Rapid-cycling Brassica rapa를 이용한 식물의 빛과 중력 반응에 대한 탐구 모듈의 개발 및 적용

The purpose of this study is to develop the inquiry module regarding plant responses to light and gravity using Rapid-cycling Brassica rapa (RcBr), to apply it to the 10th graders and determine its effects on the students' scientific attitude, scientific inquiry ability, creativity, and academic achievement. The developed module was applied to one class of 40 students in B High School in Incheon. Before and after applying the developed module, the students took several tests in cognitive level, scientific inquiry ability, scientific attitude, creativity, and academic achievement. Results were as follows: First, themes for the developed module were based on plant responses to light and gravity using RcBr. It was an inquiry module featuring student-centered activities that included the experiments on the plant growth and tropic responses. Second, the scientific inquiry ability was significantly increased and its change had much to do with the cognitive levels of the subject students. Scientific attitude was proved to be significantly increased and the significant change was found especially in two subcategories of scientific attitude of scientist and delightfulness of science. The creativity test result showed it was also significantly enhanced and when subareas of creativity were examined in relation to cognitive levels, a significant change was also observed in Fluency and Flexibility of the students who were at the transitional and formal operational stages. In the academic achievement test, the scores of the students were significantly increased too.
초등학생의 무용흥미 수준, 유능감과 내적동기의 관계: 군집분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships amongst elementary school students` interest, perceived competences, and intrinsic motivation in dance classes. 379 children were participated in this study. A cluster analysis was conducted to identify the levels of dance interest among children. A series of one-wat MANOVA was employed to examine the cluster profiles for differences on perceived competence and intrinsic motivation. The results of cluster analysis indicated that three significant profiles were identified and labeled as follows; Cluster 1 moderate in dance interest, Cluster 2 high in dance interest, and Cluster 3 low in dance interest. The results of MANOVA revealed that Cluster 2 was highest on the perceptions of cognitive, social, and physical competences than other clusters. Also Cluster 2 was higher in fun/effort levels, but lower in tension compared with other clusters. In conclusion, children who experienced strongly positive emotion and satisfied in dance classes would much more perceive their cognitive, social, and physical competence, as well as autonomous intrinsic motivation and behaviors.

현재 소나무재선충(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)은 한번 감염되면 100% 고사되어 진단 및 방제 등 심도 있는 연구가 진행되고 있는 반면 어리소나무재선충은 기후 및 환경적인 요인 등으로 인해 약30% 정도의 낮은 고사율을 발생시킬 수 있으나 아직 활발한 연구가 없는 실정이다. 어리소나무재선충은 소나무재선충과 같은 Bursaphelenchus 속 선충이며, Life cycle, 매개하는 매개충 또한 솔수염하늘소(Monochamus alternatus), 북방수염하늘소(Monochamus saltuarius)로 동일하다. 2005년부터 2014년까지 10년간 경상북도 24개 시·군(울릉군 제외)에서 재선충병 의심목으로 의뢰된 소나무 및 잣나무류 고사목을 대상으로 동정한 결과를 바탕으로 어리소나무재선충(Bursaphelenchus mucronatus)의 확산추이 및 분포양상을 조사하였다. 또한 형태학적으로 매우 유사하여 정확한 동정을 위하여 현미경과 PCR을 이용한 분자생물학적 방법도 사용하였다. 이를 바탕으로 읍,면,동(행정 동,리)을 기준하여 ArcGIS 소프트웨어를 이용 확산 및 분포를 조사한 결과 소나무재선충은 도내 14개 시·군인 반면 어리소나무재선충은 18개 시,군으로 더 넓게 분포하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 소나무재선충과 어리소나무재선충이 혼생하는 지역도 13곳(영덕, 포항, 경주, 상주, 구미, 칠곡, 성주, 경산, 청도, 고령, 영주, 김천, 영천)이었으며, 반면 5곳(문경, 예천, 봉화, 울진, 영양)에서는 어리소나무재선충만, 1곳(안동)에서는 소나무재선충만 분포하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.
