본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 일반적 변인에 따른 교사의 반성적 사고와 교사협력이 어떠하며, 어떤 차이가 있는지 분석하고 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사 협력 간의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 창원시 국공립, 민간, 직장, 가정 어린이집 교사 120명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t검증, 일원변량분석, Pearson의 상관관계분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 교사의 일반적 배경에 따라 반성적 사고의 전체와 하위요인을 분석한 결과 일상이 가장 높게 나타났고, 반성적 사고의 차이 분석에서는 근무기관 형태에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 교사의 일반적 배경에 따라 교사협력의 전체와 하위요인을 분석한 결과 책임감이 가장 높게 나타났고, 교사 협력의 차이 분석에서는 근무기관의 총 교사수가 많을수록 교사 협력도 높게 나타났고, 근무기관의 형태에 따라서도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사 협력간의 관계를 알아보기 위한 상관분석 결과 모두 유의한 상관을 보였다. 본 연구 결과 보육교사의 반성적 사고와 교사협력 간은 직접적인 관계가 있었다. 따라서 보육교사의 협력을 높임으로써 반성적 사고도 신장 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how teachers’ reflective thinking and teacher collaboration are based on general variables of early childhood teachers and to reveal the relationship between childcare teachers’ reflective thinking and teacher collaboration. Data collection was conducted using teachers’ reflective thinking and inspection tools for teacher collaboration, and the collected data was analyzed through t-validation, one-way random analysis, and Pearson’s correlation analysis. As a result of this study: First, the analysis shows that reflective thinking on daily life was the highest as a result of analyzing the whole and sub factors of reflective thinking according to the general background of teachers. The analysis of differences in reflective thinking shows significant differences depending on the type of work agency. Second, according to the general background of teachers, the overall and sub-factors of teacher collaboration shows the highest sense of responsibility, and in the analysis of differences in teacher collaboration, the higher the total number of teachers. Third, the correlation analysis results to find the relationship between early childhood teachers’ reflective thinking and teacher collaboration show significant correlation. There was a direct relationship between reflective thinking of childcare teachers and teacher collaboration. Therefore, we could see that reflective thinking could be improved by increasing collaboration of early childhood teachers.
