This study has the objective of providing basic data to contribute to the magnification of the corporate profit eventually by lowering the turnover rates of the corporation and inducing long service, by comprehending the effect relationship of the quality of life of the hotel employees on the professional vocation awareness and job satisfaction, improving quality of personal life of hoteliers and enhancing the job satisfaction. This study has investigated on the effect relationship between the quality of life of hoteliers and job satisfaction and if the professional vocation awareness shows regulation effect between the two variables based on the theoretical background about quality of life, professional vocation awareness and job satisfaction of the hotel employees and result of the precedent studies. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of life of hotel employees and establish improvement directions for job satisfaction. A study model was deducted and the hypothesis was verified through a practical study. A total of 8 hypothesis were verified after reviewing the reliability and validity of the study model based on the 330 specimen procured to perform the practical study. And according to the result, it was shown that the sub-factors of quality of life, the quality of psychological life and quality of economical life affect positively the internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction and that the professional vocation awareness has regulation effect between the two variables, life of psychological life and internal job satisfaction.
