천연유래 멘톨을 함유한 투명 아크릴 감압성 점착제 제조 및 점착특성

본 연구는 2-ethylhexyl acrylate와 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate 기본 조성물에 천연물질인 menthol로부터 합성한 menthyl acrylate(MnA)와 석유화학 기반 isobornyl acrylate(IBOA)의 조성비를 변화시키면서 광중합된 공중합체를 이용하여 자외선 경화형 투명 감압성 점착제를 제조하였다. 시럽의 기본 물성인 고형분 및 분자량 분석뿐만 아니라 제조된 감압성 점착제의 점착특성과 광학특성을 고찰하였다. 모든 아크릴 감압성 점착제는 약 3.5 kgf/25 mm의 180° 박리력과 약 0.25 kgf의 초기점착력을 IBOA와 MnA 조성비에 상관없이 거의 유지하였다. 또한 모든 아크릴 감압성 점착제에서 93% 이상의 광투과도와 1.0% 이하의 haze 값, 그리고 1.0 이하의 색차값을 보여주었다. Transparent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) were successfully prepared by photopolymerization with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate as a default constituent and with isobornyl acrylate and biomass-derived menthyl acrylate as a variable constituent. The concentration effect of menthyl acrylate in the acrylic PSAs was investigated on adhesion and the optical properties as well as the characteristics (solid content, and molecular weight) of the syrups were also investigated. Regardless of increasing menthyl acrylate concentration in the acrylic PSAs, the acrylic PSAs exhibited almost the same adhesion performance such as 180° peel strength (~3.5 kgf/25 mm) and probe tack (~0.25 kgf). All acrylic PSA samples also showed high transmittance (more than 93%), low haze (less than 1.0%) and low color-difference (less than 1.0).

2002년 유엔 식량농업기구(FAO)는 농촌공간이 보유하고 있는 다양한 자원 보전을 위해 세계중요농업유산제도를 만들고 세계적으로 가치가 있는 농어업유산을 지정하여 보전·관리하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 발맞추어 한국에서도 2012년 농어촌에 가치 있는 자원을 보전·관리하고자 농어업유산제도를 도입하였다. 그러나 농어업유산에 대한 관심은 증대되었으나 한국 농어업유산만의 독특한 가치를 평가할 수 있는 기준이 정립되어 있지 않아 유산 발굴과 지정은 답보 상태에 놓여있다. 또한 기존 연구에서 개념적 측면의 연구와 유산 발굴을 위한 자원조사, 지표개발, 관광화를 통한 보전·관리 위주의 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 한국 농어업유산에 대한 가치 평가 기준에 관한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 한국 농어업유산의 가치를 분석하고, 그 가치를 평가할 수 있는 기준을 제시하는 것을 그 목적으로 하였다. 이는 농어업유산의 발굴과 지정에 있어 한국 농어업유산의 가치평가 기준을 제시하여 농어업유산의 특성을 고려한 가치평가가 이루어질 수 있는 기반을 마련할 수 있을 것이며, 이러한 기준은 향후 농어업유산을 보전·관리하는데 기여할 것이다. The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) has established the Globally Important Agriculture Heritage Site in 2002, designating the Agricultural Heritages with global value, and carries forward conservation and management. In Korea, the Agricultural Heritage system was adopted to conserve and manage the valuable resources of agricultural space in 2012. Although, the interest in the Agricultural Heritage has been developed, the valuation standards for unique value of the Korea Agricultural Heritage has not been yet established, so discovery and designation of the Agricultural Heritage are at a standstill. Meanwhile, a study from the conceptual viewpoint of the Agricultural Heritage, resources investigation for discovery of the Agricultural Heritage, index development, and a study for conservation and management methods through sightseeing are focused, and a study for the valuation standards about the Korea Agricultural Heritage are not focused. Therefore, the study has analyzed a value of the Korea Agricultural Heritage, and suggested the standards of evaluation a value of the Agricultural Heritage rightly. This study suggested the valuation standards of the Korea Agricultural Heritage used in discovery and designation of the Agricultural Heritage, so prepared a base to conduct the valuation considering the characteristics of the Agricultural Heritage. Such standards will contribute to conservation and management of the Agricultural Heritage in the future.
