The representative form of housing in modern Korea is large-scale apartment complexes. Recently built complexes are improving day by day, supplementing the shortcomings that many have criticized. In particular, it was concentrated in residential spaces in the past, but now it is possible to solve life inside cafes, daycare centers, baths, and swimming pools beyond basic things such as fitness centers and senior citizen centers. This helped overcome communication between neighbors, which is a disadvantage of apartments, but only for residents in the complex, fences, fences, and even doors for residents to enter the complex. This form is not an overcoming of communication disruption. Rather, it will lead to more extreme polarization.

This study is a study on the establishment of a database to evaluate the sustainability of urban regeneration areas. Prior research confirmed that there is a limitation in applying the evaluation indicators for the selection of existing urban regeneration target areas and the evaluation indicators and methods of regional communities to the ongoing sustainability evaluation of urban regeneration areas. In order to solve these problems, this study established the criteria for evaluating the sustainability of the current urban regeneration area through prior studies. A basic study was conducted on how to set up a database structure and collect data corresponding to these sustainability evaluation criteria.

The cause of IgA nephropathy is unknown, but a mesangial deposition of IgA immune complexes containing antigens from a putative pathogen might be involved in its pathogenesis. We report a case of IgA nephropathy associated with disseminated tuberculosis. A 32-year-old man was presented with sudden onset of edema of both lower legs. The chest X-ray revealed extensive active pulmonary tuberculosis in both lung fields. The abdominal CT, cystoscopy and IVP were compatible with renal tuberculosis and tuberculous cystitis. Besides, the colonoscopic findings with biopsy showed tuberculous colitis. The laboratory data revealed a positive culture for tuberculous bacilli from sputum, 2.7 g of 24-hour urinary protein, and microscopic hematuria. A renal biopsy showed mesangial and segmental endocapillary proliferative glomerulonephritis, consistent with IgA nephropathy. Intense positive stainings for IgA and C3 in the mesangium by Immunofluorescence microscopy. Electron microscopic examination demonstrates segmental endocapillary proliferation, necrosis and mesangiolysis with mild mesangial electron-dense deposits. Treatment with anti-tuberculous medications resulted in gradual disappearance of proteinuria and other various manifestations of the disseminated tuberculosis. Therefore we suggest that IgA nephropathy may be associated with active disseminated tuberculosis.
고유 지역커뮤니티와 도시재생지역 입지적 관계에 대한 기초 연구 - 서울시 도시재생지역을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to confirm whether the urban regeneration area coincides with the indigenous local community area. This study used the urban area community detection method based on the urban spatial network to derive the boundaries of the local community area in Seoul City and confirmed the geographical relationship with the urban regeneration area currently underway in Seoul. As a result of applying the above method to Seoul City, inconsistent urban regeneration zones with 10 local communities out of a total of 52 urban regeneration zones were found. In regeneration planning for these urban regeneration areas, it is necessary to plan to properly harmonize the local characteristics of the surrounding areas.
