      • 분열효모 CCT4 유전자의 클로닝, 발현 및 성질

        이 연구는 fission yeast인 Schizosaccharomyces pombe에서 CCT4라고 알려진 chaperonin의 기능을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. t-complex polypeptide 1 (TCP-1)family 중 하나인 CCT4를 encoding하는 structural gene을 fission yeast의 genomic DNA로부터 증폭하여 shuttle vector인 pRS316에 삽입하여 recombinant plasmid pMS87을 만들었다. 확인된 CCT4 DNA의 크기는 2182 bp로서 56,968 Da의 527개의 아미노산 서열을 암호화한다. CCT4의 아미노산 서열은 Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 Cct4p, Aspergillus oryzae와 Aspergillus niger의 대응유전자와 높은 상동성을 보인다. DNA 서열은 또한 308 bp의 upstream region과 676 bp의 downstream region으로 나뉘어져 있다. CCT4 mRNA level은 plasmid pMS87을 가진 S. pombe 세포에서 현저하게 증가하였다. pRS316 또는 pMS87을 포함하는 S. pombe KP1 세포을 이용하여 다양한 스트레스 하에서 CCT4의 생리적 기능과 조절 양상을 측정하였다.

        The Effect of Housing Choice Factors on Residential Satisfaction, Country Image and Continual Residence Intention: Focusing on Foreigners Dispatched to Defense Contractors

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of housing choice factors on the residential satisfaction and the country image and the permanent residence intention of foreigners dispatched to defense contractors in Korea. A total of 105 questionnaires were used for the analysis, and SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for the hypothesis test. The specific analysis method was frequency analysis to confirm the characteristics of the sample, and the composite reliability and variance extraction through the confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, correlation analysis was conducted to confirm the discriminant validity. Finally, covariance structure analysis was performed for hypothesis testing. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with the staff in charge to interpret the results of the empirical analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the housing choice factors, education and cost had a significant effect on residential satisfaction, but the location did not have a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Second, it was analyzed that residential satisfaction had a significant effect on the country image, and foreigners who were satisfied with their housing had a positive effect on the image of the dispatched country. Finally, it was analyzed that residential satisfaction had a significant effect on the continual residence intention.

        The Relationship among Residential Satisfaction, Continuance Residential Intention, and Recommendation Intention according to Residential Environment and Housing Expenditure

        This study aims at understanding the relationship among residential environment, life, education, safety factors, residential satisfaction, continuance residential intention, and recommendation intention, housing expenditure, . It is based on data analyzed questionnaire surveys of 351 copies using the AMOS 22.0 program. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, living environment, education environment, and safety environment had a significant positive effect on residential satisfaction. Second, living environment, education environment, and safety environment did not directly influence continuance residential intention. However, it was found to have a significant effect in the indirect effect analysis. In the end, it implies that residential satisfaction is important to increase continuance residential intention. Third, residential satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on continuance residential intention and recommendation intention. Forth, continuance residential intention was found to have a significant positive effect on recommendation intention. Finally, there was no difference in residential satisfaction, continuance residential intention and recommendation intention according to housing expenditures. Also, the government should implement regulations for qualitative supply by releasing regulations such as redevelopment and reconstruction. municipal governments should try to prevent residents from moving away by raising housing satisfaction, such as attracting beneficial facilities to residential areas and restrictions that apply to hazardous waste facilities.

        개항기~1910년대 부산의 유곽 도입과 정착과정

        最近、女性史または社会史の側面から近代公娼制度をはじめ、妓生達の一般的な状況に対する研究が進められている。しかし、その研究のほとんどが、公娼制の導 入と関連した遊廓、妓生、券番などに対して研究されただけで、各地域にあった遊廓の実体的な姿に対する分析はいまだにおこなわれていない。釜山は我が国の最初の遊廓が設置された所で、日帝時代、朝鮮で遊廓が一番繁盛した地域の中のひとつだった。釜山の遊廓に対する研究を通じて、遊廓文化がどのようにこの地に根付くようになったのか、その過程を見ようと思う。本稿では、日帝時代の釜山地域における遊廓を研究するための前段階として、遊廓の出現過程と初期の遊廓の状況に焦点を合わせて調べて見た。 釜山における最初の遊廓は富平町で、現在の釜山中区富平洞にあたる。富平町に初めて店を開いた料理店は安楽亭で、主人は上野安太郎だった。彼は釜山の近くで道路や鉄道の工事の人夫達に行商をしていた人物だった。 上野が芸・娼妓出願の許可を受けて営業を始めたのは、当時の日本人居住地外郭である佐須土原、すなわち、富平町二町目で、現在の富平洞市場附近にあたる。ここは1902年当時、日本人居留地管轄外地域であったが、上野は特別料理店営業許可を受けてここで営業を始めた。 安楽亭の繁盛のおかげで上野は4ヶ月間で5~6万円程にもなるたくさんのお金を儲け、その内の4万円を投資し、3階建ての建物を新築した。このような事実が世間に知られるようになると、安楽亭を中心に周辺に貸座敷が続々と開業していき、ついに、佐須土原遊廓が出現するようになった。日帝時代、釜山地域の遊廓と知られている緑町の遊廓に先立って、今の富平洞に、1900年代、釜山初の遊廓である佐須土原遊廓が誕生したのだ。 1876年の開港以後、釜山は人口の増加と都市の発展によって日本人達の空間が少なくなり、これを解決するために日本人居留地の東海岸(北濱)の埋築とともに、日本人居留地の西側にも拡張するようになった。安楽亭があった佐須土原は日本人居留地の西側に位置し、ここが新市街地として予定されることによって風紀取締の理由で移転の必要性が提起された。 その結果、1911年3月、一部の敷地(緑町一町目)の土木工事が完了し、管轄外の特別料理店営業者はみな移転した。以後、管轄内の料理店も1911年12月、緑町二町目に移転し、1912年1月、初めて緑町遊廓として命名し、1914年2月2日、組合が設立された。この当時、緑町一町目には19戸, 緑町二町目には15戸あり、緑町遊廓には全部で34戸の料理店があった。 1910年代の釜山の遊廓は、緑町の料理店の数からも、芸・娼妓の数からも、他の2ヶ所よりも優位を占めていて、名実ともに釜山第一の遊廓だった。 当時の朝鮮で釜山の売淫婦1人当たりの住民数も朝鮮の他の地域に比べて低かった。 これは 釜山が他の地域より遊廓業がもっと繁盛していたことを見せてくれていると言ってもよいであろう。これらの遊廓は当時の社会の経済的変化像によって顧客数と収入が変化していて社会変化像の目安でもあった。 釜山で賣春業の導入と遊廓の設立は朝鮮ではなかった公娼制の利殖であった。初期、 日本人中心の賣春業から植民地が進行されながら朝鮮人にも波及になる点で また、 植民 ...

