        CRDS Study of Tropospheric Ozone Production Kinetics : Isoprene Oxidation by Hydroxyl Radical

        The tropospheric ozone production mechanism for the gas phase additive oxidation reaction of hydroxyl radical (OH) with isoprene (2-methyl-1,3-butadiene) has been studied using cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) at total pressure of 50 Torr and 298 K. The applicability of CRDS was confirmed by monitoring the shorter (~4%) ringdown time in the presence of hydroxyl radical than the ring-down time without the photolysis of hydrogen peroxide. The reaction rate constant, (9.8±0.1)×10−11 molecule−1cm3s−1, for the addition of OH to isoprene is in good agreement with previous studies. In the presence of O2 and NO, hydroxyl radical cycling has been monitored and the simulation using the recommended elementary reaction rate constants as the basis to OH cycling curve gives reasonable fit to the data.

        질소분위기 전자빔 조사에 의한 졸-겔 IGZO 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성 향상

        본 연구에서는 졸-겔 IGZO(Indium-Gallium-Zinc Oxide) 박막을 만들고 이에 전자빔을 조사 한 후 박막 트랜지스터로 제작하여 전자빔 조사가 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하였다. 특히 전자빔이 조사되는 환경을 대기 중과 질소 분위기(<200 ppm O2)로 두고 전자빔 조사 선량 세기를 100kGy와 200kGy로 각각 조사한 후350℃ 온도에서의 열처리만 진행한 비교군과 비교 분석을 진행하였다. 전자빔 조사에 따른 졸-겔 IGZO 박막의 물성 변화를 분석하기 위해 UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD)와 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)를 분석 결과, 전자빔 조사 전·후의 모든 조건 하에서 가시광 영역에서의 80% 이상의 높은 투과도를 보여줌을 확인할 수 있었고, XRD 분석 결과를 통해 전자빔 조사와 관계없이 비정질 특성을 유지함을 확인하였다. 특히 전자빔 조사에 따라 졸-겔 IGZO 박막에 화학적 조성 변화가 있음을 확인하였는데, 질소 분위기에서 전자빔을 조사하게 되면 M-O결합과 관련된 peak이 차지하는 비율이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 질소 분위기에서 전자빔이 조사된 TFT들은 on/off 비율, 전자 이동도에서 향상된특성을 보여주었으며, 시간에 따라 트랜지스터의 특성들(on/off 비율, 문턱전압, 전자이동도, 하위임계값 스윙)의 수치 또한큰 변화 없이 유지됨이 확인되어, 졸-겔 공정 TFT 제작에 있어서 질소 분위기에서의 전자빔 조사공정이 IGZO기반 박막트랜지스터의 전기적특성의 개선에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, we studied the effect of electron beam irradiation on sol-gel indium-gallium-zinc oxide (IGZO) thin films under air and nitrogen atmosphere and carried out the electrical characterization of the s ol-gel IGZO thin f ilm transistors (TFTs). To investigate the optical properties, crystalline structure and chemical state of the sol-gel IGZO thin films after electron beam irradiation, UV-Visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were carried out. The sol-gel IGZO thin films exhibited over 80% transmittance in the visible range. The XRD analysis confirmed the amorphous nature of the sol-gel IGZO films regardless of electron beam irradiation. When electron beam irradiation was conducted in a nitrogen (N2) atmosphere, we observed an increased proportion of peaks related to M-O bonding contributed to the improved quality of the thin films. Sol-gel IGZO TFTs subjected to electron beam exposure in a nitrogen atmosphere exhibited enhanced electrical characteristics in terms of on/off ratio and electron mobility. In addition, the electrical parameters of the transistor (on/off ratio, threshold voltage, electron mobility, subthreshold swing) remained relatively stable over time, indicating that the electron beam exposure process in a nitrogen atmosphere could enhance the reliability of IGZO-based thin-film transistors in the fabrication of sol-gel processed TFTs.

