        중국 물류 허브도시 선정을 위한 방법론 연구

        With the rapid growth of the economy since 2000, the construction of logistics systems and facilities in China has also processed quickly. Although the Chinese government has attached great importance to the improvement of logistics efficiency, the Logistics Performance Index(LPI) indicates that it is still far behind the advanced countries. To improve China’s international competitiveness of logistics, the National Development and Reform Commission announced the policy for selecting logistics hub cities in March 2019. Previous studies have confirmed the need for these hub cities. However, there is a lack of research on the selection processes and guidelines. The present study identified 15 influential factors in the selection of logistics hub cities. The importance of the factors was determined through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A framework was designed to calculate the evaluation scores for the finalist cities on the basis of the weight values determined from Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS). The effectiveness of the framework was demonstrated through a case study of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. This study can serve as a reference for the selection of logistics hub cities in China and other countries.
