        In the Previous method to reduce the problems by stack effect in high-rise buildings, plane and vertical relationship among spaces has only considered as the important item. But, in order to take the effective countermeasure to stack effect and to make an application of it to the buildings we have to determine the actual conditions of building use. The actual conditions of building use are dwelling characteristics, the kinds of problems by stack effect and the air conditioning characteristics like the air supply and exhaust. We have been able to grasp that the influence of air conditioning characteristics to the degree of stack problems is very big by field tests. And, the improvements in the previous air conditioning design were check up and we could understand that the improvements in it have to be considered as important items for air conditioning design. Of course, reduction of stack effect itself and various problems by it are very important in the high-rise buildings. But, stack effect has to be considered as a basic item to design all kinds of facilities in the high-rise buildings and has to be recognized as a foundation technique for design of high-rise buildings.

        공사관리 프로세스를 기반으로 한 건설회사 본사와 현장의 자율 안전관리 시스템 구축

        The study analyzed the correlations between the construction accidents and the construction management process, and established the improved ways of the self-regulated safety management between the head office and the construction sites by the practice of construction management process. Moreover, the study verified the improvement by analyzing the practice rate through the construction site's evaluations about the safety management and the construction management process. Proposed self-regulated safety management system provides the uniformed standard and the procedure of the safety management and let construction managers practice these rules which detect and remove the potential risk in every construction phase. Therefore, these efforts could ultimately promote the competitiveness of construction company by ensuring the quality, the safety and the efficiency in the construction projects. The purpose of this paper is proposing the reasonable safety management system between the head office and the construction sites by the practice of construction management process.

        고층건축공사 마감공정의 先安全-後施工 안전관리 사례연구

        The development of construction techniques and management methods is indispensable to respond to rapid changes in the construction environment , such as : the large sized, higher and complex buildings, the development of materials, the diversification of customer requests, the opening of construction market, the domestic skyscraper market's expansion, and the revitalization of urban renewal and reconstruction. According to the client's requests for shortening the construction time and the upgraded interior specifications in the finishing work, the project needed the differential construction techniques and the reasonable safety managements in the finishing phase, which had been a higher accident rate than the frame work phase. Moreover, the project should be completed without any construction accident in the shortest period. Therefore, the purpose of this study proposes the reasonable safety management procedures and methods, which are checking the safety before the construction , executing the construction, and the arrangement after the construction , so called "Plan-Do-See", in the finishing phase of the high-rise building project. These managements made the productivity's improvement and the efficiency's maximization possible.

        골조공사 층당 3일 사이클 달성을 위한 CFT공법 적용사례 연구

        In order to meet the client's request for the shortening of the construction time in the project, it was necessary to adopt some efficient methods to shorten the time in framework, such as CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) to the column system, N method/American installation method to the steel structure, and ACS(Automatic Climbing System) Form to the core-wall etc. Above all things, CFT, which called "Concrete Filled Steel Tube" and consists of a steel pipe or square filled with concrete, made the temporary work exclusive by simultaneously pouring concrete over 3~4 floors and it contributed to make these possible; such as the shortening the terms of work, the cost reduction and the improvement of quality and safety. Moreover, the complex cross-shape diaphragm was developed to improve the construction workability. The CFT method was applied to achieve the 3days cycle construction per floor in the framework and to complete the project with the domestic high speed of construction . The purpose of this study is to help next high-rise building project by analyzing and studying the CFT method in this paper.

        As an advanced method to build the stack effect countermeasures more efficiently, the total countermeasure solution on stack effect (TCSS) is proposed in this paper. Stack effect and its problems have the various characteristics according to the combined conditions that related to a high-rise building performance. The goals of Tess are to build the best stack effect countermeasures considering the building's own characteristics and to present the total building management program for reducing stack problems efficiently. In this paper, how to build the stack effect countermeasures with TCSS is explained through the field application example and reduction efficiency on stack problems by TCSS is verified through the measurements in the target building.
