Objectives: The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of Baekhogainsam-tang for type 2 diabetes without complications by systemic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Methods: For a systematic review and meta-analysis, we set a key question in accordance with PICOT-SD. We searched the following up to March 31. 2021: PubMed, EMBASE, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, CiNii, KISS, KMBASE, OASIS, and ScienceON. A meta-analysis was conducted by synthesizing the results, including fasting plasma glucose level, postprandial 2-hour plasma glucose level, and Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1c). Results: A total of five trials are included in this systemic review. The treatment group (Baekhogainsam-tang plus conventional treatment) showed more statistically significant effect than did the control group (conventional treatment only) in fasting plasma glucose level, postprandial 2-hour plasma glucose level, and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Conclusions: Baekhogainsam-tang showed statistically significant effects in hypoglycemic effect and in improving insulin resistance. However, the number of studies included in the meta-analysis was insufficient, and the BIT used in the included studies was not standardized. This topic requires further attention and more clinical research.

지역 국제연극제에서 서비스가치의 선,후행변수에 관한 연구

본 연구는 지역 국제연극제를 관람한 관광객들을 대상으로 한 설문조사에서 연극제와 관련된 서비스품질 평가에 따른 그들의 서비스가치의 지각 정도가 연극제 이미지, 고객만족, 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 지역 연극제의 활성화를 위한 마케팅의 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에 사용된 과정품질, 결과품질, 서비스가치, 연극제 이미지, 고객만족, 행동의도 등의 척도는 기존 선행연구를 토대로 하였으며, 287부 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 서비스가치에 대해 지역 국제연극제의 과정품질과 결과품질이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연극제 이미지에 대해 과정품질, 결과품질, 서비스가치가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객만족에 대해 결과품질과 서비스가치가 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만 과정품질이 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 행동의도에 대해 과정품질, 연극제 이미지, 고객만족이 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만 결과품질과 서비스가치가 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 과정품질이 고객만족에, 그리고 결과품질과 서비스가치가 행동의도에 긍정적인 간접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 관광객들의 지역 국제연극제 서비스품질의 평가에 따른 서비스가치 지각이 긍정적인 행동의도를 이끌어내는 주요 변수임이 확인되었으며, 지역 국제연극제의 관리자들은 서비스가치의 향상을 위해 서비스품질의 개발과 관리에 많은 노력을 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among service quality, service value, theatre festival image, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention in international theatre festival of a region and to provide the implications of marketing strategies. The results show that process quality and outcome quality of service quality affect positively service value and theatre festival image. Outcome quality affects positively customer satisfaction but process quality does not. Process quality affects positively behavioral intention but outcome quality does not. Service value affects positively theatre festival image and customer satisfaction but does not affect behavioral intention. Theatre festival image and customer satisfaction affect positively behavioral intention. The indirect effects of process quality and outcome quality on theatre festival image, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention are significant at the level of 0.01. The indirct effect of service value on behavioral intention is significant at the level of 0.01. Finally, customer satisfaction is the better predictor for behavioral intention than service quality, service value, and theatre festival image. This study suggests that service quality, service value, theatre festival image, and customer satisfaction can be good predictors for behavioral intention. The relationship among festival service quality, service value, festival image, customer satisfaction, and behavioral intention is a virtuous circle. Therefore, local government should focus on investment in service quality to enhance behavioral intention of local international theatre festival.

예혼합 화염 날림 메커니즘에 음향 가진이 미치는 영향에 대한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 보염기가 장착된 덕트형 연소기에 음향 가진을 주었을 때 화염의 날림 현상을 이해하기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 화염 구조를 관측하기 위한 촬영기법으로는 OH* 자발광이 적용되었고 POD (Proper Orthogonal Decomposition) 알고리즘을 이용하여 이미지를 분석하였다. 연료는 메탄이 주 성분인 도시가스를 사용했으며 당량비를 낮춤으로써 화염 날림이 발생하도록 하였다. 공기 공급 유량, 가진 주파수 및 음압에 변화를 주며 실험을 하여 화염 날림이 발생하는 당량비를 측정하였다. 실험 조건에 따라 화염 날림 당량비 값이 크게 달랐으며 이러한 당량비 값에 변화를 주는 요인은 보염기 후류의 와류 주파수와 연소기 공진 효과의 영향으로 판단된다. In this study, blowoff was investigated in a ducted combustor with the bluff body when acoustic excitation was forced. To observe the flame structure, OH radical chemiluminescence was used and the image was analyzed by using POD (Proper Orthogonal Decomposition) algorithm. Natural gas mainly composed of methane was used as fuel. Blowoff occurred when the equivalence ratio was reduced. Equivalence ratio causing blowoff was measured by changing air flow rate, excitation frequency and sound pressure. Blowoff equivalence ratio was varied depending on the experimental conditions. Vortex frequency behind the bluff body and resonance effect in combustor are the main factors that affect the blowoff equivalence ratios with the excitation.

