지속가능 공급망 활동이 경쟁우위를 통해 고객성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

글로벌 공급망이 확대되면서 공급망이 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 원천이 되었고, 지속가능 공급망 활동은 기업이 사회적, 환경적 책임을 다하면서 비즈니스 환경을 유지할 수 있는 훌륭한 대안이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공급망을 통해 타 공급망과 차별화를 꾀할 수 있는 지속가능 공급망 활동이 전략적 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾기 위해 지속가능 공급망의 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 활동이 경쟁우위를 통해 고객성과인 고객유지율과 고객만족에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 기업에서 공급망관리, 물류관리, 구매사, 협력사를 관리하는 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 212부의 설문을 분석하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과 지속가능 공급망의 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 활동은 경쟁우위에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경쟁우위는 고객유지율과 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 본 연구를 통하여 지속가능 공급망 활동이 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 이론적 토대를 마련하였고, 고객성과에 영향을 미치는 지속가능 공급망 활동과 경쟁우위는 분석을 통하여 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 연구에서는 지속가능 공급망 활동의 성과부분과 관련하여 다양한 변수의 연구가 필요하다. The supply chain expands globally and hence has become an important source of corporate competitiveness. In particular, sustainable supply chain activities are becoming excellent alternatives for businesses to maintain a business environment while fulfilling their social and environmental responsibilities. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the impact of a sustainable supply chain"s economic, social, and environmental activities on customer retention and customer satisfaction through competitive advantage. This study also aimed to find factors that can differentiate sustainable supply chains from other supply chains. A survey was conducted on employees who handle supply chain management, logistics management, purchasing companies, and partner companies in companies. As part of this survey, 212 questionnaires were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. As a result of the study showed that the sustainable supply chain"s economic, social, and environmental activities positively affected the competitive advantage. The competitive advantage, in turn, had a positive effect on the customer retention rate and customer satisfaction. Hence, this study provides a theoretical basis for sustainable supply chain activities affecting the competitive advantage. This study also suggests implications for enhancing corporate competitiveness by analyzing sustainable supply chain activities and competitive advantages that affect customer performance. In future studies, various variables related to the performance of sustainable supply chain activities are to be considered.

참조적 의사소통 훈련이 정신지체아동의 평균 형태소길이에 미치는 효과

  The purpose of this study was to determine if a referential communication training was effective on the mean length of utterance in morphemes (MLU-m) of children with mental retardation.<BR>  The subjects were 5 children with mental retardation.<BR>  The therapy was delivered 30 times for 10 weeks. This study was a pre-post design. A t-test was performed to compare pre-post performances.<BR>  The results of the study were as follows:<BR>  The referential communication training was effective in improving morphological aspects of language of children with mental retardation. There was a significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment in the mean length of utterance in morphemes (MLU-m).

Kimura disease is rare chronic inflammatory disorder of an unknown etiology and it has a predilection for males of Asian descent. It typically presents with non-tender subcutaneous swellings in the head and neck region, peripheral eosinophilia and an elevated immunoglobulin E level. We present here the case of 8-year-old boy with a past history of food allergy, and he developed swelling of the left neck and incidental eosinophilia. Kimura disease was diagnosed on the basis of the clinical and histological findings. The serum IgG titer of cysticercosis was twice the normal level. After surgical excision of the subcutaneous lesion, the patients eosinophilia was dramatically decreased. We suggest that allergy and remote parasite infection may be the causality or a triggering factor for Kimura disease. [Pediatr Allergy Respir Dis(Korea) 2006;16:349-354]

