In present, vibration or thermalgenesis etc such as fundamental problem is reared up according to a machine tool is developing and the structures are vibrating of outside ocillator is several kinds. When lathe is processing, the tool dosen't want the vibration was ocurring for according to deep of cutting or transfer speed and also, if the vibration was ocurring, in lathe of the principal axis of the parts are caused of the thermal is occuring. However, by the generation of heat the thermal transformation of principal axis of the parts are whole machine tool of thermal transformation gives most important effect, the transformation of a machine tool was the maximum caused of the degree of processing thermal transformation. In the research, We make solve the caution to the high speed lathe processing of material according to vibration and thermal transformation are measuring and analyzing that we are using Infrared Camera and Data Acquisition system.

Ultrasound thermography detects defects by radiating 20-30 ㎑ ultrasound waves to the samples and capturing the heat generated from the defects with the use of an infrared thermographic camera. This technology is being spotlighted as a next-generation NDT technique for the automobile and aerospace industries because it can test large areas and can detect defects such as cracks and exfoliations in real time. The heating mechanism of the ultrasound vibration has not been accurately determined, but the thermomechanical coupling effect and the surface or internal friction are estimated to be the main causes. When this heat is captured by an infrared thermographic camera, the defects inside or on the surface of objects can be quickly detected. Although this technology can construct a testing device relatively simply and can detect defects within a short time, there are no reliable data about the factors related to its detection ability. In this study, the ultrasound thermography technique was used to manufacture gasoline engine piston specimens, and nondestructive reliability tests to verify the applicability and validity of the ultrasound thermography technique.

Gas turbine is operating on the condition of high temperature & pressure. And starts & shutdowns frequently for high-peak load demand. Therefore main components of gas turbine were damaged frequently and required high maintenance cost. it is used nickel-base superalloys like IN738 and GTD-111OS. Damaged buckets on the tip during operating are repaired per 24,000hr to three times according to manufacture specification. But diagnosis and maintenance of main components is accomplished by maker, The cost of diagnosis and maintenance is required excessively by maker. In this research, Applied heating system that use Electric resistance, hot air, halogen lemp to heat source that is used to IRT. Did coating class integrity estimation of the 1st Stage Bucket on Gas Turbine applying each heat sources.
