장애아동 어머니의 자살생각에 대한 생태체계적 영향 요인

본 연구는 장애아동 어머니의 자살생각에 영향을 주는 생태체계적 관점에서 고찰하여 그 결과를 토대로 장애아동 어머니를 위한 사회복지 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경기도에 거주하는 장애아동을 둔 어머니를 대상으로 실시하였고 자료수집은 2019년 7월부터 2019년 12월까지 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 미시체계변수들 중 자녀의 장애정도, 주관적 건강상태, 우울이 자살생각에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 중시체계에서는 가족의 응집력과 가족관계의 하위변수인 고마움만인 자살생각영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 거시체계에서는 사회적 지지의 하위변인인 정보적지지, 정서적지지 그리고 장애에 대한 사회의 태도 하위변인인 낙관-인권만이 자살생각에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 하여 사회복지 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제공하였다. The purpose of this research is to consider about the influence of suicide of mothers with handicapped children in an ecological perspective and to assist these mothers by providing them social work practice and social welfare policy implications. This research was targeted to mothers living in the province of Gyeonggi-do, and the questionnaire was done from July to December 2019. Among micro system of independent variables, child’ disability level, subjective health condition, depression were important predictors for suicidal ideation among mothers. Among mezzo system of independent variables, fmaily cohesion and thank of family relationship subscale were important predictors for suicidal ideation among mothers. Among macro system of independent variables, emotional support and informational support as well as human rights of SADP’s sub-scale were important predictors for suicidal ideation among mothers. This research study results will provide social work practice as well as policy implication.
