      • 류마티스 관절염 환자의 불확실성에 대한 극복력과 일상생활정도의 상관성 조사

        Purpose: This study was to investigate the relationship between mastery and activity of daily life in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Method: The subjects for this study were 222 patients registered in H University Hospital Rheumatoid Arthritis Center, and the period of data collection was from August 15, 2003 to September 30, 2003. Reliability coefficients of instruments were found Cronbach's Alpha =.74~.94. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 10.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Result: The results were as follows. 1) The range of total uncertainty scores was from 33 to 87 and the mean score of the uncertainty in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 63.27. 2) The range of total mastery scores was from 10 to 27 and the mean score of the mastery in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 18.70. 3) The range of total activity of daily life scores was from 22 to 80 and the mean score of the activity of daily life in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 72.56. 4) The level of mastery was significant correlation with activity of daily life(r=.395, p<.01).

      • 류마티스 관절염 환자가 지각하는 통증과 피로

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of pain and fatigue in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Method: The subjects for this study were 120 patients registered in S University Hospital, and the period of data collection was from June 20, 2005 to October 15, 2005. Results: The research instruments used in this study were the Graphic Rating Scale of Pain and Fatigue, and the cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of Fatigue scale was .90. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 12.0 program was used for descriptive statistics. The results were as follows. 1) The range of total pain scores was from 10 to 100 and the mean score of the pain in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 53.70. 2) The range of total fatigue scores was from 20 to 58 and the mean score of the fatigue in rheumatoid arthritis patients was 36.04. 3) There was a significant difference in pain according to duration of disease(F=3.934, p<.05). 4) There was a significant difference in fatigue according to duration of disease(F=3.442, p<.05). 5) The level of fatigue was significant correlation with the level of pain in rheumatoid arthritis patients(r=.217, p<.01). Conclusion: The level of fatigue was significant correlation with the level of pain in rheumatoid arthritis patients. Therefore nursing interventions decreasing the pain perceived by rheumatoid arthritis patients are needed to decrease there fatigue levels.

      • 만성 관절염 환자를 대상으로 한 극복력과 우울의 상관성 조사

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of mastery and depression in chronic arthritis patients. Method: The subjects for this study were 100 patients registered in S University Hospital, and the period of data collection was from June 20, 2006 to August 30, 2006. Results: The cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the research instruments were .70-.86. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 12.0 program was used for descriptive statistics. The results were as follows. 1) The range of total mastery scores was from 11 to 28 and the mean score of the depression in chronic arthritis patients was 17.88. 2) The range of total depression scores was from 20 to 72 and the mean score of the depression in chronic arthritis patients was 39.99. 3) The level of mastery was significant correlation with the level of depression in chronic arthritis patients(r=-.466, p<.01). Conclusion: Mastery had significant correlation with depression in patients who have chronic arthritis. Therefore, the strategy of nursing intervention which improve mastery must be developed for patients who have chronic arthritis.

        간호대학생의 대학생활스트레스와 대학생활적응

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between stress and adjustment to college life among nursing students. Methods: The sample consisted of 183 university students in C & S cities. Self-report questionnaires were used to measure the variables. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 23.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearsons correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. Results: The mean scores of stress and adjustment to college life were 2.55 and 3.24. Stress was significantly different according to grade (F=7.30, p<.001), economic state (F=14.39, p<.001), perceived health state (F=6.66, p<.001). In regression analysis, stress for college life, perceived health state, and college life satisfaction were significant predictors of adjustment to college life explaining 68%. Conclusion: This study suggests that perceived health state was a significant factor on adjustment to college life among nursing students. Therefore, the strategies of nursing intervention which improve perceived health state must be developed for college students.

        영유아 입원 환아 어머니의 불안과 극복력의 관계

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the correlation between anxiety and mastery in hospitalized young childrens mothers. Methods: The subjects were 118 mothers of young children who were hospitalized in a pediatric unit. Self-report questionnaires were used to measure the variables of anxiety and mastery. In the data analysis, SPSSWIN 23.0 was used for descriptive statistics, Pearsons correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results: The reliability of instruments were found to have a Cronbachs alpha of .84 to .92. Anxiety correlated negatively with mastery (r=-.43, p<.001) and positively with duration of hospitalization (r=.26, p=.004). In multiple regression, mastery and duration of hospitalization were significant predictors of anxiety in hospitalized young childrens mothers, explaining 24.0%. Conclusions: Anxiety and mastery were significant variables in hospitalized young childrens mothers. A strategy of nursing intervention which decreases anxiety in mothers must be developed by increasing the level of mastery in mothers of hospitalized young children.

        자취와 자택거주 간호대생의 건강증진생활양식에 관한 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare health promotion lifestyles of college nursing students between students who live with their parents and students who are self-boarders. Methods: The sample consisted of 375 college nursing students in C and S city. Self report questionnaires were used to measure the variables. In data analysis, the SPSSWIN 18.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearsons correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score for Health Promotion Lifestyle in living with the parents group was significantly higher than that of the self-boarders group (t=-2.16, p=.031). In multiple regression, perceived health state, exercise frequency, self-rated knowledge about health, and grade were significant predictors of Health Promotion Lifestyle in college nursing students, explaining 26.3%. Conclusion: This study suggests that perceived health state, exercise frequency, and self-rated knowledge about health, and grade are significant influencing factors in Health Promotion Lifestyle in college nursing students. Therefore, strategies which improve these variables must be developed for college nursing students.

