조정, SVI의 정교한 지표개선 등의 정책적 시사점이 제시되었다.

문학 텍스트와 영화 텍스트 : 「 들놀이 」 연구 Une partie de campagne

Malgre´ la diffe´rence des ve´hicules, la litte´rature et le cine´ma ont des relations e´troites dans la mesure ou` tous les deux sont les arts du temps et prennent en commun la forme du re´cit. Nous avons essaye´ dans cet article de comparer ces deux genres artistiques entre eux en nous concentrant surtout sur leurs structures narratives. Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi paur objet d'analyse la nouvelle de G. de Maupassant, Partie de campagne, et le re´cit filmique de J. Renoir qui a le me^me titre, parce que celui-ci a adapte´ celle-la` d'une manie`re si fide`le qu'il est possible de faire une comparaison quantitative entre eux. Les histoires que ces deux textes nous racontent sont presque les me^es, mais ils diffe`rent par leur mise en intrigue. A savoir qu'une histoire est raconte´e en deux re´cits distingue´s. Dans l'ensemble, leur narration suit une ligne ascendante qui culmine lors de la sce`ne d'amour sur l'i^le, pour retomber ensuite tre`s rapidement. Mais en entrant dans les de´tails, on peut se rendre compte que le re´cit filmique ajoute ou supprime bien des e´ve´nements et des sce`nes par rapport au re´cit e´crit. Cela apporte quelques modifications a` la temporalite´ narrative. La nouvelle et le film suivent le me^me cheminement line´raire et donnent tous l'illusion d'une continuite´ temporelle en tirant parti de plusieurs proce´de´s qui permettent d'exprimer le flux ininterrompu des e´ve´nements. Nous trouvons pourtant le monde du film beaucoup plus fluide et mouvant comme la rivie`re qui coule. La question de l'expression est indissociable de celle du contenu. Sans exception, les deux textes figurent l'e´chec de la famille bourgeoise qui porte en soi les germes de sa propre destruction, saisie de de´sir. Mais le film se distingue le´ge`rement de la nouvelle en mettant en relief les images de la rivie`re, qui sont lie´es aux the`mes de la se´duction et de la sensualite´, et surtout par lesquelles une triple homologie se met en place : le fil de l'eau, le fil du re´cit, le fil de la vie. Au bout du compte, Renoir, comme Maupassant, fait oeuvre cre´atrice. Pluto^t que d'adaptation, il conviendrait de parler de re´e´criture. Il s'agit donc d'un re´alisme poe´tique.
