For the effective administration of narcotic antagonist, the application of sustained release implantable systems with biodegradable polyphosphazene was examined. Using poly[(diethyl glutamate)-co-(ethyl glycinate) phosphazene], the implantable devices containing naloxone hydrochloride were prepared and in vivo implantation studies were carried out subcutaneously in rat and rabbit with this preparation for the biocompatibility and pharmacokinetics. The histological finding in rats at initial time period was the inflammation that occurred focally around the implants, but they were showed subsequent mild and limited chronic inflammations and the irreversible changes such as necrosis and degeneration of the muscle or connective tissues were not observed. Therefore the placebo and naloxone implants are considered to be biocompatible formulations histologically. In pharmacokinetic studies, the release of naloxone from the naloxone implants into blood plasma was maintained in 192 hours, but the initial burst effect was observed. If this problem was solved, the application for the narcotic antagonist sustained release systems can be expected.

P2Y receptors, a type of P2 receptor family, are G-protein coupled receptors and 8 subtypes have been char-acterized (P2Y1, P2Y2, P2Y4, P2Y6, P2Y11-14). Recently, several studies have shed light on the role of P2Y receptors in bone biology. Among them, little is known on the role of P2Y6 receptor on osteoclast differentiation. Thus, we investigated the role of P2Y6 receptor on osteoclastogenesis using P2Y6 receptor selective antagonist, MRS 2578. When osteoblasts and bone marrow cells were co-cultured in the presence of VitD3 and PGE2, P2Y6 antagonist increased the formation of TRAP positive osteoclasts. To elucidate the target cells of P2Y6 antagonist, we first checked the effect of MRS 2578 on osteoblasts. Treatment of MRS 2578 did not affect OPG : RANKL mRNA ratio in osteoblasts. Next, we checked the effects of P2Y6 antagonist on osteoclast precursors using mouse bone marrow macrophages (BMMs). Addition of MRS 2578 increased the number of osteoclasts in RANKL-treated BMMs. Although P2Y6 antagonist had no effect on RANKL-induced NFATc1, c-Fos and MafB expression levels, it significantly stimulated RANKL-induced Blimp1 mRNA expression in BMMs. Taken together, these data indicate that P2Y6 antagonist increases osteoclast formation by upregulation of Blimp1 expression.
피처 맞춤 모델링을 통한 인기 유튜브 채널 특성 유형화 프레임워크

유튜브 플랫폼 및 채널 운영에 대한 관심이 점점 증가하면서 새로운 개인 유튜버들이 채널을 개설하고자 하는 동기가 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 장르의 유튜브 채널 중 구독자가 50 만명 이상인 채널을 선정하여 채널의 토픽을 추출하고 영상 특성을 유형화하는 프레임워크를 제안함으로써, 신규 개인 유튜버들이 채널을 성공적으로 운영하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 인기 유튜브 채널의 특성 추출을 위해 997 개의 채널 정보 데이터와 339,154 개의 영상 정보 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터를 가공하여 영상 평균 업로드 주기, 영상 평균 길이, 쇼츠 비율이라는 특성을 정의하고 채널의 주제, 썸네일 타입, 업로드 시간대 특성을 다양한 모델링 기법을 활용하여 유형화하였다. LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽 모델링을 통해 각 채널의 토픽과 키워드를 분석하였고, Faster R-CNN 모델을 사용하여 썸네일을 유형화하였다. 그리고 KL divergence 지표와 K-Means 알고리즘을 사용하여 업로드 시간대를 유형화하였다. Silhouette Score 로 확인한 결과 채널별 특성 유형화 성능이 우수하였다. 본 연구에서 제공하는 프레임워크를 통해 사용자가 선택한 토픽과 유사한 주제를 가진 인기 유튜브 채널의 다양한 특성들을 시각적으로 제공할 수 있다. 이를 통해 신규 유입자들에게 채널 운영 전략 도출에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
