Current dental devices trend is the digital and automation, focusing on the areas that are 3D scanners and 3D printers. Preparation teeth only performed by human hands, which in many cases remove excess than did the intention of the operator. Despite necessity for the development of prosthetic or robotic dental device, only concept studies were conducted. Therefore, in this paper, we designed and developed a prototype of a 3-axis robotic tooth preparation device. Through the design decisions based on the performance of the basic equipment and 3D modeling. And operating function automatically stops when scaler tip moves to where there is no water by designing a of measuring function. It was equipped with sensors that is able to measure the electrical resistivity. The working flow diagram was constructed by dividing the system power supply part, control part, output part. Ultrasonic scaler electronic circuit was developed and forming the CPU board. In this paper, we develop hardware and software to develop a prototype of a 3-axis robot Preparation teeth. The hardware was designed and manufactured based on the kinematic motion for a tooth Preparation, developing hardware and software for controlling the acceptance received through validation.
