Building energy simulation has become a useful tool for predicting cooling, heating and air-conditioning loads for facilities. It is important to provide building energy performances feed back to the mechanical and electrical system operator and engineer for energy conservation and maintenance of building. From this research, we set up the typical weather data of location, basic description of building, geometric modelling data and the specification of installed primary HVAC system for establishing the simulation model about energy consuming that take place in multipurpose building complex. The simulation tool of building energy - EnergyPlus (DOE and BLAST based simulation S/W), it has been used and accomplished calculations and analyses for evaluating the effect of the system types and operating condition of central HVAC plant on the building energy consumption. In this paper, we offer comparison and simultaneous results those involve electricity consumption pattern and amount between actual operation versus EnergyPlus simulation to the object building during summer season.

Heat engines operating on the stirling cycle are the one of most efficient practical machines ever built, which was invented by Rev Robert Stirling in 1816. And has the potential to be much more efficient than a gasoline or diesel engine.
However, stirling engines are used only in some very specialized applications, so like in submarines or auxiliary power generators for yachts, where quiet operation is important. Although there hasn't been successful mass-market application for the stirling engine, some very high-power inventors are working on it. stirling cycle consists of hot and cold plates, regenerator and so on, with four processes which arc named isovolumetric heating, isothermal expansion, isovolumetric cooling, and isothermal compression. In this study, a temperature difference between hot and cold plate and supplied heat transfer and RPM by the modeling of kit-type stirling engine were measured, Morecver, torque and efficiency acquired by the data in this experiment were evaluated. From the results, the kit-type stirling engine showed low power output, i.e. small torque.

In advance of energy crisis in recent future, the development of energy conversion system has been increased rapidly to practical use of renewable energy. The stirling engine which was invented by Rev Robert Stirling in 1816 is one of the efficient and practical machines. The engine has been commonly used in some very specialized applications, such as in submarines or auxiliary power generator for vehicles, where quiet operation is required. A γ -type stirling engine, one of the stirling engine consists of two cylinders, a piston and a displacer. In this study, a stirling engine which is based on the design and data of Moriya stirling engine(1938), was developed in laboratory scale. The geometry of the engine was scaled up with 1.5 times to the original one. All the parts were made by self-manufacturing, except raw material, axial bearing and fly wheel. From the partial test of the performance, rotational speed of axle was obtained to 270 rpm when the temperature of the heating and cooling zone was 120℃ , 50℃, respectively.
