뷰티종사자의 SNS의존도가 COVID 19 위험지각 및 서비스 태도에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the social media dependence, COVID-19 risk perception, and service attitude of beauty workers, so that beauty workers can provide beauty services with the right service attitude, and accordingly, the research purpose is to provide basic data for beauty management. There is a purpose. The survey period was from November 25, 2021 to December 25, 2021 for beauty workers residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. was utilized. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that dependence on SNS had a significant effect on COVID 19 risk perception and service attitude. It was found that the service attitudes of beauty workers whose main job is customer service change according to their perceived risk in a disaster situation. Everyone is motivated when they start working, but as time goes on, their motivation fades and they just struggle to motivate themselves. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can properly motivate beauty workers according to their timing. An education program should be prepared to find the meaning of one’s work and set goals, and continuous management should be made through methods such as coaching or mentoring.

현대시대는 다양한 미디어매체가 발달되며 대중문화를 이끌어 가는 가장 핵심적인 요소인 영상매체에 대한 관심이 증가하며 그 중 엔터테이먼트의 영역이 확대되고, 걸그룹은 대중의 문화 아이콘으로 부상되었다. 걸그룹은 대중에게 강한 영향력을 행사하며 패션, 미용분야에 트렌드를 제시한다. 최근 셀프스타일링이 유행하며 간단한 스타일변화로 이미지 변화를 할 수 있는 앞머리 스타일에 대한 관심이 증가하였다. 앞머리는 전체 헤어스타일의 시술 보다 시술 시간이 짧고 간편하지만 이미지 변화에 큰 영향을 준다. 따라서 본 논문은 대중에게 강한 영향력을 행사하는 걸그룹에 나타난 앞머리 스타일을 분석하여 앞머리 스타일의 트렌드를 알아보고 앞으로의 앞머리스타일 트렌드를 예측하고 스타일링 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 걸그룹을 선정하여 걸그룹 맴버의 앞머리 스타일을 분석하려 한다. 걸그룹 선정 기준은 걸그룹의 인기 순위가 높은 그룹을 선정하였다. 인기 순위를 알기 위해서는 2016년 이투데이에서 진행한 ‘국군 장병들이 뽑은 군통령톱10’을 바탕으로 10개의 걸그룹을 선정하였다. 선정한 걸그룹의 앞머리 스타일을 분석은 걸그룹의 앨범 커버 사진 속의 앞머리 스타일을 분석하였다. 10개의 걸그룹 총 61명을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 네추럴롱 스타일이 가장 높은 비율을 보였으며 라운드뱅 스타일이 두 번째로 나타났고, 다음으로 네추럴숏, 시스루뱅이 동일한 비율로 나타났다. 본 분석으로 인하여 걸그룹에게 나타난 앞머리 스타일의 트렌드는 다양한 이미지 연출이 가능한 네추럴롱 스타일임을 알 수 있었다. In modern society, various types of media have been developed and the interests in visual media have increased as it is the most important factor in leading pop culture. Therefore, girl groups have become an icon of pop culture by establishing trend in beauty and fashion areas with its strong influence on public. Different images can be created by changing the style of bang so interests in bang style have increased as self-styling has become very popular these days. So this paper is to show the trend of bang style by analyzing the bang styles presented among girl groups and to predict the future trend of bang style. For this purpose, bang styles in the covers of 10 girl groups voted as top 10 by military soldiers according to E Today in 2016 were analyzed. As a result, it was found out that natural long style was the most popular style among girl groups as it can create different styles.
1㎾급 연료전지 발전용 2단 구성 방식의 DC-DC 컨버터 설계

In this paper, the two-stage DC-DC converter is proposed to make the control simple and to boost the low input voltage in the fuel cell generating system. The low efficiency of the conventional power converter is caused by a characteristic of the low-voltage and high-current in the fuel cell generating system. High-frequency transformer is needed to block the noise and to guarantee the safety of cell and load as a magnetically insulation. The proposed two-stage DC-DC converter for a fuel cell generation is more efficient than the traditional one-stage converter and easy to control. The design of a high-frequency transformer is also simple. Finally, the utility of the proposed converter is proved by the simulations and experiments.

A concern about micro grid connection system is elevated. The reason is that carbon dioxide emission is regionally restricted to prevent the drain of fossil fuel, high oil prices and global warming. The existing photovoltaic DC-DC converter is operated by the full-bridge method. However, the configuration is complicated because a phase shift method is required to raise an efficiency. A photovoltaic DC-DC converter connected with second layered half-bridge converter and boost converter is proposed in this paper. This proposed DC-DC converter is easy to control and has an advantage of reducing the size. Finally, the validity of the proposed converter is verified by the experimentation.