동적역량과 양면성역량이 지속가능 공급망활동의 성과창출과정에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 지속가능 공급망활동에 영향을 미치는 요인 중 동적역량과 양면성역량의 역할에 대해 주목하고, 이들이 지속가능 공급망활동의 성과창출과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 지속가능 공급망활동은 경제적·환경적·사회적 활동을 동시에 추구해야 하는 바, 이들 활동 간의 조정과 자원 배분 등의 의사결정이 중요하게 대두될 수밖에 없다. 따라서 지속가능 공급망활동에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인 중 조정 및 자원배분 동적역량과 양면성역량의 역할을 살펴보고, 구매사와 고객사 간의 성과창출과정을 중심으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 기업에서 공급망을 관리하는 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 유효한 296부의 설문을 분석하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과, 동적역량과 양면성역량 모두 경제적·환경적·사회적 지속가능 공급망활동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 한편, 지속가능 공급망활동 중 경제적·사회적 활동은 공급사 성과와 구매사 성과에는 정(+)의 영향을미치지만, 환경적 활동은 모두 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 지속가능 공급망 활동을 통한 공급사의 성과는 구매사 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지속가능 공급망활동을 구성하는 세가지 주요 활동 간 조정 및 자원배분 등의 중요성에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시함과 동시에, 동적역량과 양면성역량이 지속가능 공급망활동과 그 성과창출과정에서 중요한 선행요인이 될 수 있음을 실증적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study focuses on the role of dynamic and ambivalent competence among factors affecting sustainable supply chain activity and its performance creation process. Sustainable supply chain management should pursue economic, environmental, and social activities simultaneously, and decision making such as coordination and resource allocation among these activities is inevitably important. Therefore, this study examines the role of dynamic and ambivalence capacities of adjustment and resource allocation among various factors affecting sustainable supply chain management, and conducts an empirical analysis focusing on the process of performance creation between purchasers and customers. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on those in charge of managing supply chain management in a company, and 296 valid questionnaires were analyzed to verify the research hypothesis. The analysis revealed that both dynamic and ambivalent competences have a positive effect on the economic, environmental, and social activities of sustainable supply chain management. Conversely, economic and social activities have a positive effect on both supplier and purchasing company performance, whereas environmental activities do not have any effect. Furthermore, the result of suppliers through sustainable supply chain activity was confirmed to have a positive effect on the performance of the purchaser. The findings are meaningful in that they present theoretical grounds for the importance of coordination and resource allocation among the three main aspects that constitute sustainable supply chain activities and empirically suggest that dynamic and ambivalent capabilities can serve as a significant preceding factor in creating results.

창의성 연구의 다양한 시각과 함의들

창의성에 대한 개념 정의, 사고과정 및 발달에 대한 이본이 아직까지 명확하게 성립되지 않고 있으며, 이러한 모호함은 창의성을 연구하고 교육하는데 있어 한층 더 큰 어려움을 주고 있다. 이와 같은 모호함을 해결하기 위해 창의성 연구는 지금까지 다양한 시 각과 방법면에서 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 최근에는 특히 문화 맥락적, 다학문적 시 각에서 창의성 연구가 이루어지고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 논문은 창의성에 대한 최근의 다양한 시각들을 창의성 정의의 재고, 맥락의 적극적 반영, 다학문적 접근의 요 구. 창의성 대상의 확대의 네 영역으로 나누어 살펴보고 그것을 통해 음악창의성 및 음악교육에서 고려할 수 있는 점들을 생각해 보았다. 연구 결과, 본 연구는 음악 교육 안 구에 다름과 가치의 문제, 개인이 속한 맥락에 대한 고려, 매일의, 실제적 창의성에 대한 고려, 그리고 심리학적 연구와 사회문화적 연구의 접목 둥이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. The definition of creative concepts, thinking process, and development about creativity have not been established yet, These ambiguousness add the difficulties in studying and educating of creativity, But at the same time, these ambiguousness are the most important research issues, Recently, the discussion about these issues have been studied from the cultural contextual, and multidisciplinary point of view. This study classified the various viewpoints of creativity by four categories: the reconsideration of creativity, the active reflection of contexts, the necessity of multidisciplinary approach, the expansion of creative object, And this study investigated the points to be considered in musical creativity and music education researches, This study showed the problems of difference and value, the consideration of context belong to individual, the emphasis of everyday and practical creativity, arid the engraftment psychological study and sociocultural study.

안전 픽토그램의 친숙도 분석을 통한 재활현장에서의 함의

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 안전 픽토그램의 친숙도 분석을 통해 일상생활 전반에서 접할 수 있는 픽토그램에 대한 인식을 높이고, 재활현장에서 우선적으로 사용되어야 할 픽토그램의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 안전 픽토그램의 친숙도를 살펴보기 위해 한국산업규격으로 제정되어 있는 픽토그램을 사용하여 설문지를 구성하였으며 강제행동, 경고, 금지, 비상상황ㆍ대피로, 소방장비 픽토그램의 친숙도를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 강제행동, 경고, 금지, 비상상황ㆍ대피로, 소방장비 등 안전 픽토그램 범주 내에서 개별 픽토그램의 친숙도 결과를 제시하였다. 둘째, 응답자의 69.7%가 안전 픽토그램 범주 중에서 금지 픽토그램이 가장 친숙하다고 응답하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 향후 픽토그램 연구 및 중재 프로그램 개발 시 친숙도가 고려되어야 함을 시사한다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 친숙도와 함께 픽토그램이 의미하는 바가 무엇인지 정확히 이해하는 정도를 살펴봄으로써 독립적이고 안전한 일상생활에 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 픽토그램 연구와 중재 프로그램 개발이 지속적으로 이루어지기를 바란다. This study analyzed a familiarity of safety pictograms in college students. Through this, we aim to raise awareness of safety pictograms available throughout daily life, and to present the direction of pictogram that should be used preferentially in rehabilitation sites. In order to examine the familiarity of safety pictograms (e.g., forced actions, warnings, prohibitions, emergency situations/evacuation routes, and firefighing equipment pictograms), a questionnaire was constructed using pictograms established by Korean Industrial Standards. First, We presented the familiarity results of individual pictograms within the safety pictograms categories such as forced actions, warnings, prohibitions, emergency situationsㆍevacuation routes, and firefighing equipment pictograms. Second, 69.7% of respondents said that prohibitions pictograms are the most familiar among safety pictogram categories. Based on the results, it suggests that familiarity should be considered pictogram research and intervention program development in the future. Finally, we hope that research and intervention programs for pictograms that can practically help independent and safe daily life will continue to be developed by looking at the degree to which they understand exactly what the pictograms mean in addition to familiarity.

