골프연습장 형태에 따른 서비스만족 잠재평균 및 동일성 제약을 가한 모형 검증

본 연구의 목적은 골프 연습장 형태에 따른 서비스만족 잠재평균 및 동일성 제약을 가한 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 252부의 표본을 최종유효표본으로 자료처리를 하였으며, SPSS 17.0 및 AMOS 7.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 연구의 목적에 따라 전산 처리하였다. 척도의 하위요인별 내적합치도는 양호한 수준이었고 직무만족척도에 관한 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 결과 척도의 적절함이 확인되었다. 모형에 대한 구인동등성 검증 절차를 통해 형태동일성, 측정동일성, 절편동일성이 확보되었다. 잠재평균분석 결과 실외연습장의 시설 평균이 높게 나타났다. 집단 간 경로동일성 제약을 가한 모형 분석결과 직원서비스는 재 구매의도에 실외연습장 이용집단에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 직원서비스는 구전의도에 실내연습장 이용집단에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스신뢰는 재 구매의도에 실외연습장 이용집단에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스신뢰는 구전의도에 실내·외 연습장 이용집단 모두에서 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to verify model of latent means and homogeneity constraint of service satisfaction between outdoor and indoor driving range. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 golf participants(150 from outdoor driving range, 150 from indoor driving range) using purposive sampling method. 252 data were collected in this study except data which did not respond or trustlessly responded. Data analysis were conducted through SPSS 17.0 version and AMOS 7.0. The results show configural invariance, metric invariance, and scalar invariance, indicating satisfied. Latent means analysis(LMA) was performed to test mean differences on the general four factors across the two groups. The results are as follows: First, outdoor driving range was significantly higher in driving facility factor than indoor driving range according to latent mean analysis. Second, there was a statistically significant difference between the outdoor driving range and the indoor driving range from a multi-group analysis and test of the structural model invariance across the groups.
