분리막을 이용한 정수처리 System에서 처리공정 및 운전조건의 최적화에 관한연구

기존의 정수처리 공정인 응집 침전 과정을 대체하여 분리막을 이용한 상수처리 시스템의 개발을 목적으로한다. 따라서 4가지 형태의 정수처리 공정과 분리막의 분획 분자량을 변화시켰을 때 막 투과수의 변화와 안정적이며 높은 투과수를 얻기 위해 필요한 운전 조건의 최적화를 실험하였다 실험결과 한외여과막이 정밀여과막보다 막 투과수 감소경향이 완만했으며 초기 투과수 회복율은 더 높았다. 수질 분석의 결과 한회여과막이 정밀 여과막보다 우수하였지만 전처리에 의한 차이는 나지 않았다. 운전 조건에 따른 flux 는 온도, 선속도가 높을수록 압력이 낮을수록 flux 감소율이 적은 경향을 나타내었다. The object of study were the development of membrane process and the optimization of operation condition for membrane system, which was used the pre-treatment system of tap water treatment in steady of conventional process such as coagulation, sedimentation. The higher steady flux is very important factor, by a suitable pre-treatment and optimization of operating condition such as fouling control, crossflow and backwashing method, in membrane system. So, we were observed the effect of flux decline for membrane used by 4 type ultrafiltration(UF) membrane pre-treatment process, and optimized the operation condition of filtration system under various MWCO(Molecular weight cut-off), operation pressure, linear velocity and temperature to maintain higher flux. From these experiment, we were identified that UF process showed a slower flux decline rate and a higher flux recovery than microfiltration(MF) membrane. The water quality of UF permeate was better than that of MF, and was not effected pre-treatment process. In the operation condition, the rate of flux decline was diminished by a higher linear velocity and operation temperature, lower pressure.

Membrane filtration process seems to have many advantages such as improvement of drinking water quality, saving water purification chemicals and operation cost, easier operation and maintenance and saving time and cost for construction of a water purification plant. A study was conducted to optimize the use of a membrane process to produce potable water from Lake water in singal, Kyungkido, South Korea. We try to optimize the process by adjusting different pretreatment, various MWCO(Molecular Weig염(salt), alignate와 같은 천연고분자 또는 ht cut-off), hydrauric conditions.
분리막을 이용한 정수처리공정에서 유, 무기물질이 막오염에 끼치는 영향

분리막을 이용한 정수처리 공정의 최적화를 위하여 유기물 성분인 humic acid와 탁도를 유발하는 kaolin을 모사 용액으로 제조하여 막내 비저항 값을 최소화하면서 flux의 안정된 경향을 나타내는 최적의 운전 조건을 검토하여 보았다. 그 결과 압력이 증가함에 따라 낮은 비저항값에서 효율적인 분리막을 운전할 수 있으며 선속도가 증가함에 따라 높은 전단율에 의해 cake load는 줄어들었으며 이에따라 비저항값과 flux는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서 최적의 운전조건은 압력 2.0 kgf/cm2, 선속도 0.92 m/sec으로 알 수 있었다. This study was carried to investigate the effect of humic acid and kaloin which cause the turbidity and organic substance component for optimization of drinking water treatment process using the membrane separation. Also we were ovserved the optimum operating condition which flux was stabilized, while specific resistance value in membrane was minimized. As the result, the membrane separation was operated at low specific resistance value with the increase of the pressure. And then, cake load decreased by high velocity with the increase of the linear velocity, and the tendency in which specific resistance value and flux increased. Therefore, we confirmed the optimum operating condition as pressure 2.0 kgf/cm2, 0.92 m/sec linear velocity.
호기성 생물막 여과법을 이용한 제지산업 폐수의 처리 특성

This work researched the treatment characterization of paper mill waste water for Biological Aerated Filter (BAF)system. BAF process is ideal for reclamation and reuse of wastewater. It features excellent removal of organic matter and SS, Especially. it is easy maintain and achieves energe-saving and space-conservation when compared to conventionnal activated sludge method. This study resulted that upflow BAF system showed superior treatment efficiency to downflow one. The removal efficiencies of BOD, COD, SS were 85%, 80, 90%, respectively.
