Beginning with installing ATP system on some lines such as Gyeongbu lines and Honam lines, etc we are reviewing a scheme for the speed increase on conventional lines including Gyeongchun lines. Among many methods, we mainly focus on installing a new train control system by utilizing the existing signalling system. To this aim, it is required to induce the optimum scheme with targeting of the characteristics of wayside signal equipment installed on many conventional lines, and the types of trains operated on existing lines. In this paper we analyze a currently implementing ATP system, speed-up cases in Europe, ETCS system specifications and the current state of signalling system on conventional lines such as Gyeongchun lines. On the basis of these, we present the train control system which is applicable to the speed increase on conventional lines.

The major objective of this study is to investigate the effective improvement plan for the curve sections in the conventional lines which the tilting train runs on. In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks and is operating at abroad, was been studying to be suited to natural features. So, in this paper we investigate the improvement method at the sections only where need the extension of the transition curves, and the present status of them for the effective tiling train service using results which were examined on the preceding study which was the development of track system innovation technology for speed-up of them. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference material for the decision of the linear fitness in order to operate effectively on the conventional lines for the commercial service of the tilting train, on the basis of checking out the sufficient condition concerned in the track alignment and the velocity which are required in the railway construction rules and the design criteria.

본 논문은 고속철도의 열차진로제어를 수행하는 전자연동장치를 대상으로 전기전자 프로그래머블 제어기의 안전기준인 IEC 61508 SIL(Safety Integrity Level)을 적용하기 위한 방법을 연구한다. SIL의 정의는 안전관련 기능의 무결성 수준으로써 안전과 무관한 Level 0에서 안전필수기능인 Level 4로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 고속철도에 적용될 전자연동장치에 대하여, SIL을 적용하기 위해 철도사고를 열차충돌 및 탈선으로 정의한 후, 예비위험원분석(PHA)을 통해 위험원별 안전기능 및 SIL을 할당한다. 또한 기능별로 할당된 SIL을 만족하기 위해 IEC 61508에서 요구하는 위험측고장발생빈도, 결함허용구조, 소프트웨어 무결성, 안전기능시험을 만족하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. In this paper, with the electronic interlocking system which conducts train route control, we study the method for applying IEC 61508 SIL(Safety Integrity Level), which is a safety criteria of electrical and electronic programmable controller. As an integrity level of safety relevant functions, the definition for SIL is identified from safety-unrelated Level 0 to safety-critical Level 4. In this paper, Regarding electronic interlocking system which will be applied to high speed line, We define train accidents as train collision and derailment in order to apply SIL, and then we allocate hazard-specific safety function and SIL by way of PHA(Preliminary Hazard Analysis). We also propose the scheme to satisfy frequency of Danger Side Failure, fault-tolerant architecture, software integrity, safety function test.
틸팅열차 기존선 시험운행 곡선구간 설계 및 계측방안 제시

The major objective of this study is to proposal of measuring method and design for the testing curved railway in which the tilting train runs. In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks was developed. Besides, the efficiency prediction and the linear synthesis of the existing conventional line for a tiling train service were examined on the preceding studies. So, in this paper we propose the measuring plan and the design of the improvement sections in the testing curved track which was decided as a results of material analysis and field research concerning the extension possibility of transition curves and the bearing of track due to the new developed train traveling. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference data on the improvement construction project for the commercial service of the tilting train.
슬래브궤도의 소음저감을 위한 흡음재의 성능에 관한 연구

The construction of concrete slab track system is increased because the system has advantages which are maintenance free and so on, the other side, the system has weak points such as increase of the cost of the early stage construction and noise levels. The increment of noise is due to the reflection of generated noise on the slab tracks. Therefore the acoustic-absorptive materials are considered to reduce noise level. It has been made clear that acoustic-absorptive materials are effective for reducing the wheel/rail noise on slab tracks. The important performance of the acoustic-absorptive material is absorption rates and absorption rates are verified for the considered absorber elements using acoustic duct method. In addition, the required provisons for installing acoustic-absorptive block on slab tracks are considered.

Currently, concrete slab track systems has been designed for Gyungbu high speed line stage 2 and Honam high speed line. For those tracks, noise absorbing blocks are considered. Therefore, test methods and proper criteria for structural performance and reduction efficiency of noise absorbing blocks are required. The aim of this study is to provide provisons for installing acoustic-absorptive block on slab tracks.

In order to the speed-up of conventional lines that have many curve lines, there needs a improvement construction of substructure such as the straight or double track work and so on. But in this case, it needs to have a plenty of the cost and the period. Therefore, the tilting train which provides the high-speed service effectively in curve tracks was developed. Besides, the efficiency prediction and the linear fitness of the existing conventional lines for a tiling train service were examined on the preceding study which was the development of track system innovation technology for speed-up of them. So, in this paper we propose the more effective maintenance method than the existing it in order to securing the high reliability and safety classified by the infrastructure, in analyzing foreign materials and the maintenance as well as the inspection cycle concerning domestic infrastructures of the track and the catenary etc. on the railway. And we look forward to playing a decisive role as reference material for the effective improvement of the existing maintenance about the infra on the conventional lines for the commercial service of the tilting train.