영상프로브를 이용한 화염 정면 가시화

본 논문은 국방과학연구소 엔진 시험장에 설치된 영상프로브에 대해 다루고 있다. 영상프로브는 엔진의 후단, 디퓨저 상단에 설치되어 있으며 잠만경 모양의 관 형상을 띄고 있어서 페리스코프라 불린다. 페리스코프는 엔진 후단의 열기(2000 °C) 및 연소 생성물 등의 영향을 받아서 파손 위험이 높다. 따라서 CFD 해석을 통해 장치의 냉각 성능을 검증하였다. 또한 시험을 통해 연료 유량에 대한 장치 내부의 온도를 비교하여 장치의 내구성을 확인하였다. 현재의 설계에서 영상프로브를 통하여 화염 형상 및 노즐 제어, 배출 유동의 안정성을 가시적으로 확인 가능하다. This paper describes an imaging probe device installed in ADD engine test facility. The imaging probe is installed at the rear end of the engine and top of the diffuser. The device is so-called periscope because its figure looks like a pipe of periscope. The periscope has a high risk of breakage due to the influence of heat(2000 °C) at the rear end of the engine and combustion products. Therefore, through CFD analysis, we verified cooling performance of the device. Also, through tests, we verified durability of the device by comparing temperature and fuel mass flow rate. In the current design, using imaging probe, we can see flame shapes, control of nozzle, and stability of exhaust flow visually.

e-서비스가치, 관계품질, 고객충성도 간의 관계 -배송비의 조절효과-

본 연구는 하이틴세대가 인터넷 쇼핑몰 거래를 통해 e-서비스가치, 관계품질(e-만족, e-신뢰, e-몰입),고객충성도를 어떻게 평가하는지, 배송비가 고객충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 마케팅의 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과, e-서비스가치가 관계품질 중 e-만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만, e-신뢰와 e-몰입에는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. e-서비스가치가 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. e-만족이 e-신뢰와 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만, e-몰입에는 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. e-신뢰가 e-몰입과 고객충성도에 직접·간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. e-몰입이 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 온라인 거래에서 배송비의 조절효과는 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점은 하이틴세대의 고객을 대상으로 e-서비스가치, 관계품질, 고객충성도 간의 구조적관계를 분석한 부분이고, 실무적 시사점은 e-서비스가치가 고객과의 지속적인 거래관계 및 유대관계의 구축과 고객충성도의 향상에 중요한 역할을 하기 때문에 쇼핑몰 관리자는 e-서비스가치를 고객의 관점에서 개선하고 강화해야 한다. This study is to identify the relationship among e-service value, relationship quality(e-satisfaction, e-trust, e-commitment), and customer loyalty and the moderating effects of e-service value and relationship quality on customer loyalty. In addition, it is to investigate whether the shipping cost of online transaction affects customer loyalty or not. In order to meet these purposes, the proposed model is used an empirical study in the context of teens` online shopping. The findings show that e-service value affects positively e-satisfaction and customer loyalty but does not e-trust and e-commitment. E-satisfaction affects positively e-trust and customer loyalty but does not e-commitment. E-trust affects positively e-commitment and customer loyalty. E-commitment affects positively customer loyalty. In addition, the moderating effects of delivery cost between e-service value, relationship quality and customer loyalty are not significant. This implies that teen consumers may not consider the shipping cost of purchased product as an important factor negatively affecting customer loyalty. However, the mediating effects of e-service value on e-trust, e-commitment, and customer loyalty are significant. The mediating effects of e-satisfaction on e-commitment and customer loyalty are significant. The mediating effect of e-trust on and customer loyalty is significant. Therefore, managers should foster e-service value to enhance relationship quality and customer loyalty.

Purpose Regarding the CT prosecuting attorney who does the blood vessel characteristic contrast material from one hospital image. It analyzes the contrast medium side and effects for destruction of life which goes in the electric computer. Materials and Methods 1. All patients in this group experienced lingering cold in the blood vessels. The CT prosecuting attorney contrasted the material about the foundation and side effect reactions which appears in the standard guidance and it is divided into A,B, and C groups and the registration program from 2005 May until 2007 July 31st from the medical science image. 2. It analyzed the patient’s side effects who are registered in the program and the patients who had reinsertions between 2005 May 1st and 2007 July 31st. 3. Past side effects of patients who were in compliance with thestandard guidance clause had experienced burning after being injected. Results 1. The lingering cold in the blood vessel is about 33,356 cases of side effect occurrence particulars. CT prosecuting attorney 2. In this investigation, the particular changes are about contrast material side effects and reinsertion. 3. The prosecuting attorney pushes analysis and shows that the patients feel burning the instance after being injecting. 3-1 The clause before the prosecuting attorney says that the side effects are burning and which are registered in the patient registration program. Conclusion Registration program and standard guidance use it to lead and contrast material of side effects. The CT prosecuting attorneys, who use the blood vessel characteristics contrast material, proves that 0.55% occurred. The registration program operation is expected that the difference will become dear at the time after the direction. After the patients received trillion solvent, their side effect occurrences were reduced. The handling was presented before the prosecuting attorney. Accumulation and the standard guidance of information, which are accurate, lead a systematic computerization to help side effect improvement.

고온고압 환경에 노출된 영상장치 내열특성

본 논문은 엔진 시험시 엔진의 후단에 설치되어 엔진 내부의 상태를 감시하는 영상장치의 내열 특성에 관한 것으로, 엔진 시험설비에 사용되는 영상프로브 소개 및 개발에 관한 내용을 담고 있다. 엔진 후단의 영상장치는 고온고압 환경에 노출되어 있어서 장치형상 변경 및 냉각수 공급으로 장치의 안정성을 확보해야 한다. 국방과학연구소의 엔진 시험 장치의 후단에 영상프로브가 설치되어 있으며, 내열특성을 반영하여 설계하여 장치의 안정성을 확보하였다. This paper describes the heat resistance characteristics of the imaging device installed in behind the engine due to monitoring the engine condition, and this paper includes the introduction and development of the imaging probe. Because the imaging device which is at the rear end of the engine is exposed to a high temperature and high pressure, the stability of the device should be secured by changing the device shape and supplying cooling water. The imaging probe in ADD engine test facility is installed at the rear end of the engine, and it is designed by reflecting the heat resistance characteristics to ensure the stability of the device.
