        운동생리학 : 운동 강도의 차이에 따른 최대하 운동이 혈중 스트레스 호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향

        Exercise is of benefit to many aspects of health, but exhaustive exercise above specific intensity sans to be related to the some side effect of exercise. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of various exercise intensities on the change of stress hormones Particularly, use intend to apply the same volumes of exercise to examine only the pure effects of exercise intensity. 7 healthy young males(age : 25.6±1.5, VO2max: 56.0±2.7 ml/kg/min) participated in four trials. At each trial, subjects ran on the treadmill at the respective intensities corresponding to 50%, 65%, 75%, 85% of VO2max. They exercised for different duration so that energy expenditure was equal to all subjects(400kca1). The order of the trials was randomized and separated by one week. Blood was obtained at rest, immediately after exercise, and at 90 min after exercise to measure epinephrine, norepinephrine, and cortisol.The concentration of catecholamine was increased immediately after exercise more than baseline level(epinephrine: p〈.05, norepinephrine; p〈.01) and norepinephrine was decreased at recovery 90 min more than immediately after exercise at 75% and 85% of VO2max. In the effort of exercise intensity, the concentration of norepinphrine at 85% intensity was higher than the at 50%, 65% intensities immediately after exercise. Cortisol level at 85% intensity was higher than those at other intensities.In conclusion, the concentrations of norepinephrine and cortisol were affected by exercise intensities and at the 85% of VO2max, the concentrations was higher than any other intensities.

        운동생리학 : 체중감량이 고등학교 태권도 선수의 등속성 최대근파워와 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        This study examines effects of rapid weight reduction on isokinetic maximal muscle power and muscle endurance in high school aged taekwondo players on 10 trained males. The methods of Weight reduction is selected exercise, diet, and sauna on 5% self weight. The test performed 60°/sec on isokinetic maximal muscle power and 180°/sec on muscle endurance using isokinetic machine. Variables are peak torque(PT), peak torque/body weight(FT/BW), total work(TW), Hamstring/Quadriceps ratio(H/Q ratio). The results of this study are as follows :After weight control during a week on isokinetic maximal muscle power, FT showed significant change on left knee extensor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right and left knee extensor(p<.05), and TW showed no significant change on knee extensor. Isokinetic maximal muscle power, FT showed significant change on right and left knee flexor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right knee flexor(p<.05), and TW showed significant change on right knee flexor(p<.05). Muscle endurance, FT showed significant change on right(p<.05) and left knee extensor(p<.01), PT/BW showed significant change on left knee extensor(p<.05), and TW showed no significant change on knee extensor. Muscle endurance, FT showed significant change on left knee flexor(p<.05), PT/BW showed significant change on right and left knee flexor(p<.05), and TW showed significant change on left knee flexor(p<.05). H/Q ratio, showed no significant change on isokinetic maximal muscle power(60°/sec) and muscle endurance(180˚/sec).In conclusion, reduced weight through methods of exercise, diet and sauna decreased significantly on ability of isokinetic maximal muscle power and muscle endurance in taekwondo players.

        운동생리학 : 운동강도에 따른 12주간 유산소성 트레이닝이 림프구 아형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12weeks of aerobic training with different exercise intensity on blood lymphocyte number. Healthy college-aged males(22.53±1.91yr) were participated in the maximal exercise test before(N=32) and after(N=30) 12weeks of aerobic training. The subjects were divided into two groups; control groups(N=8), training group(N=24). Then training group was divided into three subgroups; 50%HRR(low, N=8), 70%HRR(middle, N=8), 85%HRR(high, N=8). Two persons were eliminated during the training. To investigate the effect of aerobic training on blood lymphocyte number were measured at rest, immediately after exercise and 60min recovery. Maximal exercise testing was used the Bruce protocol on the treadmill. VO_(2max) were measured by maximal exercise testing, exercise intensity was determined for aerobic training treatment a basis of this measured values. speed and grade at 50%, 70%, 85%VO_(2max) and 50%, 70%, 85% of %HRR gained pre test were produced and applied. The programs of exercise groups were aerobic treadmill exercise for 12weeks. Three groups performed almost 40min, 30min, 20min per day(3days/week) by 300㎉ respectively. Venous blood were drawn at the forearm antecubital vein at rest, immediately after exercise and 60min recovery. First, there was no significant differences of T-cell among four groups in number, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time in number(P<.01, .001). Second, there was no significant differences of B-cell among four groups in number, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time in and number(P<.01, .001). Also, there was no interaction effects. Third, there was no significant differences of NK-cell among four groups in number, but there was only significant differences before and after training in number(P<.01). there was significant differences of sampling time in number(P<.001). There was no interaction effects before and after training and sampling time in number. Forth, there was no significant differences of Th(CD4+)/Ts(CD8+) ratio among four groups, but there was significant differences before and after training and sampling time(P<.01, .001). Also, there was significant differences interaction effects among groups, before and after training, and sampling time(P<.05). Results indicate that the exercise-induced lymphocyte subset reduction is transient and suggest that it is not dependent upon training intensity in the case of college-aged male, but aerobic training of various intensity is associated with sustained alterations in immune function, both at rest and when exercising.

