The purpose of this study is to identify and generalize the effects of each type of Visual Cue program on learners of 12 basic ballet movements(en chainement). This study was conducted on 31 female students in the first grade of a two arts high schools in Seoul and Inchon, who major in Korean dance and ballet as their minor. On the basis of the first final test results, the students were divided into three groups, the basic Visuo-Motor Behavior Rehearsal(VMBR), Knowledge of Results (KR-VMBR), and Knowledge of Results + Reinforcement + Visuo-Motor Behavior Rehearsal(KR-R-VMBR) program groups, so that the overall ballet performance levels could be assumed to be similar among the three. For this study, performance of individual movements (form, exactness, speed and adaptability), performance of movements(expression, sequence and composition) and movement of each independent variable group were measured as dependent variables. The inference and statistical verification of the research assumptions were made with the SPSS program, and the following conclusion has been reached after a comparative study between the verification result and antecedent study result: 1. In the 13 ~ 24 classes, learning effects on the performances of individual movements and continual movements(en chainement), showed significant in all three groups. 2. As for the performance of individual movements and continual movement, the learning effects turned out to be non significant difference mean among three groups(the basic Visuo-Motor Behavior Rehearsal(VMBR) program group, Knowledge of Results (KR-VMBR) program group, and Knowledge of Results + Reinforcement + Visuo-Motor Behavior Rehearsal(KR-R-VMBR) program group).

The purpose of this study is to identify the learning effects of dance feeling in girls high school. The subjects randomly chosen are 3016 divided into two groups, the performer group (1560 students) and the defaulter group (1500 students). The questionnaire made by Yoshimi Higashihara, Chiyo Gayaguchi, and Naomi Nakamura is used for this study. The questionnaire is composed of eleven items; expression, satisfaction of exercise need, and completion, cooperation, discovery, freedom, originality, presentation, impression, transformation and rhythm. The data treated by SPSSX are used to analyse the means of above conditions. The conclusion made is presented is presented below: The dance feeling is not significantly developed through growth in girls high schools. And the learning effects in dance classes improve significantly in the following items: expression, satisfaction of exercise need, completion, cooperation, discovery, freedom, originality, presentation, impression, transformation and rhythm.