        직업의 자유 관점에서 바라본 공인중개사 자격제도의 문제점과 개선방안

        Article 15 of the Constitution guarantees all citizens the ‘enjoy freedom of occupation’ that allows them to freely choose the job they want without interference from the state and the ‘freedom to practice their job’ that allows them to freely perform the chosen job as they wish. However, for jobs that are judged to be able to be performed smoothly only with professional knowledge and skills in choosing a job, the freedom to choose a job guaranteed by the Constitution is completely prohibited by law for the purpose of public interest, and then certain qualifications are given. We are implementing a qualification system that restores the freedom to choose a job only to those who are qualified. The qualification system is the most typical form of restricting the freedom to choose a job, and the Qualifications Act stipulates restrictions on job selection as a law. In order to choose real estate brokerage as a profession, you must pass the real estate agent exam and register with the registration local government. The licensed real estate agent qualification system began with the 「Licensed Real Estate Agents Act」 enacted in 1983, and the first licensed real estate agent test was conducted in 1985. By 2022, 520,008 licensed real estate agents have been produced during the 33 trials. However, only 25% of licensed real estate agents chose practicing real estate agent as their profession. In addition, because it is easy to enter the real estate market, the number of licensed real estate agents is steadily increasing, and as a result, the decrease in the number of brokerage cases and the decrease in income in the limited real estate brokerage market is intensifying competition and deteriorating the quality of real estate brokerage services. As a result, a social consensus was formed that the real estate qualification system should be improved. In this study, examines the problems of the licensed real estate agent qualification system and proposes improvement measures corresponding to the second stage of the stage theory, ‘restriction on the freedom to choose a job due to subjective reasons’. 헌법 제15조는 모든 국민은 국가의 간섭을 받지 아니하고 원하는 직업을 자유롭게 선택하는 ‘직업선택의 자유’와 선택한 직업을 자신이 원하는 대로 자유롭게 수행할 수 있는 ‘직업수행의 자유’를 보장한다. 그러나 직업을 선택함에 있어 전문적 지식과 기술을 가져야만 직업을 원활히 수행할 수 있다고 판단되는 직업에 대하여는 그 공익목적을 위하여 헌법상 보장된 직업선택의 자유를 법률로 전면적으로 금지시켜 놓은 다음 일정한 자격을 갖춘 자에 한하여 직업선택의 자유를 회복시켜주는 자격제도를 실시하고 있다. 자격제도는 직업선택의 자유를 제한하는 가장 전형적인 형태로 자격사법에 법률로써 직업선택의 제한을 규정하고 있다. 부동산중개업을 직업으로 선택하기 위해서는 공인중개사시험에 합격하고 등록관청에 등록을 하여야 한다. 공인중개사 자격제도는 1983년 제정된 「부동산중개업법」으로 시작되었고 1985년 제1회 공인중개사시험이 시행되었다. 2022년까지 33번의 시험을 시행하는 동안 520,008명의 공인중개사가 배출되었다. 그러나 부동산중개업을 직업으로 선택한 개업공인중개사는 25%를 차지하고 있을 뿐이다. 또한 부동산시장에 진입이 용이한 까닭에 개업공인중개사들은 꾸준하게 증가하고 있고 그 결과 한정된 부동산중개시장 내에서 중개건수의 감소와 수입 감소로 인해 경쟁은 치열해지고 부동산중개 서비스품질은 악화되고 있다. 이에 따라 공인중개사 자격제도를 개선해야 한다는 사회적 공감대가 형성되었다. 본 연구에서는 공인중개사 자격제도의 문제점을 살펴보고 단계이론의 제2단계인 ‘주관적 사유에 의한 직업선택의 자유의 제한’에 해당하는 개선방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

        All styles began to coexist by recognizing diversity and changeability instead of an absolute value system of beauty or truth in the general culture field of modern society. In other words, the characteristic of deconstructism, which breaks down the boundary between order, balance, style and genre within the texture, is brought out. This characteristic is also having an effect on the field of up style in a hair genre to secure the beauty of incompletion as the beauty of the present time, involving the beauty of ugliness in the boundary of beauty. This study aims at presenting new vision by applying deconstuctism to the up style to express as an original and experimental formative art with various expressive methods. In addition, it aims at being perfect for presenting the creativity and artistry through expressive techniques by formative factor of deconstructive up style to find new methods and directions to design concept with main expressive ability of deconstructive up style.