        자연과학편 : 저항성 운동이 흰쥐 고환 조직의 항산화효소, 부고환 조직의 정자 운동성 및 혈중 testosterone에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 사다리 오르기를 이용한 저항성 운동이 흰쥐 고환조직의 항산화효소, 정자 운동성 및 혈중 testosterone에 어떤 영향을 주는지 규명하고 이에 관련된 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는 데에 있다. SD계 7주령 수컷 흰쥐를 대상으로, 운동집단과 비교집단에 각각 10마리씩 무선 배정하고 운동처치 후 고환조직의 항산화효소, 정자 운동성 및 혈중 testosterone을 측정하였다. 집단 간 운동처치 유무에 따른 평균차이 검증과 변화량의 차이를 확인하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 8주간의 저항성 운동은 흰쥐 고환조직의 항산화효소와 정자 운동성, 혈중 testosterone에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 연구에서 적용한 저항성 운동 중 사다리 오르기 운동을 보완하고, 다양한 운동 프로그램을 개발하여 적용한다면 고환조직의 산화 현상을 항산화 효소의 증가를 통해 예방하고, 정자 운동성 및 혈중 testosterone의 향상을 통해 불임의 원인들을 예방하고 개선하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The objective of this research is to clarify the effect of resistance exercise using climbing the ladder on testosterone in the blood, sperm cell motility, anti-oxidation enzyme of testis tissue of rats and provide basic data related to this research. To achieve the objectives of the research, testosterone in the blood and sperm cell motility, oxidation enzyme of testis tissue after exercise treatment was measured after selecting 7 week old male rats belonging to SD obtained from Korea BioLink Ltd. To check the difference in variation and verification of average difference according to the exercise treatment between the group. independent specimen t-test was done using SPSS 18.0 statistics program. In conclusion, 8 week resistance exercise used in this research positively affects testosterone in the blood, sperm cell motility and oxidation enzyme of testis tissue of rats. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to prevent and improve the causes of infertility proposed earlier through improvement of testosterone in the blood, sperm cell motility and to prevent oxidation phenomenon of testis tissue through proliferation of oxidation enzyme developing and applying various exercise program and complementing ladder climbing exercise among resistance exercise used in this research.

        운동생리학 : 장기간 트레드밀 운동이 고지방식이 쥐의 혈중 지질성분과 렙틴농도에 미치는 영향

        The prevalence of obesity is increasing. Although the etiology of obesity is complex, dietary factors, particularly the consumption of a high-fat diet, is considered a risk factor for its development. Physically activity, in contrast, is an important factor for preventing and treating obesity. The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on plasma lipids profile and leptin concentrations in high-fat fed rats. Male Sprague Dawley rats were assigned into four groups: the control group, the normal diet group, the high-fat diet group, and the high-fat diet and exercise group. High-fat diet groups were fed a diet with 45% fat and 30% carbohydrate, while the control groups were fed a diet with 4% fat and 70% carbohydrate. Animals of the exercise groups were made to run on a treadmill 60min, 6 days per week for 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, weight gain, plasma lipids, and leptin was measured. The high-fat diet caused increases in body weight gain, serum triglycerides, LDL, and leptin levels. The exercise attenuated body weight gain, serum cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, and leptin levels under condition of the high-fat diet as well as the normal diet. Those results indicate that exercise improves plasma lipids and leptin under normal diet and suppresses the high-fat diet-induced increase in leptin levels, suggesting its potential in the treatment of abnormal lipids and leptin changes associated with abnormal lipid metabolism.
