Increased interest in alternative energy is due to fossil-fuel pollution problems and finitude. Especially, the solar power was supplied in the most active research, and considerable usage percentage was higher. However, the field of solar-energy conversion efficiency is very critical due to difficulties of the low-density energy conversion. Therefore, ambient environments are used to overcome this problem. In the case of large power systems solar irradiation sensor or temperature sensors attached to the module surface is applied to the maximum power point. Furthermore, the ambient environment is often used to analyze the environment information and is displayed through various devices. However, the solar irradiation sensor is expensive but in the case of large solar power systems, it can be install through the several places to acquire more accurate information. In reality, multiple sensors are inconvenient due to the high cost of the installation expense. Although, it will be installed only for sampling a wide variety of sites, but the installation of power system analysis had some difficulties. In this paper, we proposed a new detection algorithm technology that is directly, obtained from solar module`s output power and based on the results for possibility of future utilization.

The design of tunned filters for six-pulse thyrister converter is discussed. For electrolyzer system, the design procedure of tunned filters of AC 14.4kV power system are proposed by dynamic simulation. It is shown that these harmonic filters can meet most operational requirments. By careful specification of the transformer reactance, very low harmonic content and high power factor may be achieved at a specific operating point. The the proposed design procedure is verified with the simulation results.

The basic purpose of grounding is for human safety and normal operation of system related to electrical shock hazard by faults of electrical equipments. A grounding electrode is defined as a conducting element that connects electrical systems and/or equipment to the earth. The lowest possible resistance connection to the earth is sought from the grounding electrode. The grounding electrode is the foundation of the electrical safety system. The resistance to ground of vertical electrodes buried in the two deference soil structures has been analyzed for a length of electrodes and soil parameters. The equation of ground resistance of vertical electrodes are Tagg’s equation for uniform soil models, and modified equation of Dwight equation for two-layer soil model. In this paper, compared with results of two equations are calculated values of vertical electrode in uniform and two-layer soil models.

To improve the power factor and reduce the harmonic contents of the system. the design of tunned filters for six-pulse thyrister converter which is used by electrolyzer system is discussed in this paper. Tunned filters are added to high-power rectifiers to keep the line current distortion within allowable limits and to improve the rectifier power factor. For electrolyzer system. the design procedure of tunned filters of AC 14.4㎸ power system are proposed by dynamic simulation. It is shown that these harmonic filters can meet most operational requirments. The the proposed design procedure is verified with the simulation and experimental results.
