결혼이주여성의 자궁경부암(인유두종 바이러스, HPV) 백신 접종 의도 영향 요인

본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 HPV 지식, HPV 백신 접종 태도 및 HPV 백신 접종 의도를 확인하고, HPV 백신접종 의도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 J도 지역에 거주하는 결혼이주여성 136명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 도구는 HPV 지식, HPV 백신 접종 태도, HPV 백신 접종 의도를 사용하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2017년 9월 28일부터 12월 21일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 결혼이주여성의 HPV 지식은 낮았고(2.74점), HPV 백신 접종 태도는 긍정적인 편이었다(36.66점). 또한 HPV 백신 접종 의도에 영향을 미친 요인은 출신국가가 베트남인 경우(OR=2.899, p =.048), HPV 백신 교육 요구(OR=5.967, p <.001), HPV 백신 접종 태도(OR=1.083, p =.034)였다. 그러므로 결혼이주여성의 HPV 지식을 높일 수 있도록 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하고, 의료기관이나 대중매체 등 다양한 방법을 통해서 HPV 백신에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공하여 HPV 백신에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 가질 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 이를 통해 결혼이주여성의 HPV 백신 접종률을 향상시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study investigated knowledge about the human papillomavirus (HPV), attitudes toward HPV vaccination, and intention to receive HPV vaccination among marriage-immigrant women, and identified factors associated with intention to receive HPV vaccination. The subjects of this study were 136 marriage-immigrant women in J Province. Data were collected from September 28 to December 21, 2017, and analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 24.0. The participants’ knowledge of HPV was low (mean score, 2.74) and their attitude towards HPV vaccination was positive (mean score, 36.66). The factors affecting the intention to take the HPV vaccination included Vietnamese nationality (odds ratio [OR]=2.899, p =.048), desire for education about the HPV vaccine (OR=5.967, p <.001), and a positive attitude towards HPV vaccination (OR=1.083, p =.034). Therefore, educational programs about HPV vaccination targeting marriage-immigrant women are needed. It is also necessary to provide accurate information about the HPV vaccination using various methods, at health care facilities and through mass media.

Purpose: This descriptive research study aimed to investigate the effect of social networks and information literacy competency on the job competency of community health practitioners. Methods: The participants of this study were 170 community health practitioners working in the southern and northern regions of J, Korea. Data collection was carried out from March 6, 2018, to April 17, 2018, using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS / WIN 23.0 statistical program. Results: Information literacy competency showed 45.5% explanatory power for job competency. However, there was no significant relationship between social networks and job competency. Conclusion: It is helpful to establish a systematic education system for job training and to expand educational opportunities using varied methods like online or mobile-based teaching to increase the job competency of community health practitioners.
