        This study is designed to make a comparative analysis of non-seasonal professional basketball players' rates of body fats on their basic physical strength and uniform-velocity power and to present information necessary for enhancing the subjects' willingness, motivation, self-control and maturity and cultivating professional attitudes. With this in mind, the researcher worked with a total of 26 non-seasonal professional basketball players to evaluate their rates of body fat, VO₂max, uniform velocity measurement(knee) 60˚/sec, sergent jumps and side steps. Therefore I came to the following conclusions on the basis of the statistic confirmation of frequency analysis of the results by variable. ① A group of subjects with less than 15 percent of body fat turned out to have higher VO₂max than a group of subjects with more than 15 percent of body fat(p<0.05). ② There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of uniform velocity power measurement. ③ The former turned out to have high sergent jumps than the latter(p<0.05). ④ There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of side steps. The survey shows that the difference in the rates of the subjects turned out to have an influence on power and cardiovascular endurance. The bottom line is that the researcher should take into consideration individual diversity and methodological errors instead of restricting the range of body fat rates. After keeping one's body condition in the best condition with one's body weight determined, one should be cautious about an increase in body fat and control the consumption and intake of energy all the time. Professional players, in particular, should pay special attention to an increase or a decrease in their body fat so as to prevent their injuries and show effective athletic performance. This will enable the players to exercise their best performance capacity in an appropriate condition of physical structure involving skeletons, muscles and body fat required in sports. Therefore the researcher thinks that a rate of body fat has a certain influence on professional basketball players' best performance and long career.

        쇠퇴하는 곳은 계속 쇠퇴하고, 번성하는 곳은 계속 번성하는가? - 도시쇠퇴의 관성과 대응 -

        This study examines a degree of city decline and confirms a existence of inertia in the city decline process, and shows how to set the policy directions of cities as its situation. With understanding these things, we are carefully able to anticipate the future direction of cities’growth or decline. This study analyzes cross-tabulations with the comprehensive decline index, and the demographic-social index, industrial-economical index, physical-environmental index to compose the comprehensive decline index in during 2005~2010. We can confirm the existence of complexity and inertia of city decline. Some cities are likely to have adhesion of decline, and these cities should convert planning tools and concept of past growth era to new one to be used in changed environment in new era. Redefining a perspective for city decline, proper managing a change of physical environment from city decline, and flexible thinking would be requested as countermeasures with adjusting spatial policy framework. 본 연구에서는 전국82개 도시를 대상으로 도시쇠퇴의 정도와 쇠퇴가 진행되는 과정에 관성이 있는지 확인하고, 도시가 처해있는 상황에 따라 어떤 방식의 대응방향이 필요한지 고민하였다. 향후도시가 계속 성장할 것인지 혹은 계속 쇠퇴 할 것인지, 성장세가 둔화되어 쇠퇴할 것인지, 쇠퇴하던 곳이성장세로 돌아설 가능성이 있는지, 각 도시의 전개 방향에 실마리를 찾고자 했다. 분석기간은 2005년과2010년이며, 년도 별로 산정된 복합쇠퇴지수에 나타난 도시쇠퇴의 변화, 쇠퇴의 관성에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과 도시쇠퇴에 관성이 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 일부 도시에서는 쇠퇴가 고착화 되는 것으로 보인다. 이러한 곳에서는 성장시대 도시계획 수단과 개념을 쇠퇴환경에 맞추어 사용할 수 있도록 변화시켜야 한다. 도시쇠퇴를 바라보는 관점을 재정의 하고 쇠퇴로부터 발생하는 물리 환경의 변화를 적절히관리하기 위한 방안 모색도 필요하다. 도시의 발전방향과 가능성에 대한 인식을 바꾸고, 공간정책의 틀도이를 반영해 마련할 필요가 있다
