        태권도지도자의 변혁적 리더십 효과성 분석

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor on the organizational culture of Taekwondo and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym. The subjects of this study were sampled from the Taekwondo gym in Jeollanamdo area using the convenience sampling method. Of the total 500 questionnaires, 491 were used for final analysis. The collected data is collected by IBM SPSS statistics Ver. factor analysis and reliability tests were conducted using the statistical package. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to identify the set hypotheses. The results of the study are as follows. First, charisma, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration have an influence on the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym in relation to the transformational leadership of Taekwondo instructor and organizational culture of taekwondo gym. Second, charisma and individual consideration in the relationship between Taekwondo instructor transformational leadership and Taekwondo gym satisfaction showed that Taekwondo gym satisfaction was affected. Finally, in the relationship between the organizational culture of Taekwondo gym and the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym, consensus culture, development culture, and hierarchical culture were found to affect the satisfaction of Taekwondo gym.

        태권도장 운영특성에 따른 경영환경 및 시장지향성 차이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in management environments and market orientation in terms of Taekwondo academy’s operational characteristics. A set of survey questionnaires developed by previous studies was applied and survey was conducted with a total of 200 managers who operated the academy in Jeonnam Area. With 184 usable questionnaires, data were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA. Accordingly following findings were derived from current study. First, significant differences existed in management environments by operational characteristics including differences in market competition by numbers of trainees, differences in market turbulence, managers’ leadership, managers’ mind and managers’ learning by sizes of academies, differences in market competition, managers’ mind and managers’ learning by locations, and differences in managers’ mind by types of academies. Second, significant differences existed in market orientation by operational characteristics including differences in interfunctional coordination by numbers of trainees, differences in competitors orientation and interfunctional coordination by sizes, differences in infunctional coordination by locations and differences in customer orientation and interfunctional coordination by types of academies.

        피트니스클럽 종사원의 직무특성, 직무스트레스 및 직무만족에 대한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this study were to examine differences in the levels of job characteristics, job stress and job satisfaction for fitness club employees and thus provide managerial information that help establish job design for fitness clubs. In order to accomplish such purposes, a survey method was applied with a total of 300 fitness club employees and data collected were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA with Scheffee post hoc tests. Following findings were derived from current study. First, significant differences existed in job characteristics and job satisfaction in terms of organizational types. Second, significant differences existed in job characteristics and job satisfaction in terms of operating locations. Third, significant differences existed in all three job design factors in terms of employees’ job types and employment types.

        마라톤대회 참가자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 소비형태 및 소비자만족도 분석: 곡성군 강사랑 마라톤대회를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 마라톤대회 참가자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 소비유형 및 소비자만족도를 분석하고 마라톤대회 마케팅 전략 수립에 필요한 기초자를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 2006년 전남 곡성군에서 개최된 강사랑 마라톤대회 참가자를 대상으로 편의표본추출법에 의한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 유효 설문지 총 328부를 카이자승검증과 일원변량 분석을 통해 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 마라톤대회 참가자의 성별, 연령 그리고 직업 요인에 따른 동행인수 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 마라톤대회 참가자의 성별, 연령, 직업 그리고 소득 수준에 따라 동행인 유형에 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 마라톤대회 참가자의 성별, 연령 그리고 소득 수준에 따라 교통수단에 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 마라톤대회 참가자의 연령에 따라 체류기간에 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 마라톤대회 참가자의 성별, 연령, 직업 그리고 소득수준에 따라 대회인식경로에 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 마라톤대회 참가자의 성별, 직업 그리고 학력에 따라 소비자만족도에 차이가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumption patterns and customer satisfaction based on demographic characteristics of marathon event participants. To this end, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to marathon event participants in 2006, and 328 usable questionnaires were analyzed through Chi-square analysis and ANOVA. Accordingly, followings were derived from the current study. First, significant differences existed in number of accompany by gender, age and occupation. Second, significant differences existed in type of accompany by gender, age, occupation and income level. Third, significant differences existed in transportation by gender, age and income level. Fourth, significant differences existed in duration of stay by age. Fifth, significant differences existed in channel of event recognition by gender, age, occupation and income level. Finally, there were significant differences in levels of customer satisfaction by gender, occupation and education.

