      • Web-Stiffener 용접상세의 피로균열 성장거동

        Fatigue test were performed on weld details of web-stiffener. This study aimed to obtain fatigue constant and fatigue crack growth rate under applied stress in weld details of web-stiffener. In this study, the followings are confirmed, the test results can be used to design of fatigue and estimating remaining life of details of web-stiffener, because of S-N relationships are placed between classification b and c of AASHTO criteria.

        구조강(構造鋼) 용접부(鎔接部)의 국부인성분포(局部靭性分布)에 관한 연구(?究)

        용접구조에 있어서 가장 위험한 단면은 용접부이며 대부분의 파괴가 용접부로부터 발생하였다. 따라서 용접부의 파괴거동을 확인하는 것은 파괴방지를 위하여 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 용접부의 파괴거동에 관한 기초적인 연구로서 용접부의 국부적인 인성분포와 다층용접의 효과 및 잔류응력제거풀림의 효과를 조사하였다. 연구에 사용된 기본소재로서는 피로이력을 갖고 있는 강재와 피로이력이 없는 강재를 선택하였다. 용접부에서 미사용강재(피로이력이 없는 강재)모재, 열영향부 용착금속의 파괴인성이 각각 차이가 있었고 용착금속은 균열저지능력으로서 파괴인성이 가장 작아서 파괴발생원이 될수 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 본연구의 대상강재인 기사용강재(피로이력을 갖고 있는 강재)는 파괴인성이 용착금속 보다 작아서 균열이 존재하는 경우 가장 취약한 단면이 될수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 다충용접은 용접부에 결합이 존재하지 않는다면 안정개선에 효과가 있음을 확인하였고 또한 잔류응력제거 풀림은 본연구에 관한 한은 효과가 없는 것으로 밝혀졌다. In the welded structure, the most dengerous section is welded parts and almost fractures of welded structure occur from welded parts. Accordingly, in other to prevents of fracture, it is important seeking the fracture behavior of welded parts. In this study as basic investigation of fracture behavior of welded parts, it is investigated that local distribution of fracture toughness and effect of multipass electrode welding, also effect of release of residual stress were investigated, as the subjected. material, the used steel having fatigue history and unused steel were selected. As the result of this study, it is dear that the base metal of unused steel and heat affected zone and weld metal are different each other in fracture toughness, and it seems clear that the weld metal may will become source of fracture because of it having the most low fracture toughness. Especially, in the case of crack occur in the used steel, it will be the most brittle section in the structure because of it having low fracture toughness then weld metal. It affirmation that, if welded parts has not flaw, the multi pass electrode welding effective to improve of fracture toughness, also release of residual stress is none effective to improve of fracture toughness in this study.

      • 단순합성교의 합성효과에 따른 전단연결재의 거동에 관한 연구

        Generally, in a steel-concrete composite girder, the shear connector which was constructed between concrete deck and steel girder should have enough stiffness to behave as one body, because the conformity between plate and concrete deck is influences by the stiffness and spacing of the shear connector. If stiffness is insufficient. slip would happen at the contact surface. Partial interaction is the case that takes account of slip, and the other is complete interaction. In this paper, an easy method is presented to evaluate the stiffness or spacing of the shear connector according to the degree of imperfection without difficult calculations for a composite girder with partial interaction. Also, the horizontal shearing force applied to the shear connector and the longitudinal axial force, which is occurs at contact surface between concrete deck and steel girder, have been presented in a simple influence line that is various to the parameters of sectional properties, degree of imperfection and applied load points.

      • HT60급 TMCP 강재의 피로균열성장 거동에 관한 연구

        Application of the relationship da/dN=C(ΔK)^m is effective in the analysis of fatigue crack growth life. The values of material constant C and m have great influences on the predicted fatigue life and relationship fatigue crack growth rate(da/dN) and stress intensity factor range(ΔK) is effective in fatigue crack growth behavior. Barsom calculated the relation of C and m from experimental result of many structural steels. Although the applicability of the Barsom`s relationship has been studied for many steels producted in the U.S.A., Japan, no similar study has been performed in Korean structural steels. In this paper, to evalute the fatigue crack growth behavior TMCP(Thermo Machanical Control Process) steel, fatigue test was performed by base metal, heat affected zone and weld metal in TMCP steel. We determined the relationship of da/dN-ΔK by correlation between C and m obtained from the Paris power law data supplied HT60 grade TMCP steel.
