2004년 밀양 집단 성폭행 사건을 영화화한 <한공주>는 성폭력 피해자인 여성이 겪는 고통과 절망에 대한 영화이다. 영화는 기존의 장르적 형식을 넘어선 신인 감독의 도전적인 연출을 통해 여성 피해자를 억압하고 소외시키는 사회의 부당함과 세상의 부조리를 직시하도록 했다는 점에서 관객과 평단으로부터 좋은 평가를 받았다. 그러나 영화는 성폭행 피해자를 소외시키는 사회에 대해 비판하면서도 스스로 그러한 인식을 재생산하고 있다는 사실을 은폐하고 있다는 점에서 기만적이라고 할 수 있다. 공주와 화옥은 같은 피해자임에도 불구하고 성적으로 처녀인 공주는 무고한 피해자로 재현되며, 성경험이 있는 화옥은 임신한 채 자살한다. 또한 남성의 개입 혹은 남성적 가치로 인해 여성들은 공주를 방관하고 만다. 여기서 여성의 연대는 불가능한 것으로 자연화 된다. 영화는 이러한 재현을 통해 스스로가 비판하는 문제점들, 즉 남성 중심의 담론에 무의식적으로 동조하는 태도를 보인다. 이 때문에 <한공주>는 유의미한 비판점을 제시했음에도 불구하고 근원적인 문제가 되는 편향적인 젠더 인식을 공고히 하며 재생산시킬 위험을 내포하고 있다. Han Gong-ju, based on the infamous Miryang gang rape incident of 2004, is a film about the pain and despair of the woman victimised from the sexual violence. Won many film festival awards, Han Gong-ju was praised by critics and audiences with its attitude to criticize the deep rooted male centered perception of Korean society isolating victimised woman. But it is problematic that Han Gong-ju is deceptively reproducing the gender biased perception while criticizing the Korean society for not looking at the injustice and the absurdity of the incident. In the film, Gongju and Hwa-ok are represented as the image of female saint and prostitute respectively. Gon-ju, the virgin is represented as a innocent victim, while Hwa-ok who is not virgin is forced to commit a suicide. The impossibility to make a female solidarity with the interruption of the man can not save Gon-ju from death. Even Han Gong-ju tried to criticize male oriented Korean society which drove victimised woman to commit a suicide, it strengthened and reproduced the gender biased perception through classical female representation.

어머니의 정서안정과 의사소통이 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 어머니의 정서안정과 의사소통이 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 전라남도 H군 소재 유아교육기관에 재원 중인 어머니 196명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 어머니의 정서안정과 의사소통을 독립변인으로, 유아의 또래유능성을 종속변인으로 하여 평균(M)과 표준편차(SD)를 살펴보고, 상관관계와 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 처리를 위하여 SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어머니의 정서안정과 유아의 또래유능성간의 상관계수를 살펴보면 정서안정에서의 하위 요소인 어머니의 만족과 평온함, 자신감과 낙관의 긍정적 정서와는 정적 상관관계를 보여주었고, 긴장과 불안, 근심과 두려움의 부정적 정서와는 부적 상관관계를 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 의사소통과 유아의 또래유능성간의 관계에서는 개방형 의사소통을 하는 경우 사교성, 친사회성, 주도성 모두 통계적으로는 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보여주었다. 셋째, 어머니의 정서안정과 의사소통이 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향은 사교성은 15.7%, 친사회성은 12.3%, 주도성은 13.3%의 영향력을 갖으며 전체는 16.1%의 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 어머니가 만족하며 낙관적인 정서상태일수록, 그리고 개방적인 의사소통을 사용할수록 자녀의 또래유능성을 증진하는 것으로 예측할 수 있다. The research was to figure out the effects of mother`s emotional stability and communication skills on child`s peer competence. The surveys were distributed to 235 mothers of children who attends child-care facilities of H-gun, Chollanamdo province in Korea. After eliminating insufficient responses and no responses, a total of 196 samples remained for analysis. The mother`s emotional stability and communication skills were considered to be independent variables, and the child`s peer competence to be dependent variable. Including each other`s sub-factors, the average (M) and the standard deviation (SD) were calculated. Then, using the regression analysis, the correlations of the mother emotional stability, communication skills, and the child`s peer competence were examined. With the same method, the effects of mother emotional stability and communication skills on child`s peer competence were studied. For this analysis, SPSS WIN 12.0 package was used. The results of the research are as follows. First of all, the mother`s emotional stability such as satisfaction, calmness, and self-confidence showed positive correlation with the child`s peer competence. That is, the child`s peer competence develops in accordance with the positive status of mother emotions. Secondly, open communication displayed positive correlation with the child`s peer competence. This showed mother`s open communication can result in improvement in child`s peer competence. Finally, the mother emotional stability like self-confidence and optimism proved to have positive impact on child`s peer competence. The open communication also had positive effects on child`s peer competence. Based of these results, it can be concluded that self-confidence, optimism, and open communication enhance the child`s peer competence.
