Ether 및 Methoxyflurane 全身麻醉가 家兎肝 및 肺組織의 蛋白量에 미치는 影響

家兎에 ether와 methoxyflurane 으로서 吸入全身麻醉시킨後 麻醉의 深度와 時間經過에 따라 肝 및 肺組織을 摘出하고 各各 蛋白質을 測定하고 正常對照群의 그것과 比較하여 다음의 結果를 얻었다. (1) 正常對照群에서 肝 및 肺組織의 蛋白量은 各各 98.4±6.33㎎/gm wet wt 및 42.7±3.32㎎/gm wet wt 이었다. (2) Ether 麻醉群에서 經麻醉로서는 肝 및 肺組織의 蛋白量은 對照値에 比하여 큰 差異가 없었고 深麻醉로서는 30分까지 肝組織의 蛋白量은 相當히 增加되었다가 60分에는 다시 對照値와 비슷하게 되었다. 이러한 傾向은 肺組織에서는 볼 수 없었고 深麻醉經過中에도 蛋白量은 크게 變動되지 않았다. (3) Methoxyflurance 麻醉群에서는 肝組織 蛋白量이 深麻醉初에 對照群에 比하여 若干높은듯 하나 大體로 큰 差異는 아니었고 肺組織에서는 深麻醉經過中對照群에 比하여 若干 낮아진듯 하나 大體로큰 變化는 볼 수 없었다. In the persent study, and effort was made to elucidate the possible effect of ether and methoxyflurance anesthesia on th protein contents of the liver and lung tissues, subjecting rabbits to the light or deep inhalation anesthesia with the above anesthetics by the non-rebreathing system. The protein content was measured by the method of Lowry et al, using Folin-Phenol reagent. The comparison was made with the protein content of the normal rabbit, and the results obtained are summarized as follows; 1) The protein of the liver and lung tissue of th normal rabbit was 98.4±6.33㎎/gm wet wt and 42.7±3.32㎎/gm wet wt, respectively. 2) In the ether anesthesia group, the protein contents of the liver and lung in the light anesthesia were similar to that of the normal (control) group whereas in the deep anesthesia, the liver protein increased considerably at 30 minutes after the anesthesia and then returned to the normal value at 60 minutes. The tendency of the increased protein content as in the liver tissue was not observable in the lung tissue, and the protein content remained stable in the entire stage of the deep anesthesia. 3) In the methoxyflurance anesthesia group, the protein contents of the liver and lung tissues did not change noticeably form the normal value throughout the entire experiment.