시설관련 픽토그램의 친숙도에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 시설과 관련된 픽토그램의 친숙도를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 픽토그램을 이해하고, 의사소통 장애인들의 언어재활 시 우선적으로 사용되어야 할 픽토그램이 무엇인지에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 한국산업규격으로 제정되어 있는 픽토그램을 사용하였으며 시설과 관련된 픽토그램 범주의 친숙도와 픽토그램 범주 내에서 각각 픽토그램의 친숙도를 살펴보았다. 시설과 관련된 픽토그램 범주 중에서 공공시설 픽토그램의 친숙도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 공공시설, 공공행위, 관광·문화유산, 교통시설, 상업시설, 스포츠 활동 등 6개 범주 내에서 각각 픽토그램의 친숙도를 연구결과에 제시하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 추후 픽토그램을 활용한 언어재활 시에 다른 범주보다도 공공시설 픽토그램을 먼저 지도하거나 보다 더 많이 포함되어야 하며 픽토그램의 친숙도를 고려하여 지도해야 할 필요가 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 언어재활 시 픽토그램의 필요성을 이해하고, 의사소통 장애인들의 독립적인 사회생활 및 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 픽토그램 중재 프로그램에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이어지기를 바란다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the familiarity of pictograms related to facilities. This study aims to understand the pictograms and to suggest the pictograms that should be used firstly in the language rehabilitation of persons with communication disabilities. We used the pictograms that were established as Korea Industrial Standards (KS). We also examined the familiarity of pictogram categories related to facilities and the familiarity of pictograms within pictogram categories. Public facility pictograms showed the highest familiarity. The familiarity of pictograms in six categories (public facilities, public works, tourism and cultural heritage, transportation facilities, commercial facilities, and sports activities) were presented in the study results. Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to lead the public facility pictograms ahead of other categories in language rehabilitation using pictograms. This suggests that there is a need to be guided by the familiarity of pictograms. Finally, we hope to continue to study the pictogram program to understand the necessity of pictograms in language rehabilitation and to improve the independent social life and communication ability of communication disabled people.

특수교육대상 유아의 사회성 향상을 위한 원예-놀이 통합 프로그램(안) 개발

음악교육 국제학술지를 중심으로 살펴본 발달연구 동향

본 연구는 2011~2020년 동안 음악교육 관련 국제 학술지에 실린 발달 연구 논문을 분석한 것이다. 학술지는 JRME, CRME, IJME, POM을 그 대상으로 하였고, 분석 범주는 학술지별논문 수, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제로 정하였다. 연구 결과, 학술지별 발달 논문의 비율은JRME가 가장 높았다. 초등학생과 대학전공자, 영유아를 대상으로 한 논문이 많았고, 유아부터중고등학생까지와 대학생부터 성인까지의 비중이 비숫하여 골고루 발달연구의 대상이 됨을 알수 있었다. 연구방법으로는 실험연구, 조사연구가 가장 많았고, 질적연구와 사례연구도 많이 이루어지고 있었다. 연구주제별로는 문화적, 환경적 영향에 대한 연구, 연주기술에 대한 연구가활발하게 이루어짐을 알 수 있었다. This study analyzed developmental research papers published in international music education journals from 2011 to 2020. The journal were JRME, CRME, IJME, and POM, and the analysis categories were the number of papers by journal, research participants, research method, and research theme. As a result of the study, the JRME had the highest ratio of developmental papers by journal. There were many papers targeting elementary school students and college music major students, and infants. Experimental studies and survey studies were the most common research methods, and qualitative studies and case studies were also many conducted. In the research theme, it was found that research about cultural, environmental effects and performance skill were actively conducted.