        스포츠이벤트 참가동기, 선택속성, 만족도 및 재방문의도간의 인과관계 분석

        The purposes of this study was to analyze causal relationships among participation motivation, selection attributes, satisfaction and revisit intentions in sport events. In order to accomplish such purposes, this study employed a survey methodology with the number of 1200 participants in sport events from 4 regions and then collected 1088 valid questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 and Amos 4.0 programs, and such statistical analyses as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency analysis and were applied along with structural equation modelling. Following findings were derived from current study. First, participation motivations had a significant effect on selection attributes of sport event participants. Second, participation motivations had no significant effect on satisfaction. Third, participation motivations had a significant effect on revisit intention. Fourth, selection attributes had a significant effect on satisfaction. Fifth, selection attributes had a significant effect on revisit intention. Finally levels of satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention in this study.

        태권도장 관원생이 선호하는 서번트 리더십(Servant Leadership) 유형에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 태권도장 관원생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 선호하는 서번트 리더십 유형을 분석하여 태권도장 운영에 필요한 효과적인 리더십 유형을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. Page와 Wong(2004)이 개발한 설문지를 사용하여 전남지역 태권도장 6곳에서 총 420부의 설문조사를 편의표본추출법에 의해 현장에서 실시하였고, 분석 가능한 366개의 설문지를 t-tests와 일원변량분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 태권도장 관원생의 성별에 따라 선호하는 서번트 리더십은 여자 관원생이 개인특성, 인간지향 그리고 과정지향 요인을 선호하고 있었다. 둘째, 태권도장 관원생의 학년에 따라 선호하는 서번트 리더십은 초등학생은 인간지향 요인을 중고등학생은 과정지향 요인을 선호하고 있었다. 셋째, 태권도장 관원생의 수련기간에 따라 선호하는 서번트 리더십은 수련기간이 길수록 과정지향 요인을 선호하고 있었다. 넷째, 태권도장 관원생의 입상경력에 따라 선호하는 서번트 리더십은 입상경험이 있는 관원생은 개인특성과 과업지향 요인을 선호하고 있었으며 반대로 입상경험이 없는 수련생은 인간지향 요인을 선호하고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in preferred servant leadership styles of Taekwondo trainees by their demographic characteristics. A survey questionnaire developed by Page & Wong (2004) was applied and survey was conducted with a total of 420 students from 6 Taekwondo academies in Jeonnam Area. With 366 usable questionnaires, data were analyzed using t-tests and ANOVA. Accordingly following findings were derived from current study. First, in terms of gender, female trainees had higher leadership preference in personal trait, human orientation and process orientation factors than the counterparts. Second, in terms of education levels, elementary students had higher preference in human orientation but more than middle school students had higher preference in process orientation factor. Third, in terms of training periods, trainees with long-term training experience had higher preference in process orientation factor. Fourth, in terms of experience of receiving a prize, trainees with that experience had preference in personal trait and task orientation but those without that experience had preference in human orientation factor.

      • 전남지역 태권도장의 실태와 운영현황에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare the management of Taekwondo-jang in the Province of Chonnam and to present an effective strategy to increase consumers. Survey method was used for this study. Total of 50 subjects were selected. To compare management of their facilities, the subjects were divided into 2 groups, the well managed and the poor managed, based on the number of students, frequency of instructor’s participating in educational meeting and frequency of student’s participating in competition, This grouping was based on the opinion of the Chonnam Taekwondo Association director. The questionnaire consisted of the total number of 33 questions. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistic method, percentage, frequency, Chi-square and Discriminant Analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was no significant difference between the well managed facilities and the poor managed facilities in term of instructors’ demographical characteristics, while there was a statistically significant difference (p<5) in term of the educational experience ; that is, the well managed have the higher educational experience. Second, the well managed facilities were mainly located in the apartment-shopping area, while the poor managed were mainly located in the residence district. The average area of the well managed was 17.41㎡, while the poor 13.16㎡. Third, the well managed mainly used the computer programs to manage the students, while the poor used the book. The average number of the well managed were 133 students, while the poor were 59 students.
