Currently, The method to produce a brewing body for dentistry supplementation water produces a brewing body by fabrication, burying and it is heat wish in city gas and oxygen. It uses an original judgment found airplane the brewing body uses a spring of the back wait that melting temperature dissolved various alloys in by a blow pipe, and to generate centrifugal force and produces it. In addition, because it uses preheating to dissolve an alloy in general, it is hard to regulate the appropriate melting temperature of the alloy and brewing time and generates a brewing defect hereby same as gas industry and pinhole and shows the defect of the supplementation thing due to the super-heating. In this paper, We developed the high induction heating system which it could set brewing time,temperature and had durability and security,by the kind of the alloy to produce a high quality prosthetic thing brewing body.

This paper proposes the boost type bidirectional DC/DC converter with high efficiency for electric vehicle using an interleave method. This interleave method can reduce the system size because it reduces the ripple of output voltage and input current with no add to extra filter. Proposed system is consist of two converters and applies to interleaved method through phase shift to each converter. And it implements the high boost through voltage double and series construction of output port. Also, it reduces the price and increases the efficiency as operating the ZCS by leakage inductance of transformer and capacitor of voltage double with not add special reactor. Proposed DC/DC converter using interleave method is proved the validity through the result of PSIM simulation and experiment of 5kW DC/DC converter.
유도가열 시스템을 위한 새로운 전류형 풀-브릿지 공진형 인버터 설계

There are two types of inverters that are generally used in induction heating systems: voltage type inverters and high-frequency half-bridge inverters. This paper proposes a new resonant inverter for induction heating systems using the current type full-bridge method. The proposed method can remove capacitors at the input end, and enables unity power factor operation by preventing phase differences of voltage and current. Furthermore, Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) which is in tune with current type inverter can be adopted and continuous power adjustment is possible through duty ratio changes and frequency modulation in switching operation. Simulations and experiments showed that the proposed current type full-bridge resonant inverter could be used for unity power factor control and ZVS operation in induction heating systems.

The interest in wind power generation area such as developing and operating wind-diesel pilot complex in remote and island regions that have difficulty in having power plant and connecting to power system is growing rapidly in the world. We have installed and researched the hybrid system in Sekgok Pilot Complex to meet the new generation system. From the monitored data of the system, the performance of each diesel power plant is outstanding. However, step out problem was detected with respect to load sharing and synchronization with decentralized power supply. An advanced controller design having better response time and stability is needed to solve such problem. In this paper, we proposed the algorithm, through digital controller of Governor, which is applied to hybrid system. As a result, we obtained the stable frequency value in variable loading conditions. Also, we proved the advanced response time and stability through the simulation and experiment by applying additional current signal to the control algorithm.
