실기 수업형 플립러닝 운영을 위한 소금 학습 콘텐츠 개발 및 제작에 관한 연구

이 연구는 국악기 소금을 매개로 교육대학교 국악 실기 교육을 플립러닝 형태로 운영하기 위한 강의 동영상 콘텐츠의 개발 및 제작 연구를 목적으로 한다. 개인화 학습 기반 플립러닝 수업 상세 모형을 근거로 하여 수업 전, 수업 후의 상황을 비대면 영상콘텐츠 활용으로 설계한 후, 2015 개정 음악과 교육과정의 음악요소 및 개념 체계표, 교과서 수록 제재곡 등을 참고하여 이론형, 실기형, 이론+실기형을 합한 총 46개 챕터의 영상을 구현하여 이를 다시 플립러닝 강의계획에 대입하여 수업을 실시하였다. 한 학기의 수업을 토대로 44명의 학습자들에게 설문을 실시한 결과, 대부분 플립러닝 형태의 소금 수업을 긍정적으로 평가하였으며 특히 수업에 대한 시간 투자 가치, 온라인 자료와 과제의 유용성을 인정하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 플립러닝의 수업 형태로 인한 수업 집중도와 참여도, 학습자별 역량 차이 등에 대한 한계점이 나타났으므로 고민의 필요가 있다. 이와 같은 논의가 소금 학습뿐만 아니라 미래를 향한 국악교육 정책과 교육 현장의 다양한 요구에 적절히 대응할 수 있는 다각적인 후속 개발로 이어지기를 기대하며, 교육대학교 뿐만 아니라 여러 교육현장에서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있기를 희망한다. This study aims to develop and produce instructional video content for operating traditional korean music practical classes in a flipped learning format using the traditional Korean musical instrument, sogeum Based on a personalized learning-based flipped learning instructional model, video content for a total of 46 chapters, comprising theoretical, practical, and combined theoretical-practical aspects, was created by designing pre and post class situations using non-face-to-face video content and referring to the 2015 revised music education curriculums music elements and concept framework and prescribed pieces in textbooks. A survey of 44 learners conducted over one semester revealed that most of them positively evaluated the flipped learning format sogeum classes, acknowledging the value of time investment in classes, the usefulness of online materials and assignments. However, limitations such as class concentration and participation due to the flipped learning format, as well as differences in learners abilities, were identified, requiring further consideration. It is hoped that such discussions will lead to diverse subsequent developments that can appropriately respond to future Korean music education policies and various demands in educational settings, not only in universities but also in various educational contexts.
