제트 질량 변수 조절에 의한 성형작약 관통성능 증대 연구

The most important factor for the penetration performance of shaped charge is the liner design. By designing the liner to have properties of both high jet tip velocity and long jet break-up time, the better penetration performance could be acquired. Usually it is very difficult to satisfy above two conditions simultaneously. In this study, the liner with the shape of ogive was developed to have relatively larger jet mass compared to the conventional trumpet liner. The designed shaped charge showed jet properties with high jet tip velocity and long jet break-up time by using ogive liner and wave shaper. A commercially available hydro-dynamic code AUTODYN-2D was used for numerical analysis of jet formation. The flash X-ray test and the static penetration test were conducted to verify the results of numerical analysis.

공중보건한의사가 인식한 1차진료 한의학교육프로그램에 대한 교육 요구도 분석

Korean Medicine education program is a form of higher education to prepare learners for clinical competency in primary care settings. Improvement of education programs for clinical competency is in need. Needs analysis is considered to be the first step of the continuous improvement process of educational programs, wherein current levels and expected levels are measured and comparatively analyzed. The aim of this study is to identify the most urgent items to be improved in Korean Medicine education programs through a needs analysis. Korean Medicine practitioners in public health institutes were surveyed in the year 2022. Survey items related to primary care were answered by 5 points Likert scale both for the degree of importance from the clinical competency perspective of primary care and for the degree of performance from the education program perspective of pre-graduation days. Any difference between the degrees of importance and performance was analyzed by t-test, Borich Needs Assessments, and the Locus for Focus model. Biomedical diagnosis and medical devices were among the items of the highest needs and classical literature was among the items of the lowest needs. A systematic approach including needs analysis will facilitate educational improvement in Korean Medicine. 한의학교육프로그램은 한의사 면허시험 응시 요건의 하나로서 직무현장에서의 우수한 수행 역량을 준비하는 과정이며 현대 임상현장에서의 직무수행능력 향상 요구에 부응하도록 체계적인 개선이 요구되고 있다. 요구분석은 교육과정 개선을 위한 근거자료가 되며, 현재 시행중인 수준과 기대되는 수준 사이의 차이를 체계적으로 분석하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 1차진료 한의학교육프로그램 관련 요구분석을 위해 2022년 공중보건한의사 집단을 대상으로 한의학교육프로그램의 1차진료 수행역량 관련 설문 문항 각각에 대해 수행도 즉 졸업전 교육훈련을 받은 정도와 중요도 즉 졸업후 직무현장에서의 활용 정도를 5점 척도로 조사하고 중요도와 수행도의 차이를 t검정, Borich 요구도 분석, the Locus for Focus model 등 3가지 방식으로 분석했다. 조사답변에 대한 분석 결과 현대 생의학 진단명, 현대 진단기기, 추나 관련 항목이 교육요구도가 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 상한금궤, 동의수세보원을 비롯한 한의학 고문헌의 임상활용, 개별 본초 전통지식의 임상활용 등은 직무현장에서의 중요도 수준에 비해 교육수행현황이 과도한 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서와 같은 요구분석 결과는 한의학교육프로그램의 체계적 개선 노력시 적절히 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

저진동, 고속특성을 가지는 개선된 5차 모션 프로파일의 설계

In this study, for reducing the residual vibration in high speed motion control stage, an improved 5th order polynomial motion profile was developed. When a stage is moving, the current through the motor coils has the same profile of input motion profile of acceleration, therefore the characteristics of the acceleration input profile directly affect on the performance of the amplifier that includes the current control loop. Commonly low cost amplifier and motor has a narrow current control bandwidth, therefore the proposed algorithm was designed based on this practical constraint. Simulation and experimental results showed that the proposed algorithm clearly has low residual vibration characteristics than conventional 5th order polynomial motion profile on the same drive condition.

During the past 2 years from January, 1994 to December, 1995, 128 cases of bum patient were treated at the department of surgery of Kang Nam General Hospital. Those 128 cases were reviewed and summarized as follows: I) Males (77 cases) were affected more frequently than females(5lcases). The ratio of male to female was l.5: l. 2) Main causes of burn were scalding (50%) and flame (35.2%). 3) Most of patients (52.3%) suffered less than 20% of total Body surface. 4) The average duration of escar separation was 4 week. 5) The skin graft was performed in l6 cases and most frequent period of grafting was 4 week. 6) The main complication were wound infection (7.8% ) sepsis (6.3%), pneumonia (6.3%), etc. 7) The main organisms of burn wound infection were Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Staplylococus aureus, Enterobacter species, etc. 8) The overall, mortality rate was 5.4% (7/128) and the most frequent cause of death was sepsis (71%). 9) The mortality rate was closely related to the extent, cause of bum, hct concentration, albumin concentration, and patients age.
