        저압하에서 2-methyl-2-propanol-2-butanone계의 기액평형치의 추산

        The Vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the binary system of 2-methyl-2-propanol-2-butanone are measured at subatmospheric pressure of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 760 torr. This study shows that the relations between logarithmic values of relative valatility(log α)and liquid phase composition(Χ) in the above binary systems are expressed as a linear function. When the linear relationships of between logarithmic values of relative volatilities and liquid phase compositions in the binary systems of various pressure intersect at a point, this empirical equation can be applied to the systems of this kind. From these relations the vapor-liquid equilibrium data are estimated and compared with the measured values to be in a good agreement with in accuracy ± 0.0021 for the various pressure.

        VTalxrr-liquid equilibrium data were reported for binary system methanol?-propylacetate at atmospheric pressure. The consistency of x-y data were checked by means of Herington's consistency test method. It was discussed the relations of liquid phase compositions with activity coefficients and Q-fucntions. The study showed that the relations between logarithmic values of relative volatility (loga) and liquid phase composition (x) in the four binary methanol with methylacetate, ethylacetate, n-propylacetate and n-butylacetate systems might be expressed as linear functions. This study proposed the empirical equation with which x-y data for each binary system of methanolalkylacetate could be estimated. And the x-y data estimated by the proposed equations were compared with experimental data, and observed a good coincidence with them.

        The relation between logarithmic value of the relative volatilities and liquid phase compositions in the binary methanol-methylethylketone systems with the variable pressure could be expressed as linear function. And the pressure variation does not change the slope of the linear relations. This study proposed the empirical equation which can be used to predict the vaporliquid equilibrium relationship of the methanol-methylethylketone system with the variable pressure. The calculated values are compared with the experimental data, and the calculated results agree well the experimental results.

      • Methyl acetate와 Methanol 系의 氣液平衡에 미치는 鹽效果

        methyl acetate-methanol 系의 氣液平衡에 미치는 鹽效果를 調査하기 위하여 沸點下에서 methyl acetate와 methanol 混合物에 對한 potassium acetate및 sodium acetate의 溶解度와 이들 各鹽으로 飽和한 methyl acetate-methanol 系의 氣液平衡値를 測定하였다. mercuric chloride는 沸點에서 兩成分에 對한 溶解度가 너무 크기 때문에 約 10 wt% 및 30 wt%의 鹽의 存在下에서 氣液平衡實驗을 하였다. 그 結果 potassium acetate가 sodium acetate보다 methanol에 對한 溶解度가 크기 때문에 比揮發度를 많이 增加시켜 氣液平衡値에 큰 영향을 주었다. 그러나 두 鹽은 methyl acetate에 對한 溶解度가 아주 적고 兩成分에 對한 溶解度差가 적으므로 共沸組成의 變化는 약간밖에 일어나지 않았다. mercuric chloride는 兩成分에 對한 溶解度가 크므로 比揮發度를 同時에 增加시켜 氣液平衡値에는 큰 영향을 주지 못하였다. potassium acetate와 sodum acetate를 包含한 系에 對한 氣液平衡値사이에 Hirata의 實驗式을 적용하여 parameter를 求하고, 이 實驗式에서 計算한 計算値와 實驗値와를 比較하여 1%以下의 誤差가 있음을 確認하였다. In order to investigate the salt effect in methyl acetate-methanol system, potassium acetate, sodium acetate and mercuric chloride were used as salts. The solubility of potassium acetate and sodium acetate in boiling methyl acetate-methanol mixture and the vapor-liquid equilibrium data satruated with these salts were measured at atmospheric pressure. On the other hand, the equilibrium for methyl acetate-methanol-mercuric chloride system was studied at about 10 and 30 wt% of salt because of large solubility in boiling methyl acetate methanol mixture. Potassium acetate increases the relative volatility of methyl acetate more than sodium acetate for larger solubility of pofassium acetate in methanol. The addition of mercuhic chloride does not effect on vapor liquid equilibrium data.

        The vapor-liquid equilibrium for the binary methanol-methylacetate system was investigated under the subatmospheric pressure. From the relation between logarithmic values of relative volatitity(logα) and liquid phase composition(x) under the various subatmospheric pressure an empirical equation, by which x-y data for the various pressure could be estimated, was obtained. And the vapor-liquid equilibrium data for methanol-methylacetate system were measured at 300 mmHg, 500 mmHg and 700 mmHg. The x-y data estimated by the proposed equation were compared with the experimental data, and proved to be in a good coincident within small error range.

        The vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the naphthalene--n-tetradecane system at subatmospheric pressures were investigated. The relation between logarithmic values of relative volatibty(logα) and liquid phase wmposition(x) at subatmospheric pressures can be expressed as linear functions, respectively. There linear relationships for each seven systems indicated a tendency falling into a single point when each line is extended. This study proposed the empirical equations by which x -y data for each system at subatmospheric pressures can be estimated. The x-y data estimated by the proposed equations are compared with the experimental data, and proved to be in a good coincidence with them.

        The vapor-liquid equilibrium data for the system tetradecane-hexadecane under the variable subatmospheric pressure were investigated. The relation between logarithmic values of relative volacility(logα) and liquid phase composition(X) under the variable subatmospheric pressure can be expressed as linear functions, respectively. And these linear relationship for each five systems indicate a strong tendency falling into a single point, when each line is extended. This study proposed the empirical equations by which x-y data for each system under the variable subatmospheric pressure can be estimated. The x-y data estimated by the proposed equations are compared with the experimental data, and proved to be in a good coincidence with them.
