1994年接入国际网络至今, 中国网络政策一直在安全与发展的平衡中推进。一方面是网络的迅速发展, 另一方面, 网络安全问题也十分突出。本文从 “安全” 与 “发展” 视角考察中国网络政策及其决策机制发现:中国网络政策已经完成了探索学习向创新、自主的过渡, 但面临着从 “引领” 发展到 “滞后” 于发展的瓶颈, 在努力推进网络安全与发展的平衡中, 尚未找到解决安全与发展之矛盾的办法。 China’s Internet policy is developing rapidly with China’s growing national power. How China’s Internet development is progressing, and what its characteristics are, is an important topic of study. This is because the international society has yet to achieve the regime of cyberspace. In the field of the Internet, there is intense competition among the Great Powers. Therefore, there is considerable significance to consider China’s Internet policy and development. This paper examines China’s Internet policy and its decision-making mechanism from the perspective of “safety” and “development.” The study found that China’s Internet policy has already completed innovative and self-reliant implementation in exploratory learning. But China faces a bottleneck in development, and in its efforts to balance Internet security and development, it has failed to find a way to resolve the contradictions of safety and development.

This study is based on the study of the China national opera which is the earliest and largest in China after the founding of the People`s Republic of China. It is also the national theater that has been active in the field of art. This paper analyzes the tendencies of the Chinese dance development of the times after 1950, and analyzes the theme of the rep-resentative dance of the China national opera from 1950 to the present.

日本政治右傾化對中國公衆對日情感的影響: 以信息溝通分析爲中心

중국과 일본의 조어도(센카쿠 열도) 분쟁은 중일 관계에 심각한 영향을 끼치고 있고 이로 인해 중국 국민의 반일 정서는 더욱 더 악화되었다. 지금까지 반일 정서는 역사 문제를 비롯해 여러 가지 이유로 촉발되어 왔다. 하지만 최근의 영토 분쟁은 중국 국민의 반일 정서를 전국적이고 지속적인 형태로 변화시켰다. 이러한 변화의 기저에는 일본의 정치 우경화가 자리잡고 있으며 일본이 최근 벌이고 있는 역사적 사실의 왜곡과 진실의 호도 역시 일본 정치의 우경화에서 비롯되었다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 일본 정치 우경화 문제를 연구의 출발점으로 삼아 정보 소통의 시각에서 격화된 중국 국민의 대일 감정 변화와 일본의 정치 우경화가 어떤 인과 관계를 형성하고 있는지 분석하고자 한다. The dispute between China and Japan over the Diaoyu Island (Senkaku archipelago) has been causing serious influence over the Sino-Japan relations and it has aggravated the anti-Japan feelings of Chinese. To this day, the anti- Japan feelings have been triggered by various issues including history. However the recent territorial dispute has transformed the anti-Japan feelings into a nationwide and a continuous form. On the basis of such change lies the conservative shift of Japanese politics and it can be deduced that such shift have led into the recent distortion of historical facts and the misleading of truth. Therefore, this paper begins by studying the Japanese political conservative swing and on the perspective of information communication analyzes the causal relationship formed by intensified Chinese anti-Japan feelings and Japan`s political conservative swing.

And his Confucian culture is the core idea of the kernel. Not only because the thought of benevolence is the central idea that runs through all the ideas of Confucius, but also because the thought of benevolence has the value of reconciling interpersonal relationship and human society. So it is to promote the development of ancient Chinese history, but also the sustainable development of modern Chinese society play a role in escort. Through the analysis of the most representative dance works "Confucius" in the 21st century, this study studies the artistic expression of Confucius` thought and re-thinking in his works.

데이터 모델링을 위한 업무 분석 방법의 개선에 관한 연구

IT 프로젝트 수행하는 과정 중 가장 많은 시간을 투자해야 하는 부분은 요구사항 분석이다. 소프트웨어 공학에서 요구사항 분석 방법이 체계화되어 실무에서 많이 활용하고 있으며, 분석 결과로 프로그램 개발뿐만 아니라 정보시스템 관련 모든 분야에서 활용할 수 있다. 하지만 소프트웨어 중심의 요구사항 분석방법은 데이터베이스 설계에 적용하기에는 불필요한 정보가 포함 되어 잘못된 데이터 모델로 설계될 수 있다. 또한, 데이터 중심으로 필요한 요구사항을 분석하는 방법론이 없는 실정이기에 선행 연구에서 데이터 모델링을 위한 업무 요구사항 방법을 제시하였다. 선행 연구 방법은 실제로 적용할 때 절차가 복잡하고 분석에 어려움이 있어, 본 연구는 선행 연구방법의 절차를 개선하고 적용하기 쉬운 방법으로 연구하여 제시하였다. 제안한 방법을 검증하기 위해 선행 연구 방법과 동일한 업무요구사항명세서를 적용하여 단계별로 업무 분석 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 선행 연구방법보다 절차가 간소화되어 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 데이터 모델링 단계에 대해 계속 연구할 예정이다.
