교양체육 댄스스포츠 참여자의 내적동기와 몰입경험 및 수업만족 관계 분석

본 연구는 대학 교양 댄스스포츠 참여자의 내적동기와 몰입경험 및 수업만족 관계를 분석하기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구 대상은 전북 소재의 대학의 교양체육수업에 참여한 학생을 임의로 선정하는 방법인 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)에 의해 표집되었으며, 총 112명에게 자기평가기입법 (Self- administration method)을 작성하도록 하여 설문하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS ver. 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 신뢰도 검사, 상관관계, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 내적요인 중 재미-노력요인과 유능감 요인은 신체·심리적, 교육적, 휴식적, 사회적만족 요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 긴장요인은 신체·심리적, 교육적만족 요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 몰입경험 중 인지몰입은 신체·심리, 교육적, 사회적, 환경적, 휴식적 만족 요인 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 행위몰입은 특히 사회적 요인에 가장 유의한 영향을 미쳤고 다음으로 신체·심리, 교육적, 환경적, 휴식적만족 요인에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째 수업만족이 몰입경험에 미치는 영향에는 신체·심리, 환경적, 휴식적만족 순으로 몰입경험에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. This study is to analyze the relation among variables of mental motive, immersion experience and satisfaction with the class of participants in dance sports of humanistic physical education of a university and to contributeto the internal stability of efficient class operation. For this study 112 persons of students were used for analysis as survey material, and using SPSS ver. 12.0 Program through the statistical verification of frequency analysis, reliability examination, correlation and multiple regression analysis, the following conclusion like the below was deduced. First, among mental factors, fun-effort factors and the sense of competencefactor had meaningful influence upon the physical, psychological, educational, restful and socially satisfactory factors and the tensional factors had meaningful influence upon the physical, psychological, educationally satisfactory factors. Second, among the immersion experiences, recognition immersion had meaningful influence upon all of the physical, psychological, educational, social, environmental and restful satisfactory factors, and action immersion had the most meaningful influence upon especially social factor and had the next most meaningful influence upon the physical, psychological, educational, environmental and restful satisfactory factors. Third, among the influences of satisfaction with class upon immersion experiences, the factors in the order of the physical, psychological, environmental and restful satisfactory factorhad meaningful influence upon immersion experiences.
대학생의 여가활동의 만족도에 관한 연구 : 한국, 일본, 미국의 대학생을 대상으로 하여

This study has been performed with the purpose of presenting a directional guidance for the recreation policy. Survey researches were made against randomly sampled four-hundred students each of Korea, American and Japan. Through the two pilot studies, answers were acquired about the satisfaction rate of the subjects with their recreational life and what they think was hindrance that kept them from enjoying a full recreation. American students were found to be most satisfied with the current standard of their recreational life with Japanese and Korean students following. Korean female and male students revealed the great difference in the satisfaction rate with the recreational life they were enjoying. The satisfaction rate went up in compliance with the activeness that students displayed in pursuit of recreation. On the basis of the above, is can be said that the Korean patriarchal culture still hold much influence on people's recreational life and that the voluntary participation in recreation bears out the best of the satisfaction. Accordingly, the recreational policy is proposed to be established with substantial consideration on both fund and facility so as to arouse people's voluntary participation.
