This paper summarize about the auxiliary electrode measured a ground resistance The method to measure a ground resistance is the fall-of-potential method to using an auxiliary electrode. And an auxiliary electrode must be set up on the ground. Today it is so difficult to set up the auxiliary electrode on the ground because of many concrete building and many paved roads. So this paper is regarding of the ground resistance measurement by the substitute auxiliary electrode. It substituted a iron structure around the building, a wire net for auxiliary electrode. This information is confirmed by compared with the measurement value.

This work was carried out to obtain fundamental data for the breeding method by means of examining the frequency of haploidal plant in recommended varieties and hybrid rice. The results obtained were as follows: 1. 5 bi-embryonic rice, or 0.005% were selected from among 91,435 seedlings of 10 true bred varieties like cv Palkweng in 1979, 49 ones, or 0.057%, from among 85,345 of 15 F₂ hybrids in 1980, and 55 bi- or tri-embryonic rice, or 0.048% from among 114,881 of 12 other F₂ hybrids in 1981. 2. Two among five bi-embryonic rice from true bred varieties and two among 55 ones from F₂ hybrids rice were simi liar to haploidal plants. 3. The early growths of the rice derived from synergids were slow or dwarf than those from fertilized eggs, but the middle and thereafter growths of both were simillar to each other. 4. The seed settings rate of the rice from fertilized eggs were 76%, but those from synergids, 72%. 5. The plant heights of the rice from fertilized eggs were nearly tall, the numbers of tillers and grains per panicles of them were nearly much, and the heading dates of them were nearly earlier than those of the rice from synergids.
