It is well known that two representative methods satisfy the condition of Euro4 regulation. The first method is the reduction of NOx in an engine operation by utilizing EGR and the elimination of high NOx concentraion. Second method, the conentraiton of PM produced by high efficiency combustion sufficiently meets the requirement of regulation. and NOx generated in this process can be removed by SCR system. While it has better fuel efficiency than the first method mentioned above. urea supply infrastructure is demanded. In this paper summarized the contents which attain the efficiency of the optimum target Euro4 based on Euro3 engine using design of experiment. This paper selected wider spray angle and changed bowl shape for optimize combustion. So, Injector sample had two types. Also Piston bowl spahe had two types. Then, it obtains low PM ami high NOx. The NOx concentration is belowed target point that is considered the reduction by SCR system. At last, it is satisfied for emission target.
방사선 전조사에 의한 PP Membrane에 대한 Acrylonitrile 그라프트 공중합체의 합성

A porous, graft copolymer and amidoxime group containing membrane were prepared by radiation graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile onto porous polypropylene. In order to calculate the grafting and amidoxime ratios of porous polypropylene-acrylonitrile graft copolymer. We have done CHN elemental analysis. It is obtained the result that grafting rate is increased to linear and value was about 75 percent at 20 Mrad dose rate.
수용성 Polyvinyl Phosphate-Metal Complex의 형성과 촉매활성에 관한 연구

The formation of the water-soluble polyvinyl phosphate-Cu(Ⅱ) and Al (Ⅲ) complex was studied by ultraviolet, infrared spectroscopy, viscosity measurement, and scanning electron microscope. The PVP-Cu (Ⅱ) and Al (Ⅲ) complexes were very stabilized in the range of ph 3-5. The viscosity of the PVP-Cu complex was lower than PVP-Al(Ⅲ) complex because the conformation of the former is more compact than that of the latter. Decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was examined by using PVP-Cu(Ⅱ) and Al(Ⅲ) as catalyst. The catalytic of the combination of PVP-Cu(Ⅱ) and Al (Ⅲ) for decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was increased with a rise in concentration of complex and reaction time.
水溶性 Polyvinyl phosphate-Cu(Ⅱ) 錯體形成과 重合開始劑 및 촉媒活性에 關한 硏究

The formation of the water-soluble polyvinyl phosphate-Cu(Ⅱ) complex was studied by ultraviolet and Infrared spectroscopy and by viscosity measurement. The structure of the polymer complex was found to change with pH value of the system. The PVP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex was active as a free-radical initiator for the polymerization of styrene in the presence of carbon tetrachloride. The maximum conversion was observed at neutral pH. These complexes caused lowering of the viscosity of PVP, suggesting a formation of more compact conformation at pH 7 with Cu(Ⅱ) ion. Decomposition of hydrogen peroxide was carried out with PVP-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes. The rate of decomposion was increased with a rise of pH value in the range of pH 9.0-11.0. For PVP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex the rate was increased with the concentration of complex.