        입원 아동 어머니가 지각하는 불확실성과 불안 및 간호요구도

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate uncertainty, anxiety and nursing needs in mothers of hospitalized children. Method: Self report questionnaires were used to measure the variables. Variables were uncertainty, anxiety and nursing needs. In data analysis, SPSSWIN 12.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. Results: Cronbach's alphas of .84 to .97 indicate reliability of the instruments. Uncertainty positively correlated with anxiety (r=.624, p<.001) and nursing needs (r=.147, p<.05), and anxiety positively correlated with nursing needs (r=.262, p<.01). In regression analysis of anxiety, uncertainty, nursing assessment of nursing needs and duration of hospitalization were significant predictors, explaining 45.1% of variance. Conclusion: Uncertainty was a significant predictor of anxiety in mothers whose children were hospitalized. Therefore, nursing interventions which decrease uncertainty must be developed for these mothers.

        적응프로그램 제언을 위한 대학신입생 학교적응 관련 문헌분석

        본 문헌분석 연구는 국내에서 최근 11년간 발표된 대학신입생의 학교적응 관련 문헌을 분석한 연구로, 대학신입생의 학교적응 요인을 파악하고 이에 대한 학교적응 방안과 대학 교육 프로그램 개선의 방향을 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 문헌분석은 3개의 데이터베이스 국회도서관 자료실, 학술연구정보서비스(RISS), 한국학술정보(KISS)를 통하여 문헌 탐색기준에 의해 선택하였으며, 최종 24개의 연구가 선택되었다. 이 중 20편은 상관관계연구, 4편은 실험연구이었다. 대학신입생 학교적응 연구는 2009년부터 매년 1편씩 연구되다가 2012년부터 매년 5-6편으로 증가되어 대학 신입생의 적응에 대해 관심이 증가함을 볼 수 있다. 이 24개 문헌들에서 이용한 학교적응 조사도구는 Baker와 Siryk(1984)가 만든 도구를 23편에서 이용되었다. 분석된 상관관계 연구에서의 대학신입생 학교적응 평균은 3.25점으로 나타났다. 대학신입생의 학교적응과 관련된 변수는 20개 정도로 조사되었으며, 그 중 자기존중감, 자기효능감, 스트레스는 학교적응에 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 또한 대학신입생의 학교적응과 관련된 일반적 특성 중 외향적 성격, 가족과 사는 경우, 나이가 많은 경우, 학과에 만족한 경우, 학교생활에 만족한 경우 학교적응이 높게 나타났다. 이에 대학에서는 신입생 적응 프로그램을 계획할 때 자기효능감 증진방안, 스트레스 관리, 대학신입생을 위한 멘토-멘티 프로그램, 신입생 적응 프로그램 등을 학교와 학과에 맞게 지속적으로 진행할 것을 제언한다. The purpose of this study was to review articles and theses on adjustment of college freshmen from domestic researches conducted during the past 11 years, to identify overall research trends, and to suggest direction and strategies for college freshman’s adjustment. The final 24 articles were selected from three databases, RISS, KISS, and NAL (National assembly library) using specific inclusion criteria. Twenty were correlation studies and four were experimental studies. In 2009, the first study on adjustment of college freshmen was published. Since then several more studies have been conducted to date. This means that people have recognized the importance of adjustment of college freshmen. Twenty three studies that are reviewed used Baker and Siryks college adjustment tool. From reviewed correlation studies, mean score of college students adjustment was 3.25. The related variables with adjustment of college freshmen revealed 20 items, especially self-esteem, self-efficacy, and stress showed important related concepts. The general characteristics related to adjustment of freshmen were outgoing character, living with family, aged students, satisfied with the area of study, and satisfied with school life. The findings of this study indicated that colleges when planning for the freshmen orientation program should focus on improving self-efficacy of students, stress management, mentor program, and freshmen adjustment program for each department of the school and college.

        한국인 영어 학습자가 선호하는 영어 학습 활동

        Learner-centered education stresses that learners should be at the center of education and the curriculum should reflect learners`` needs and preferences. To achieve the goals of learner-centered education, it isnecessary to know what activities learners prefer. To this end, this study surveys 850 people from Seoul and Gyeonggi Province ranging from elementary school students to university students. The study shows that school age, grades, experience in English speaking countries, and early English education have a greater influence on preferred activities than gender or any other factors. It also shows what class type learners prefer, what activities learners believe are helpful, and which learning activities learners feel interesting. Finally, it shows how preferred activities vary with various factors such as learners`` preferred class types, gender, school age, grade, experience in English speaking countries, the first time to start studying English, which will help educators plan a more closely structured curriculum.