        응급의료센터로 전원되는 요양병원 환자들의 특징

        Objective: This study was undertaken to assess the appropriateness of transfer of patients from a long-term care hospital to the emergency department (ED). Methods: We conducted a retrospective study in a Wide Regional Emergency Center in Gyeongsangnam-do between January 2019 and December 2019. The patients were divided into groups (direct visit, transferred from other hospitals, and transferred from long-term care hospitals [LTCHs]). The baseline characteristics, Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS), vital signs, length of stay, ED disposition, cost, clinical outcome, and instances of application of the “Act on decisions on life-sustaining treatment” were collected. Results: A total of 30,142 patients were enrolled during the study period. Twenty-one thousand, nine hundred and sixty-five patients were in the direct visit group, 7,057 patients were transferred from other hospitals, and 1,120 patients were transferred from LTCHs. Hospital admission was higher in cases of transfer from other hospitals and LTCHs (LTCHs, 63.8%; transferred from other hospitals, 64.1%, direct visit, 30.1%; P<0.001). Re-transfer and mortality in the ED were much higher (re-transfer: LTCHs, 11.0%; transferred from other hospitals 3.8%, direct visit 1.9%; P<0.001 and mortality in ED: 2.9%, 0.8%, 1.4%; respectively P<0.001). In the LCTH group after admission, mortality was higher (mortality: 16.2%, 5.4%, 7.1% for LTCH transfers and direct respectively; P<0.001). The implementation rate of the “Act on decisions on life-sustaining treatment”, the well-dying law, was higher in the LTCHs (26.6%, 12.5%, and 11.4% LTCH transfers, and direct respectively; P<0.001). Conclusion: In the LTCH group, re-transfer, mortality, and the implementation rate of the “Act on decisions on life-sustaining treatment” were higher than in the other groups.

        FlexRay 네트워크 시스템을 위한 FIBEX 자동 생성 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        As vehicles become more intelligent for safety and convenience of drivers, in-vehicle networking systems such as controller are network (CAN) have been widely used due to increasing number of electronic control unit (ECU). Recently, FlexRay was developed to replace CAN protocol in chassis networking systems, to remedy the shortage of transmission capacity and unsatisfactory real-time transmission delay of conventional CAN. However, it is difficult for vehicle network designers to calculate platform configuration registers (PCR) and determine a base cycle or slot length of FlexRay. To assist vehicle network designers for designing FlexRay cluster, this paper presents automatic field bus exchange format (FIBEX) generation algorithm from CANdb information, which is de-facto standard database format for CAN. To design this program, structures of FIBEX, CANdb and relationship among PCR variables are analyzed.

        역사문화경관에 대한 중요도와 만족도 분석 -청주시 문화재를 사례로-

        This study was conducted to extract representative historical and cultural resources and to analyze the perception of historical and cultural landscapes of university students related to Cheongju Castle Areas and surrounding cultural properties. First, the representative historical landscape resources of Cheongju were selected to extract the perception as historical and cultural resources. Second, the priority of the importance and satisfaction of the place, the viewability, the integrity, and the plasticity which are the value standards of historical and cultural scenery were derived. As a result of the study, the priorities of the recognition and value standards of representative historical and cultural resources were derived, and proposed solutions for planning and preservation management by factor. 본 연구는 청주읍성과 주변 문화재의 역사적 가치 재조명을 위해 대표적인 역사문화자원을 추출하고, 관련학과 대학생을 대상으로 역사문화경관에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 얻은 결과는 첫째, 청주의 대표적인 역사경관자원을 선정하여 역사문화자원으로서의 인지성을 추출하였다. 둘째, 역사문화경관의 중점경관 관리지표인 장소성, 조망성, 일체성, 왜소성에 대해 중요도와 만족도의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 대표적인 역사문화자원의 인지와 가치 기준에 대한 우선순위를 도출하고, 요인별로 계획 및 보존관리에 대한 해결방안을 제안하였다.

      • MIC시스템의 효율개선을 위한 새로운 Active Clamp 스위칭 기법

        태양광 모듈형 전력변환장치인 MIC시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 스위칭 손실에 따른 효율감소 및 신뢰성이 가장 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 변압기 누설인덕턴스 성분으로 인한 전압스파이크를 제거하여 안정적인 스위칭으로 신뢰성을 확보하고, 손실을 감소시켜 효율개선 할 수 있는 새로운 Active Clamp 스위칭 기법을 제안하였다.

      • 스마트 물류자동화를 위한 분류 로봇의 구현

        Goldman Sachs recently laid off 598 top talents, while Google and NASA established a singularity university. As we enter the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, each company and university is nurturing talent for the age of artificial intelligence(AI). As factories and various facilities are automated and AI and the Internet of Things (IoT) enter homes and businesses, interest in automation is gradually increasing, and AI robots are replacing human jobs. Therefore, a study was conducted on the implementation of a sorting robot for smart factory automation. The hardware of the robot was realized using TETRIX, and it was configured to recognize the color of blocks and classify the object using NXT color sensors. The color sensor is used to determine the type of a block and a linetracer is to help figure out location, and the block was placed in the right place. The control program was implemented using LabVIEW, and the NXT was implemented to control the robot through the signal obtained from the color sensor.
