최근 한류의 열풍으로 한국에 대한 선호도와 경제적인 목적 그리고 관광 및 무역등에 따른 외국인들의 한국어 관심이 증폭되고 있다. 이에 따른 영향으로 교육관련으로는 외국인 유학생들이 해마다 증가하고 있고, 경제관련으로는 중동지역의 외국인 노동자들이 한국으로 코리안 드림을 꿈꾸며 밀려들고 있다. 이와 같은 과정에서 한국어 보급은 확대되어갔고 급기야 ‘한국어 교사’라는 직종이 주목 받기에 이르렀다. 한국어 교사는 국내뿐 아니라 국외로의 활동영역이 확산되었는데, 체계적인 교육을받은 국내의 한국어 교사들이 외국으로 진출하여 한국어 보급에 일조를 하면서 한국의 위상 증가에 상당한 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 한국어가 24자의 음소로써 다양한 소리를 내는 과학적인 구조를 갖고 있어서 사라져가는 소수민족의 언어를 한글로 표현하는 유엔의 추진이 있다는 점은 한국어 발음을 표준화할 필요성을 갖게 하며, 동시에 한국어의 세계화 의미와 가치를 높이는 연구로의 방법론을 살펴보게 한다. 한국어는 인간이 할 수 있는 모든 소리를 표현 할 수 있다는 장점을 갖고 있지만, 각각의 음절들이 특정 단어의 형태로 만나면 어원의 의미나 두음법칙 등에 의해 본래의 단어표기와는 다른 형태변화가 종종 발생한다는 난점을 갖는다. 이러한 음운변동현상에 대하여 학계에서는 관련된 연구를 계속하고 있으며 한글의 세계화에 힘입어서 일정한 규칙에 의한 표준화가 필요하다는 시기적 공감을 동시에 갖는다. 이에 본 연구자는 앞의 연구 활동에 대한 다각적 접근과 노력이 필요하다고 보고, 발음의 규칙성에 수학적 공식을 적용함으로써 한국어의 세계화 프로그램 개발에 일조를 하고자 한다. 예를 들면, ‘같아요’라는 문자열을 읽을 때 ‘가타요’와 ‘갇타요’ 중에서 어느 발음을 선택할 것인가의 애매한 문제로부터 ‘첫아들’이라는 문자열을 ‘처사들’과 같이 소리이음 현상으로 읽지 말라는 정보 등을 가장 쉽게 이해할 수 있고, 이에 따른 자습이 가능하도록 방법론을 제시하는 문제이다. 따라서 본 연구자는 외국인들이 한국어의 올바른 발음표현을 위한 음운변동의 표준화프로그램화를 위하여 한글 조합형 음운변동표를 구축하였다. 한글 조합형 코드의 강점이 한글로 표현되는 모든 문자조합을 표현할 수 있다는 점에 두고 조합형 음운변동표에 의한 음운변동 프로토콜1)을 제시하였으며 이는 우수한 한글을 표준화된 규칙에따라 발음 할 수 있는 프로그램 제작의 조건이 갖추어져 있다고 사료된다. 조합형 음운변동표에 의한 프로토콜의 구축 방법으로는 기존의 선행연구들에서의 음운변동 규칙을 참조하여, 연결된 한글 문자열을 컴퓨터에 입력하면 초성, 중성 그리고 종성으로 자동으로 분해되고 조합형 음운변동표에 의하여 규칙대로 음소들을 변화한 다음 다시 재결합하고, 재결합된 코드값들을 한글 문자열로 출력하는 방식을 제시하였다. The recent Korean Wave has amplified foreigners`` preference for Korea and interest in Korean language in economy, tourism, and trade. It has also increased foreign students in the educational aspect and foreign workers dreaming of Korean dream in the economic aspect every year. In the course, the dissemination of Korean language has been expanded and finally an occupation of ‘a Korean teacher’ has been limelighted. Korean teachers’ activity has been increased abroad. After receiving systematic education, they go abroad and help disseminate Korean language. It plays the role of locomotive in enhancing the status of Korea. Once UN suggested a plan to use Korean language to express minority races`` languages, as it has a scientific structure that produces various sounds with its 24 phonemes. It warrants the need to standardize Korean pronunciationand makes us find out the methods to enhance the meaning and value of Korean language. While Korean language has the advantage of expressing all sounds human beings make, it has a difficult problem of producing morphological changes different from the original spelling by the meaning of etymology or the initial sound rule when each syllable meets in a certain form of a word. This phenomenon, called phonological process, has been long studied in the academic world and there is a consensus to need standardization by a regular rule with the globalization of Hangul. Therefore, this researcher considers that diversified approaches and efforts are necessary for above research activity. Also, this researcher intends to contribute to developing a program to globalize Korean by applying a mathematical formula as a part of helping regularity. For example, when one reads a string of ‘같아요(gat-a-yo)’, he should select its pronunciation from ‘가타요(ga-ta-yo)’ or ‘갇타요(gat-ta-yo)’, which is very indistinct. A string of ‘첫아들(cheot-a-deul)’ should not be read as ‘처 사들(cheo-sa-deul)’ according to the liaison. The problem is to suggest methods to obtain such information most easily and study by oneself. In this sense, this researcher built up the Hangul combination table of phonological process for the standardized program of phonological process for foreigners to pronounce Korean correctly. The advantage of the combination code of Hangul is to express all letter combination represented in Hangul. Thus this study suggested a phonological process protocol23) by the combination table of phonological process and considered that programing conditions were met to pronounce excellent Hangul according to a standardized rule. The methods to build up a protocol by the combination table of phonologicalprocess were as follows. When Hangul strings connected based on phonological process rules in previous studies are inputted into a computer, they are automatically separated into initials, medials, and finals and phonemes are changed according to the phonological process rule by the phonological process table and then recombined. Recombined unicode values are reexpressed in Hangul strings.

In this paper, a standardized phonological rule should be embodied for all people who want to use Hangul beyond nationality. This researcher suggested a phonological process protocol in unicode for the purpose of developing a computer system-based program as one of methods to pronounce Hangul correctly. First of all, to solve a problem of standardizing Hangul pronunciation, it is necessary to develop a phonological process system. In other words, when a mobile phone or a keyboard is used, inputted strings should be changed exactly by an automatic device made according to the phonological rule. For this, a phonological process table is the most important and unicode which digitalizes Hangul is the most effective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to complete a phonological process table, suggest an algorithm by the table, and develop a computer program pursuing correct Hangul pronunciation. For the methodology of this study, the features of unicode was used to solve a problem of coding each syllable by phonemes after strings were inputted from the phonological process program. This study suggested a protocol that sounds of inputted strings were automatically changed via recombination using a phonological process table. The ultimate purpose of the study was to help pronounce Hangul correctly according to the pronunciation rule.

유한체 GF(2^n)은 수학 자체로서의 중요할 뿐만 아니라 원소의 개수가 2^n이 말해주듯 부호이론, 암호론, 스윗칭 회로 등에 이론에 중요한 도구가 되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 저 복합성 정규기저에서의 곱셈연산을 대표하는 부울행렬의 구성을 메모리 공간과 속도를 최적화 하기 위하여 가우스 소거법을 사용하지 않고 희귀 행렬을 적용하여 구성하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다.
